Crown Honda of Southpoint is fantastic. Stephen Corey was my salesman. This guy got me into my new Honda Accord Sport. A beautiful 4 door sedan, with up to date technology, plenty of room, exceptional fuel economy, and a very sporty twist.

Truth be told, I made a huge mistake. The vehicle I was in was well on its way to costing me a small fortune, but Crown Honda came right in, soaked up my negative equity, and gave me an additional $4,000.00 on my truck. I did end up paying sticker price, but the savings I walked away with was far worth it. I highly recommend both dealing with Crown Honda of Southpoint and working with Stephen Corey.

Additionally, no worries on appearance. The place was spotless, cleaning smelling, and inviting. But, do take care to nail down exactly what you want to make for the best experience possible.

I came to Crown after starting at a dealership that was a little closer to home, where the salesman was not easy to work with. Taylor at Crown was like a breath of fresh air. She listened to everything I wanted. She fully went over all of the features of the car in great detail and I actually learned some things the other dealer had not mentioned. The wait was a little long, but it was busy and Taylor made sure we were comfortable and kept us well informed through the whole process. I would recommend Crown Honda of Southpoint to anyone!

Very poor service and communication with customer....

Very poor service and communication with customer. Had an appointment for an oil change and arrived 15 minutes early. After 1.5 hours of waiting with no communication I inquired if my car was ready. An employee (perhaps service manager) researched and discovered my ticket at the bottom of a pile on one of the service advisors desk (BJ). His response was that he was very busy, but no apologies. Service manager did offer concession for additional recommended work, which I appreciated. Overall not a very positive experience.

Very courteous and efficient service at Crown of Southpoint for my '18 Honda Accord Hybrid. Josh is friendly and knowledgeable and took care of my first service appointment professionally and quickly. Plus, the shuttle service with Dave was enjoyable and really convenient.

I am fairly happy with the actual work on my car - however every time I have come in for service I have not been impressed with their customer service - No one has ever approached me with a "Can I help you?" or even actually looked my way - they are far too 'busy'. I have had to actually walk up to someone each time to be told "we'll be with you in a minute".

We were very impressed and excited to find that a premier dealership like Crown Honda at Southpoint has a "value lot" which was well stocked with reasonably priced pre-owned cars, especially Hondas.

We are very satisfied with the quality of service salesman Julian Pablos provided during the sales process and purchase transaction. He even came in after his regular shift to complete the sale which showed us the care and interest he put into helping us meet our transportation needs. That is much more and above any sales service we have ever received at any dealership and his courtesy and professional service made the difference in our decision to purchase fromf Crown Honda after looking at comprable deals in other places.

There was even a follow up call after the purchase of our vehicle from Julian Pablos of Crown Honda at Southpoint. I have never received such a follow up call after purchasing a vehicle before so that was greatly appreciated.

We love the car and felt comfortable with the value and professionalism from Crown Honda at Southpoint which made us feel like VIP customers.

We were greeted promptly at the door and everyone we interacted with after that point was professional and knowledgeable yet friendly, a nice balance This is another in a long line of Hondas we have owned and we are as excited about this one as all the others.Based on this experience, we would recommend Crown Honda to anyone we know looking for a new or used car.

Although we live a good 40mins from Crown, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else for service or purchase. The facility is clean and inviting,as are the people. We usually schedule our Odyssey at a time when there's a movie we want to see and the shuttle van they provide gives us door to door service to the theatre! But most of us, the reason we go there is because of Tony Pedulla who ALWAYS sees to it that our car is properly serviced and in a timely fashion. Matt King follows thru as well. The most important reason tho is there integrity. We have never been taken advantage of with a service that didn't need doing. Thank you, Crown Honda, for being our go-to people when it comes to our cars!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Old lady didn't show any signs of selling car, talked like she is not getting paid for her job. Was rude and showed zero customer courtesy while I told upfront that I am ready to do business right away. No greetings, no smile, no explanation of features and offers. When the two colors I wanted to look at were missing she asked me choose one color before she could get it on next inventory, beating the purpose of having to look at both colors and choose while taking decision of spending 30K....avoid this showroom folks, Cary Autopark Honda is way better....

Under the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, Crown Honda Of Southpoint provides the special pick-up service and it was excellent. Drivers showed up at our home for our two cars (yes, they were wearing masks and gloves) and cars were delivered later after the service with cleaned up meticulously! Even though I understand this is a limited offer, I was very satisfied with the quality of the service and hopefully they would continue the service after COVID:-).

If I could not give a star, that's what I would do. This place is terrible. Their service is terrible and everything about them. The sales person I worked with was SO PUSHY and FORCEFUL. He tried to guilt me into buying a car, it was terrible. When I decided not to buy it, he tried to make me feel bad by saying I wasted his time. What the heck? I'm your customer and that's how you're going to try and sell things to me?

Secondly, their service. Their is always an HOUR or MORE wait. That's terrible. Made an appointment multiple times for oil change and I show up during my appointment time, still have to wait for them to get to me. Absolutely terrible.

Thirdly, I have been waiting for a second key of my car for A YEAR and FOUR MONTHS. I still have not received my second key. What is this nonsense. I am not exaggerating and they don't care about people who have bought cars already, they only car about future buyers and as soon as they've got you. They're done with you and they don't care for you at all anymore. Absolutely terrible place.

After an oil change around 3000 to 3500 miles my oil light would start blinking. I would check it and it was low in oil about a quart. took it in for an oil change to the guy I always work with Tim Stoneking and he put my car on a oil consumption test. With this test you bring the care in every 1000 miles to check the levels. Well it never burned enough oil between oil changes to qualify for the repair. I kept my eye on it for a while after that and said I'll just bring it in every 3000 even if it is running a synthetic blend that should run longer between changes. Life kicks in and I'm not able to come in every 3000 and my oil light is blinking again. I already know what it is and add a quart of oil to get me thru. I let Tim know when I bring the car in and we do another test and it still falls short of the required oil burn off. Bringing my car in multiple times to get the levels checked. this September my car qualified for the piston repair to fix the problem, and was done with no charge to me. This is why I buy Honda for quality vehicle and great service. I'd like to say thanks to Tim for sticking with me thru this and to Honda for sticking by their cars.

I had an excellent experience from time I met Richard outside and he took me for a test drive. I took the car home and when I returned Richard was busy with another customer so Mike Bradenham was pulled in to help me. He was very thorough, competent and friendly. He was excellent at explaining all the options and after my purchase, taking me through a tour of the car and the electronics.

Ramon Gavilan was a fantastic rep. He took time to find out exactly what I was looking for and was able to narrow things down to a small set of cars he knew I would like.

The only down side was the financing person, I believe his name was Dan. He was overly pushy with the insurance options to add to the vehicle purchase and was noticeably annoyed when I declined.

I was out of town from Greensboro area visiting in Chapel Hill. My battery died so I called Crown Honda of South Point and was told it would take 20 mins to change it out. I had my car jumped and headed there. On arrival I was told it would take 2 hrs. I had 4 children with me. After 2 hrs I was told I needed a new alternator and with 36,115 miles my car was not under warranty. I decided to risk it and drive my car back to Burlington Honda (Flow Honda) where I always get my car serviced. When I got there my car battery was fully charged and they told me nothing was wrong with my alternator. I would NEVER recommend Crown Honda of South Point for servicing a car. I was also told by my Burlington Honda that my car was in fact under warranty because it is a certified Honda which means there is an extra 12,000 miles on top of the original warranty.

Went in for a recall repair and to have a couple other things looked at and fixed while I was there. I had a great experience with Kelly, my service advisor and the mechanic who worked on my car was great. They both communicated great with me regarding the repairs.

This is the 20th vehicle (both cars and trucks) that I have purchased over the past 55 years. I can say this is the best overall experience I have had to-date. Jerrod Wyander handled my purchase; he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The Honda Ridgeline truck that I had settle on to purchase was not in their inventory, but Jerrod went to town and the truck went into production the same day and was delivered within a week. He is a great representative for Crown Honda. Furthermore, Jerrod's manager and finance person handled the completion of the purchase efficiently. Crown management has to be proud to have such excellent jewels on their staff. Finally, I must say that I am very pleased with the truck; it performs exactly as advertised and as indicated in the extensive background research that I performed before embarking on its purchase. Five stars +++

Service advisor Ms K.... absolutely rocked. She listened to my needs and responded with a can-do approach. Assured my vehicle was expedited making my stay as brief as possible. Performed a QC follow-up to assure my vehicle properly serviced then washed and squeaky clean for my ride home to Carrboro. Ms K is raising the bar in the service department. Worst service department ever, Their weekend wait ...

Worst service department ever, Their weekend wait times are unusually longer and there is no.mention of it in their website. Shuttle service is only to the close by places that is less than a very few miles in the weekend unlike what they mention in the website, very unfriendly service department staff.

It is our pleasure to have Crown Honda as our dealership. Everyone there is very polite. Karl, our salesman is great and makes buying a car fun and easy. The service department is right there to help you and make it non stressful. We love our CR-V Touring. We had to leave our car and the shuttle brought us home and then come back and picked us up. That is great service. We love Crown Honda and we will be back.

I drive about 25 miles each way to have my 3 Honda's (2 of which I purchased there) serviced at Crown. I pass another dealership about 2 miles from my house. The guys in the service department treat you and your vehicle as if you were family and it was their vehicle. Saturdays are off the chain busy but if you get there early, you will be out in a timely fashion. Weekdays are a bit slower. It is evident that everyone feels the same way I do because of the crowds going there for service.

Crown Honda is the best Honda service in the triangle. I had an emergent issue with my 15 month old CRV which was still under warranty and needed a let replaced. They were extremely helpful to fit me in to a packed day for their service Centre. Michael Haller did a fabulous job with service and was communicative and understanding. Their service is a hundred times better than Leith Honda who sold me two cars but basically did not care or try to help me when an emergent issue occurred.

The service advisor I worked with Gerald Butler was fantastic. My car's service turnaround was swift, everything was done correctly, and Mr. Butler was great at communicating suggested work needing to be done. That was by far the best work done at this particular Honda Service Department.

I was rather disappointed in the service I receive...

I was rather disappointed in the service I received this time for several reasons. First, the service took far longer than I was told, and at one point when I asked where my car was, nobody could find either the car or the technician who was supposed to be handling it. About 10 minutes after I'd left, the tire pressure light came on and I had to return to have them recalibrate the gage because the tech had failed to. Also, when I bought the car I was given a free oil change and tire rotation, but had to pay $120 for the alignment and balance. All told, the 1 to 1 1/2 "free" service took 4 hours and cost me $120. I was given another free oil change, and the manager apologized and indicated that he would address the matter with the tech. I hope they get it straightened out. The customer service rep handled the situation well, I thought.

Daniel was excellent, but I would prefer that the reimbursement process be handled by Honda personnel rather than requiring customers to take additional steps to contact Honda customer service. I understand this is likely more of a function of corporate requirements, and to be clear, if I was solely reviewing Daniel and the team at crown Honda, I would give 5 stars.

The dealership responded flexibly to our financial goals, and we got the deal we were looking for. It was a very busy day there which slowed things down a bit, but we remain very positive about the process and the outcome.

Service check-in was very poor! The service reps were not getting to customers in a timely manner for whatever reason. In addition, they would often attend to people out of order...meaning that even If I got there before someone else, the other person would get attended to first simply because they were in the left lane. There are too many inefficiencies!
I used to go to Leith Honda before I purchased my current vehicle. In contrast, their service check-in is very smooth and efficient. Service reps are waiting and ready for people and get them checked-in in a very timely manner.

I must say the service today was the worst have experienced. It took more than 4h to have inspection and oil change. I had 11:30 appointment, when arrived the service rep told me it will take 2h, after 3 h if waiting I went to see him, he said let me check, he said that there is brake oil needs to be changed, I will send you an email and tick that do it will be done and if you need the alignment please tick that too, then after another hour I talk to the manager. He came back to me to tell me that it will take another 30 min. So I got the car back around 4:00pm. Even they have not wash the car despite when the rep ask me if I need my car to be washed, I said Yes. I spend over $400 for a service that took more than 4h and they have not wash the car. Worst service I have experienced from Honda. Hope Honda respect their customers in future and improve their service.

My Service Advisor (SA) was excellent. When getting my car serviced, I specially ask for him.

Had a tire replaced. In the process the wheel was marked. I called my SA telling him of the issue. He made a note in my service record of my call and the next time I get my car serviced the shop will try to buff out the marks.

As always it s a pleasure doing business with Crown Honda of Southpoint. I ve been going there for eleven years.

I just recently bought a vehicle from Crown Honda and dealt with Sergio. He made the process easy and quick, turns out the car needed an alignment which I noticed after a couple of days of buying the vehicle. Sergio made a follow up call anyway and was able to get that corrected right away. Definitely will be dealing with them in the future. Thanks to him and the staff of Crown Honda.

A job that would have taken more than two hours was done in one. He was very considerate of the fact that I had a 2year old with me who could be very needy. He was even playful with my son.

Recieved a letter stating that there was 2 recalls on my 09 Honda accord. On the paper it states that the service should take a hour or less. And if it doesn't; there is a loaner car FREE. I set up a appointment for 6pm today, I get there at 5:40. I had to sit outside in my car till 6:20 to check my car in then I was told it would take at least 3hours since they were busy. I stated if you all are so busy why did they tell me to come in at this time today and also stated that I was told there was loaner cars available. i was immediately denied and then said they would TRY to do it before then. I guess a person of color doesn't get the same treatment; or my time isn't as important.... this is my 3rd Honda ive purchased/owned and i love them... I just purchased a Dodge charger from westGate and there service center treated 100 times better. this will be the last time (if I can help it) coming to this service center and wouldnt recommend it unless you have no other choice (even though I like taking my car to the brand service centers).Poor service Anthony and I'm highly disappointed in how contradicting the document I received on how seemless this should be compared to what it actually was. "What's the point of an appointment when your treated like a walk in????)If I could give ZERO stars i would.

The customer service is horrible...you sit and wait on someone to come to you for assistance, then they have such an attitude when putting your information in the system. I bought my Honda at crown in Greensboro. I will more than likely go back there to buy my new one.
