Two weeks ago we took delivery of our 2020 VW Tiguan R-Line. This is the first VW we ve purchased. When we called Crosby VW for an appointment, Logan was the one to pick up. Despite his young years, his knowledge of and love for VW shone and he was committed to direct us to the best model for us. Logan is a personable and respectful man with a great sense of humour( a necessity to me). He was patient with our numerous questions and his humility allows him to ask for assistance if necessary. The other members of the Crosby team were also readily available and willing to assist to us if Logan was temporarily busy. We highly recommend Logan and Crosby VW.
