Crevier MINI Review

I went to the dealership last April 24 and test drive the car that my wife wants. After the test drive, I told the sales representative the car would be under my wife's name therefore they should run her credit and not mine because I told the sales representative that my credit is not that good. So, after running my wife's credit it turned out to be 800 which is almost perfect so they told me everything is okay. So, I told my wife about it, and we went to the dealership, when we got to the dealership, they told us that we cannot get the car because they run my credit without my knowledge and it din't turned out that good. And now they're telling us that because of my credit we cannot get the car even though my wife's credit is almost perfect and its going to be under her name. So, I called the bank and told them what happened and they informed me they have nothing to do with it, it's all the dealer's responsibility. I tried calling the dealership but they cannot even give me a reason why we cannot get the car. Maybe because of my race?? I really don't know. I hope this unfortunate incident would not be experienced by other people who are planning on getting the're next car to this dealership.

I got a flat tire and dropped my Mini off late I night. The next morning, the dealership was able to get my tire replaced, complete maintenance that was due, wash my car and send me on my way home (an hour and a half away) before 11 am. It was awesome!

WORST service I have ever received. Brought my car in multiple times post accident to be sent off with a still malfunctioning car. Finally took the car to Irvine MINI and all issues were resolved quickly and professionally.

Beware, you might end up paying for multiple alignments since they just charge you and dont actually complete them.

Wheel Rotation and Balance combined with Breaks' Fluid was outstanding as usual.

Christina Banks is a perfect contact, he told me all I should be familiar with this mini s new car. He is very honest and give me a resonable price as a Costco membership can get. I m so satisfied with the price and the maintenance services that the store provided. Mr. Banks has more patience to teach me every function in the car. I will strongly recommend him to my friend if he or she wants a mini. Thanks so much! I love your store and your staffs!

Good place, my husband has one, the detail was that he had to go as 3 times to solve a problem of the car delayed but it was fine at the end ..

Great customer service and the technicians do a great job.

Good quality of service for both car and customer. Kyle Anderson is helpful in recommending service and explaining what needs to be done and for what reason. As to be expected with servicing at the dealer the prices can be steep but they are good at finding the issues that need to be addressed.

Always top-notch work at Crevier. Euro car repairs seem to be a bit pricey, but that comes with the territory. Kyle is an excellent service advisor and I trust him.

Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Our Mini was no longer under warranty and we received a free loaner anyway for the duration our car was in the shop. Christian did an outstanding job taking care of our Mini and providing status throughout the time our vehicle was in the shop.

When my service manager was there, he was great. My original service manager that I scheduled the appointment with, was not there when I brought the car in, so I had another one. His name is Anthony. Anthony was great. I tried multiple times getting in touch with the dealership via phone and online when I had to come pick up the car the next day and could get no response. Every time I called any number it went right to voicemail. I was trying to set it up to pay it online and because it took them so long to call me back... 5 minutes before I was leaving to come pick the car up... That I wasn't able to even try. Normally Crevier is fantastic this was not one of those times

Mini s features and does a FANTASTIC job of sharing how they work. I am super pleased with my Mini purchase and the time spent with JIM was really very worthwhile.

Service was great. Marshall Jung, the Service Advisor, was very helpful. He answered all my questions concerning servicing my new Mini. Service very prompt. I have had a very good experience with this car, starting with the sale through my 1st service.

From beginning to end great experience 2nd time I have leased a vehicle from this store. We started off our process with a courtesy call regarding our end of term lease options by Ana. First line of contact to help us figure out what to do with our lease. Super nice and informative. We decided to break out a few months early because of programs Mini was offering. To better serve us with the lease details we worked with Stephanie Medina, Sales Advisor. I think more like personal shopper - What a pleasure to work with! Within 24hrs landed us on a vehicle that fit our needs. Price and monthly was perfect for us and my hope is a fair deal for them. No surprises along the journey at all. Stephanie took the time to go over the vehicle and books. I will also note she was very polite to my son that secretly always makes me feel great when "grown-ups" take the time to include my son in conversation. We finished off our deal with Blake in the business office. I had the opportunity to work with him years ago on our last deal. He too was great to work with. Thank you everyone for your efforts! This was the BEST car buying experience i have ever had! The selection of Mini Coopers was much greater compared to other dealerships, besides the fact that they had the exact one i was looking for. My boyfriend showed me a Mini ad that morning and the car that caught my eye was in the background of this ad....it wasn't even really a part of the ad, but that's the one i wanted. We thought we were going to have to do a song and dance to get this car in the color i had seen. Worst case scenario, we figured we would have to special order the car. We pulled into the dealership at 10am, and there it was.....a 2019 convertible, teal blue Mini Cooper!! Our salesman, Jim, was over the top....he was knowledgeable, honest, and personable. There was absolutely no pressure, or wasted time. By 12pm I drove off the lot with the exact car I had set out to purchase that morning!!!!

Jim F. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the Mini product line. He assisted with my lease of a Cooper S even on a day off then helped with vehicle delivery and setting up the programmable keys and answered all questions. His follow up after the delivery is on point as well. Highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new Mini!

Excellent Mini Dealership!
We were looking to add another Mini Cooper to our car family (our 4th mini).
We came across a Mini advertised by the dealership Crevier Mini in Santa Ana. Even though this dealership is not in our city, we contacted them to get further details and schedule a viewing of the car. We spoke with Sandy.
Sandy (Sales Assistant) was very helpful and gave me excellent details of the car. The car was not ready for viewing so she said she would follow up with me to schedule an appointment when it was available. A few days later, I received a follow up text from Sandy with an update and pics of the car and scheduled an appointment for the following weekend. On arrival we were greeted by our Sales Consultant Ricardo. Wow, what a great guy. Ricardo was fantastic. He is not only great at offering a stress free car purchasing experience but he exudes the Mini Cooper brand and Crevier dealership that he represents. During our negotiations, we had the pleasure of also working with Blake the Sales Manager. We really wanted this particular Mini Cooper but we had a few obstacles to get past to make this purchase happen.
Ricardo and Blake were extremely helpful and worked with us until we came up with a great deal so we could drive away in this mini. This team duo made sure that during the entire experience, we were treated with respect, patience and above beyond excellent customer service. The dealership is not like others. It's very welcoming, friendly and an extremely mellow environment that they take alot of pride in all the way to the end of your experience when they hand you the keys.
Other dealerships should take notice and follow suit of this amazing team and their values. I love Crevier Mini! Best service, nicest people, super clean and comfortable environment. I am so happy that this is where I purchased my car from! I have been searching for about a year now for the perfect Ice Blue mini cooper, and one day I happened to stumble to Crevier Mini and see eight different options! I was helped by Dana Eastman who was so welcoming, helpful, and kind! He made the process so easy, and even let me test drive the car for a couple hours one day. When I went to sign the papers and pick up the car Dana wasn't working, so I was helped by Shelby Brown. She was very personable, outgoing, and helpful! The process of purchasing the car almost felt too easy, and when I picked up the car Shelby went over every little detail about the car! You can tell she loves Mini Coopers, not only because she sells and drives them, but also from her attire. Thanks to her I almost left with the whole store! I am excited for the day I can take my car in for a car wash and see everyone who helped me! I would really recommend speaking with either Dana or Shelby when looking for a new/used car! I must share with you what happened to me in an effort to stop this from happening to any of you.
The warning light went on in my MINI Clubman telling me there was a problem with the headlight. Took it in into Crevier MINI to have it checked out. They told me part of the headlight had melted and I needed a new headlight, not just a bulb. Quote - $557.46. They also told me the oil filter housing was leaking and needs replaced or the car would overheat. Quote $1,190.03. I told them thank you, I would pick up the car (minus the repairs).
I promptly took the car for a second opinion. The headlight bulb was burnt out, nothing burned. Replacement bulb - $67.00.
And....NO leaks were found in the oil filter housing. No repair needed.

Just days ago, I purchased my first Mini from Crevier Mini and, I love it! Super easygoing and clean facility made the experience that much better. The icing on the cake was meeting and making friends with Jason Valdivia. Jason made my wife and I feel comfortable while we browsed the lot looking for the next addition to our family. We talked of cars, pugs and movies.

Jason found me an awesome deal on a 2016 Mini Clubman S and paid off my remaining payments on my 428i lease. I couldn t be happier. Although, my wife may be a little jealous now, we are planning to come back next year to get her a Mini of her own.

I also wanted to mention Blake in the financial department. Another car enthusiast; Blake was very calm and friendly, making the final part of the process relaxing.

If this is your first time service your Mini with Crevier, you would like it. The waiting area and restroom are very clean especially during this pandemic. Staff does maintain social distancing and wear masks, so you feel very safe. Although my tire rotation, balance, and car wash took a little bit longer than I expect, bit I noticed they did detail the car pretty nice.

Everyone was very hospitable. Anthony took great care of my Clearwater (my Caribbean Aqua Convertible). He sent me a video of what needed to be repaired. There was no pushing for things that didn t need to be done, but he did make sure everything that should be done under the warranty was done. I ve brought my MINI to several dealerships and this was the first one to communicate thoroughly, and clean my vehicle thoroughly. Anthony took to spend time in checking everything. The care in cleaning my MINI shows how they take servicing their customers to the best of their abilities. Crevier is my new home for Clearwater s care.

I got my used 2015 Mini from Jason. He is amazing and super helpful. He stayed late for us and patiently answered all my questions and explained all the functionalities in the car for me! He even put the bowtie on the car as a surprise for me. How sweet!!!
We did a lot of research before the purchase. Their price is really competitive. The place is nice the clean, people are nice in there. I'd highly recommend this store and find Jason for the help.
Btw, they offer free hand carwash service. I'll definitely come back often!

They need to be better at service, they charged me$800 to supposedly fix my car which wasn't fixed but I give them credit they are fixing it now after I threw a fit. We shall see.

I had to take the time to share my above and beyond the call of duty customer service experience with Christian at Crevier Mini, in Santa Ana. I took my mini in for my routine maintenance, but Christian and his team discovered some items that would ve caused me some serious issues in the near future. The integrity and trustworthiness of Christian and his team are traits, that are becoming hard to come by in this society. It s truly refreshing to know that there are still people like, Christian , that understands what amazing customer service truly is. Truly the best dealer, I recently moved from Atlanta to California and my my 2016 mini broke on Easter... the cost of it was around $2500, I was to the point I wanted to give up the car... because I spent so much money on it.. one of the manger was so nice that he made everything for free even though my warranty was already over.. Wow, super stoked with the whole experience at Crevier Mini. They didnt have the exact car that we wanted so Christian got on line and had it delivered that night. Next day we drove up and made the purchase. The whole buying process went super smoothe and Christians attention to our needs was met 100 percent. One week later we had what s called the second date with Jim. He spent about two hours with us going over all the features of our new car. Lots to remember so I m sure we ll have a third date for more info. Jim showed us stuff we probably would ve never known about. So use their expertise and ask questions that they re happy to answer. Yes I just purchased 2 mini's in the last year. i have to say i have had a lot of cars in my day and spent a lot of time in the dealerships.
So to cut strait to the chase i have not found a better dealership to work with and the sales guy Rodrigo is the best in the industry. He is able to work deals i never thought possible and he is so punctual always calls as he says and follow up in bar none.

My experience at crevier mini has been awesome. mostly because of my saleswomen adrena rose. i got my mini about a month ago and she has been a great help. just yesterday i found out i had a punture in my tire and it would cost me 45 bucks to fix it. anyways i talked to adrena and she took care of it so i ended up paying nothing cause she remembered that the car has low air pressure when i got it and it wasnt my fault. most salesmen would just brush you off cause they already sold you the car but not adrena. i dont even consider her my salesperson i consider her like a inside friend i have at crevier mini. i ask her for everything. so if you decide to buy a mini make sure you find adrena rose. she is awesome

2 weeks later, Jim Forbes, second date. Jim went over every button, switch and fun thing this car can do. He took his time to clearly help us understand how we can make our car more personable. Now the wife has her settings and I have mine. Great team at Crevier Mini. Happy customer for life. These people are willing to do what it takes to make customers happy.

I found out that they started servicing other makes and models than MINI and took my Prius C in for servicing. I got to drive a MINI cooper S as my loaner car and they let me know that I needed tires replaced which was something I needed to do as my tires were pretty much done. They gave me a great quote on adding the same make tires and installs and the best part was that I got to keep the MINI for one more day. The next day Kyle Anderson my service advisor called me and told me my car was ready. I picked up my washed and vacuumed car and loved the service !

I have purchased two Minis at Crevier, and brought a friend who purchased one as well. Jim in sales is the best salesman around, he owns many Minis himself and continues to provide advice on car features, answer questions, etc far beyond the date of purchase. Just stop by and see him, he will always make time for you. I won t buy from anyone else.

On the service side, Crevier Mini does a thorough job with excellent communication and customer service. Our service advisor, Christian Flannery, is great and gets the job done correctly. He looks out for his clients, and we have total confidence in the service.

Crevier MINI is the best Mini car dealer / service. First, most of place don't offer loaner car. But, here, you will get to drive 2019 new car while your car is repaired. Second, they will inspect your car really carefully, even if you are using your warranty! Some places don't want to deal with warranty and they just say everything is good. My wife and I have always had a fight of which car was better, her 2018 Honda Civic Lx or my 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman Sport. After driving my car for me, due to my recent neck surgery, my wife fell in love and began coming home asking if we could "trade cars". As of this past weekend, we are now proud owners of a 2019 Mini Cooper Clubman Sport. This is our second Mini Cooper purchased through Alex Yang at Crevier Mini! I got an itch to get a Mini Cooper Convertible. Have been scouring the internet on reviews, options, dealerships and any other info I would need. Well, started the buying process once Rodrigo Vazquez answered my chat request on the Crevier Website. He was amazing, answering all my questions, helping me with everything that I threw at him. I went from Itch to picking up car tomorrow in the span of a lazy 118 degree Sunday in Palm Springs. I have to say that I have never bought a car in this manner and I was kind of skeptical but Rigo made sure it went smoothly. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had. This dealership HAS a policy to have you sign Credit application if you want to buy Cash, Cashier Check etc! Sales are Okay, Sales Managers are hit and miss! Overall not bad! Peter the GM, is very good manger handling concerns.

Quality service they are the dealer so it is a little more expensive but there is a dealer so they know what they re doing when it comes to servicIng minis
