Service was awful. Brought the car in for service and was charged for things I didn't ask for after explicitly telling them to call before doing anything. Terrible

Service department isn't helpful.

They can't take a simple walk in for warranty. People need their cars fixed, they shouldn't be expected to wait 4 to 6 weeks for an appointment. Considering selling my vw because all of the dealerships in the area are like this.

Bought my first VW at Crosby. Aaron was a great product specialist and would definitely recommend this dealership.

I ve recently purchased a brand new 2019 Volkswagen Jetta R-line, I have to say that my experience with Crosby Volkswagen has been a super great experience. I worked with Aaron from Crosby to purchase an used car. From the moment I called in to check the availability, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism on display. I have been calling many dealers and Crosby was the only one to take the Covid situation seriously from the get go. Before they set up an appointment, Aaron verified if I have travelled recently and if I had been in contact with anyone who might have had Covid. Kudos for taking everyone's safety seriously.

The test drive and purchase experience was seamless as well. There was no high sales pressure tactics, the car was sanitized and cleaned, the features explained clearly. When I found a couple of minor issues, they were all taken care of before I took delivery of the car. I did financing and it was all done seamlessly by Crosby. Thank you Aaron, for making it all so easy :)

I bought my 2011 VW CC in Sept/14. The sales experience was well done but the service side wasn't as good. The only reason I go back is to have my warranty work done there - especially the rust in the body that is covered free of charge by VW's 12 year warranty. The warranty repair process is frustrating. First fill out a report, then book an appointment (usually a month or two out) and the cat must be washed beforehand or they won't take pictures, then they send the report into VW, then they have to wait for VW's approval, then they have to set up the appointment with their approved body repair shop -- the whole process I believe is to frustrate customers not to have this warranty work done. But if you have a VW and have noticed rust around the wheel wells or on the doors, make sure you get your free repairs done before the 12-year timeframe.

My partner and I had an excellent experience at Crosby Volkswagen. We ended up deciding on a used 2013 Jetta. It was our first time buying a car, and our sales associate Jarrett Neal made the experience entirely painless. He was really great about providing and explaining quotes on different cars over a period of several weeks, and he answered all of our questions in an understandable and unpretentious way. We had a small issue with our car in the first week after we took it home and the staff did an excellent job resolving it quickly. Compared to the other dealerships we visited, Crosby felt like a more relaxing and less high pressure sales environment.

Were hands down the best in town until new management came in and started changing staff and rates. VW rust warranty lady was dismissive and rude, should find someone else.

They are professional, helpful and have bought two cars from them already and I will shop no where else

I arrived at the dealership with several ideas and many questions. Andrew was quick to provide the answers I needed and was truly helpful in finding the car that would be right for me. Although I'm sure it wasn't easy for him, he made certain that it was easy for me every step of the way. This type of great car buying experience isn't that common and I think it is important to take note of a job well done.

Second time return purchaser at Crosby VW. Aaron was very helpful, pleasant and always returned calls / messages very promptly. The entire dealership team from Aaron, Tim, and Liz were professional, very pleasant to deal with and genuinely care about the customer. Wouldn't buy a VW anywhere else!

Car buying experience was fine. Unfortunately half a year later, the service center was SO disappointing.

For my first oil change I took off work as they only scheduled in appointments on weekdays, which was fine. But had I been told in ADVANCE that this visit wouldn't include a car wash (it was broken), I would've just rescheduled for a different date!! Now I have to take off another day of work just to get my car washed. And coming back from the Covid-19 break I need all the hours I can get. At this point it's not even worth going back to get the carwash.

BY THE WAY they didn't even offer a complimentary car wash for next time. I had to walk back into the service department after inspecting my still-dirty car and literally question why my car had not been washed. They should have been way ahead of me and at least mentioned that it was broken and they'd be happy to offer a complimentary car wash for next time. But nope. I HAD TO ASK. Unacceptable.

Just purchased a 2019 VW Golf and Im super happy with my VW purchase and also glad I chose this dealer. Aaron was well informed, articulate, respectful and patient with my decision-making process as a nervous customer making his first car purchase. Very poor service. I had service appointment at 7.30 am and I dropped my car at 7.30am and it was not ready even at 4pm. Lady was rude and they didn't even have courtesy to call back.

Where my late wife acquired our Beetle. They do charge dealer prices but for good work.

He helped me with all my queries and I appreciate Chris for his patience. Towards the end I was well assisted by Luke Ozugowski from the finance department. The purchase process was fantastic. I'm a car enthusiast and I have trouble picking cars, but they were completely understanding of me needing to test drive cars multiple times to get a feel for each car. I never felt pressured and Chris and Kate did a wonderful job helping me through buying my first car! Having been to several VW dealerships in Ontario throughout the years, I can honestly say that Crosby is far above the rest. I was introduced to Vinny through a friend of mine. He was always there to answer a question and help out with the my decision. I found the difference between Crosby and Others is that the employees, as a whole give you personalized attention and service. The whole process was really easy, as it should be. I found a vehicle I liked, emailed Vinny, went to test drive it, arranged for financing, VW Crosby called me to set up delivery, I went to pick it up and I was off on my merry way, could not have been simpler. My parents who have purchased many cars in their time also mentioned that they would go back to Crosby to purchase a vehicle in the future because the experience was so different than other dealerships.

Had a recall booked from over a month ago for today. Went in just to have the guy there say he left me a voice mail last week saying that my part hasn t come in yet. I had no missed calls or a voice mail from them. He was unprofessional about the situation insisting that he left me a voice mail and that it was my fault. I m sure if he did I wouldn t have wasted my time to come in today.

Uneducated service manager. Does not even know the basics of direct injection. Why did you hire service manager that knows very little about automotive technology?

I brought my car there for repairs at the end of the summer. I waited 2 days for a call back regarding diagnosis. I understand that dealerships get busy. But I shouldn't have to call, only to get an excuse that 'someone should've called yesterday to let you know' It was simply poor customer service in regards to my experience (that's why I gave them 3 stars) otherwise.... On a lighter note, The technician that did my repairs is really knowledgeable and came highly recommended, and the parts guy there is helpful and knowledgeable.
