The service is always done well but they are always so busy it usually takes up to 2 weeks to get an appointment for my car.

The coffee is good too.

They handled the service of my Jetta as well as I could have expected.

Bought a used vehicle from them. I had a great experience. Logan Rapp was very helpful, answered questions and emails quickly and honestly. The interest rate even came back slightly lower then quoted so that was nice.

Aaron, Liz and Kate provided a positive car buying [with trade-in] experience. As a product specialist, Aaron was well versed about the vehicle itself and effectively played the role of 'facilitator', navigating me through various car buying options and next steps. He is an atypical car salesman, not at all pushy and setting clear expectations. Liz was super knowledgeable about the financials and the ancillary options in a matter-of-fact/non-pushy way. Kate, the GM, reached out early on to ensure that I was being looked after by Aaron. Her email to me early in the process read "we're committed to ensuring that your vehicle purchase is enjoyable and straightforward" and that's exactly what Crosby Volkswagen delivered. There are a dozen other Volkswagen dealerships closer to my home, many of which I have experience with - it was worth the drive to Kitchener.

Excellent customer service! Had an issue with the latch on my car door and it was all fixed up within the same day. Shuttle service was also excellent -- kind enough to drop me off at Guelph and come get me when the work was done.

Jaclyn was very professional and patient with regard to our questions, needs and comfort level. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

Conrad led me into the sales cycle where I was very tepid about buying in the first place. He made the process easy and working with him was a breeze. At one point, he even emailed me with a reduction in pricing that he discovered on a loyalty program without me even prompting for, which I appreciated greatly. Going through the financials and the delivery cycles with the others in the team was great. Andrea was extremely accommodating even when I was late for our appointment. Delivery was hassle-free. I have been working with the service department for years on my previous model and have always been treated very well.

We were acknowledge and made feel welcome initially by Chris I believe, he was a young man there but I am not sure if he was a sales man or not.
Once I started asking questions regarding a vw passat tdi we (my wife and I) where introduced to a sales person named Andrew , He seemed busy however did provide us with information to some of our questions .
We were not sure if we should buy a lightly used passat like a 2013 or 2012 model or a new 2015, we were allowed to test drive a used 2013 model which we drove for less than 10 minutes and when we came back we ask that we wanted to test a 2015 model to compare between the two and decide after, right away Andrew told us that this wouldn't be necessary because the 2015 model was going to be identical to the used 2013 model we had just tested.
Since I don't have time to waste in unnecessary discussions and this was a beautiful sunny Saturday in June of 2015 we thanked the salesperson Andrew and left towards the Guelph vw dealer to see if they would let us drive a 2015 model to compare. Once at the Guelph dealer we where welcome and they promptly allowed us to test the 2015 model which we purchased right after that test drive.
A few months later I went into Crosby vw dealer to schedule a service oil change and the salesperson recognized me and saw me with the new passat , then he asked me if I tested a vehicle from him before to which I replied yes and explained him that this was the 2015 model he wouldn't allow me to test drive.
Regardless of this experience,next time I'm in the market for a car probably I will still check out Crosby vw , just as a bad summer day doesn't make for an entire bad summer also a bad day at a car dealership doesn't mean it will always be bad.

In early January I was on the hunt to buy my first car, in order to commute to Mississauga. I found a 2013 Jetta that was a great deal and went right into Crosby for a test drive. We dealt with James, who is very personable, professional and makes you feel welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make the decision on my car, which definitely was the right one, as I love it. James and Luke (financing) were fantastic through the whole process, and made it so easy and stress free to purchase my first car!

Great experience dealing with Chris on a new car purchasing. I had to turn in my Passat TDI and pick up a Golf due to diesel 2.0 settlement. Chris has been very patient with me on this process which lasted for almost 3 months. Chris was extremely professional in guiding me through the process and land me the replacement car we want. I bought a new GTI last year and have been completely thrilled with it, not to mention the outstanding service and knowledge Andrew provided. I checked with a VW dealership closer to my home and was not met with the same level of professionalism at this dealer-it almost put me off buying the GTI-but when I went back to Andrew, he sealed the deal- and I haven't looked back since. And not too long ago our MDX needed some work so we thought we would go looking for another MDX- and then I remembered Andrew and so I thought I would go and see him at Crosby VW to see what they had. We never really thought about a Toureg, but Andrew suggested I take it for a spin- and again the deal was sealed. We bought it and again are completely thrilled not only with he vehicle but knowing that Andrew had our best interest at heart in what type of vehicle would be suitable for our family- thank you Andrew.
Will we seek out Andrew for our next vehicle...a resounding yes is the answer!

Jeremiah was knowledgeable, courteous, and let us come out of the negotiations feeling that we paid a reasonable price--one that benefited both parties. My wife and I are delighted with the GTI and with the ongoing relationship we have with the dealership. Crosby Volkswagen acts like it wants to sell us our next car too--and I'm very happy at that prospect.

I had the best service from Crosby today! They took the time to explain why my Apple car play was not working. It turned out to be my iPhone not my vehicle. Driving in the winter was a breeze in my Tiguan. It is safe and reliable. They always provide me with a loaner when I get my car repaired.

Two weeks ago we took delivery of our 2020 VW Tiguan R-Line. This is the first VW we ve purchased. When we called Crosby VW for an appointment, Logan was the one to pick up. Despite his young years, his knowledge of and love for VW shone and he was committed to direct us to the best model for us. Logan is a personable and respectful man with a great sense of humour( a necessity to me). He was patient with our numerous questions and his humility allows him to ask for assistance if necessary. I usually never leave reviews, bad or good, but I had to do an exception for the team at VW crosby...We were anticipating the worse going into the deal.. you know, the usual from most car dealers (pushy sales people, too many hidden costs etc...) a few minutes after meeting Jarrett Neal, We felt the difference, not only did he make us feel comfortable, but he listened to our needs and wants, he wasn t pushy, and he explained all costs clearly. On my second time visiting, customer service knew I had given a bad review and still responded professionally and pleasantly. Technicians went on a drive to find out the problem. Was much better.

First off, Chris Sousa was very attentive and helpful when it came to purchasing my 2018 Golf R. Purchasing from Chris Sousa was a real positive. However, the service department is the complete opposite,where even to start.Got my Golf R towed to the dealership as the vehicle would not go into any gear(manual transmission)I went into the dealership to explain what happened. Instantly got profiled for being a young individual with a sporty vehicle(my parents didn't buy it for me, I saved every penny to purchase the vehicle) so it was a huge disrespect when the service adviser stated that the clutch was burnt out due to the vehicle being abused and it would not be covered under warranty. I'm a technician myself and have been driving manual since I was 16 so i'm not learning how to drive manual on this vehicle. A day and a half passed and I get a call "the technician drove the vehicle and says the clutch is burnt out ,it will be $2300 plus tax"first off how did the tech drive the vehicle if it doesn't go into gear and how do you come up with an conclusion without diagnostic. After a few phone calls,they finally took the transmission apart, and found a manufacturer defect in the transmission and no heat marks on the flywheel or the clutch friction disc, which proofs that the vehicle was never abused as they assumed.Since I called VW Canada about the situation,VW Canada ordered VW Crosby to put an entire new transmission in the vehicle. Almost a month at this point and not once a loaner vehicle was offered or a rental to get myself to work. After a month I finally get my vehicle,they did detail it which I appreciate. A month of reimbursement was to be given to me since it was in the shop. Got a biweekly payment instead of a month payment and only got the other biweekly payment because I called the general manager and picked up the check myself or else who knows when I would've gotten it. Two weeks roughly later I started seeing drips on my driveway.(driveway is now stained) Brought the vehicle into work and found gear oil leaking from in between the transfer case and transmission. Thus after a month of service and my vehicle was still wasn't fixed(alignment was off as well,steering wheel was off center). Brought my vehicle to another VW dealership as I don't want to have my vehicle serviced here anymore. The service department tried to pull a fast one on me but didn't work as i'm a technician and know about vehicles,just wanted to warn my fellow VW owners to not bring your vehicle here if you are expecting a good service experience as less auto knowledgeable individuals might be tricked into spending more than the vehicle actually needs to be fixed properly. Chris Sousa was the only positive I have from this dealership.If I could i'd give this a minus 5 stars. This experience made me regret the idea of purchasing a Golf R and the image of this vehicle.

I have been dealing with Crosby for a number of years and it has always been a good experience. This was the first time I worked with Erik Lowrick though. He was professional and helped explore a few options, before I made the final selection. After that he was always available to answer questions and to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. Hopefully it will be a few years until I need to buy another car, but if Erik is around, I will definitely be contacting him again.

We were here to buy a car today. Due to poor customer handling of their manager we changed our mind of buying a Jetta from them. Customer psychology is always to get some price benefit, similarly it was for us considering if we manage to reduce a few bucks then okay otherwise we will buy as per the deal they are giving. Fellow was very rude and Poor customer handling lead us to change our mind. They should understand that they are not selling monopolized product.

I go Toyota or VW with most new purchases. Crosby has been the better one when it comes to customer service though I have issues with VW Canada.

I recently bought a pre-owned Jetta from here and it was a great experience! I am so happy I came to an actual dealership, after dealing with other used car places in Cambridge and Waterloo, this was the most professional, and pleasant. I was able to negotiate the price by asking them to throw in a trunk liner, monster mats and see if they could take care of some scratches.

Upon pick-up I was not satisfied with how the scratches looked, so they agreed to take some money off the final price.

Left very satisfied and I loooovee my new Jetta! Also should mention this was my first car, and the employees there were very patient and informative with me.

I have purchased close to 20 cars over the years. The experience at Crosby Volkswagen with Aaron was far and away the easiest and most pleasant of them all. The focus they put on the customer experience is obvious.

Recently just purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Had a fantastic, low pressure experience with my sales consultant James Carmean. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this dealership.

They said will cover all expense but actually they charged me for so called "extra insurance" for rent car from enterprise, but I didn't ask for it,who would like to get extra insurance for just 1 day.

Purchased a vehicle in October the car has been in the shop 3 times. Twice for a reoccurring problem, online many reviews on Tiguan doors not opening from the outside or inside be prepared to jump over seats to get to your desired seat. Rather shocked to be paying repair fees on a car I ll be paying off for the next 6 years after such a short period of time. The computer system seems to have a glitch as it still has a former owners information rather than my own, claims warranty has expired. Hopefully, this visit that problem is resolved.

As someone whose tried different VW dealers for service in the region and Toronto area, I found Crosby VW to be the best. I put on about 45,000-50,000km a year so my car gets serviced frequently, and since bringing it to Crosby VW every service appointment has gone flawlessly. I never wait longer than my told, there is no upselling to deal with, and you are getting people who actually know what they are talking about. In particular Grant has been refreshing to deal with. On one of my first appointments I asked him to check out a rather unique issue I was having with my vehicle, something that two other dealers simply brushed off. But Grant ensured that the techs not only looked at it but they actually found the fault and fixed it in the same day. Since that I've never looked back, 10/10 would recommend!

A car-buying experience like none other!
It had been over 10 years since I last went car shopping, and I was nervous! I was bracing myself for the hard-sell. And happily, I couldn't have been more wrong. Erik immediately put me at ease. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and suggested cars for me to test drive. When I came back from a test drive he had the estimate ready and waiting. It may seem like a small thing, but by preparing the estimate while I was out, it showed me that he was respectful of my time. He explained the various features of the vehicle, in an informative way, never pushing me to make a decision one way or another. His answers to my questions were thoughtful, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Not once in the whole experience did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Since my first test drive, I have been recommending Erik and Crosby Volkswagen to anyone who will listen!

If you're considering purchasing a vehicle do yourself a favour and drive 40 mins to Brantford Volkswagen and ask for Lorne Little, Angela Wringley and JB Boniface. You will not be disappointed.
I came into Crosby with a vehicle already in mind. I was greeted by Aaron Zomer and quickly worked alongside him and his manager Keenan Chow. I'm posting this review because I rely on excellent customer service for my personal business and that is not what I received here. After I went in to test drive the car everything was fine. The next day Keenan Chow was emailing me and Aaron was already emailing trying to get me back in to purchase the vehicle. This was also followed up with a string of calls, emails and texts from Aaron that at one point turned condescending, untruthful and very pushy. I knew that I wanted the new Atlas but I had a bad feeling about working with Crosby VW after seeing how Aaron and Keenan were treating me. There are wats to be an excellent sales person without being rude and pushy which is something that unfortunately this dealership hasn't learned. Our last email to the manager Keenan and Aaron was ignored by the manager which solidified we were making the right decision and taking our business elsewhere.
Brantford VW matched the same deal plus threw in extras. Their parts are cheaper as Crosby tends to mark theres up. I bought a brand new Atlas with less kms than the one I was being pressured into at Crosby. JB at Brantford Volkswagen took the time to explain every single feature and option for the Atlas and what packages were available which Aaron did not. Crosby also includes a "mandatory insurance fee and a tire warranty fee" that they won't let you remove which I later found out was just other ways they hide other hidden fees throughout the contract.
Save yourself the time and hassle and drive to Brantford Volkswagen where you will get the customer service and excellent sales experience you deserve.

After a brief and positive conversation with Jenna, the service manager, all was rectified within a matter of seconds. Did you know that they wash your car when a service is booked during the week? Neither did I. I booked my service on a Saturday - no problem they said, make an appointment to bring your car back in during the week for a wash. Ended up I had to stop in without an appointment and they gave my beetle a wash then and there - and did an amazing job and even went the extra mile by spraying it with a finish that makes the water bead. So impressed with the service! My beetle is now ready for it's winter sleep.

We were at the end of our warranty in our toyota 4runner and decided to shop around. We had high expectations for a replacement vehicle as we loved the space and feel of our suv. After visiting a number of local dealerships we decided to go to crosbys. We already own a golf that we love, we thought we would check out a larger vehcile. Our visit at crosbys was nothing less then perfect. We were greated promptly and treated as if we were family. Kate Martin was knowledgeable and made the experience flawless.
