As someone whose tried different VW dealers for service in the region and Toronto area, I found Crosby VW to be the best. I put on about 45,000-50,000km a year so my car gets serviced frequently, and since bringing it to Crosby VW every service appointment has gone flawlessly. I never wait longer than my told, there is no upselling to deal with, and you are getting people who actually know what they are talking about. In particular Grant has been refreshing to deal with. On one of my first appointments I asked him to check out a rather unique issue I was having with my vehicle, something that two other dealers simply brushed off. But Grant ensured that the techs not only looked at it but they actually found the fault and fixed it in the same day. Since that I've never looked back, 10/10 would recommend!
