What do I want from a dealership? First: information and options--I want a range of vehicles that could meet my needs and the information to choose between them. Jeremiah was knowledgeable, courteous, and let us come out of the negotiations feeling that we paid a reasonable price--one that benefited both parties. My wife and I are delighted with the GTI and with the ongoing relationship we have with the dealership. Crosby Volkswagen acts like it wants to sell us our next car too--and I'm very happy at that prospect.
