I recently bought a pre-owned Jetta from here and it was a great experience! I am so happy I came to an actual dealership, after dealing with other used car places in Cambridge and Waterloo, this was the most professional, and pleasant. I was able to negotiate the price by asking them to throw in a trunk liner, monster mats and see if they could take care of some scratches.

Upon pick-up I was not satisfied with how the scratches looked, so they agreed to take some money off the final price.

Left very satisfied and I loooovee my new Jetta! Also should mention this was my first car, and the employees there were very patient and informative with me.
