This company deserves 10 stars! Their customer service is beyond excellent, honestly I have never had such a great customer experience before. Our son's quiz it pen malfunctioned after a month and they not only sent me a replacement WITHIN ONE DAY but also included some surprises. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I'm so impressed by this company! I had a MeReader that didn't work, and Tracie at PI Kids kindly and immediately responded to my email, sent me a new MeReader, and went above and beyond!
I have to say that Phoenix International Publications has the best customer service of any company! When I emailed re a non-working digital player, Tracie from customer service responded within just a couple of hours and not only sent a replacement player, she included a few surprises (which delighted my granddaughters to no end!). I would recommend this company and its products unconditionally!
We got a book that didn't work, and Tracie in customer service was quick to fix the problem! I wish all of my customer service calls went as smooth as this one!

I purchased a sound book which stopped working so I decided to contact the manufacturer. They immediately emailed me back AND sent out another book along with unexpected extra books at no cost to me!! Heartfelt thanks to them and I will continue to purchase their products.
Amazing company!!! Unfortunately I had an issue with a smart pad and after reaching out someone responded immediately even though it was a weekend. They were so wonderful sending a replacement and some extra treats for my kids. Truly a customer centric company that wants to bring joy to children.

My son LOVES the me reader and I cannot get over how amazing their customer service has been going above and beyond. Our me reader broke and my son has been stuck home away from his daycare and grandparents during the stay at home orders for covid19. I reached out to PI Kids customer service on the off chance they could help and was blown away by the quick emails back and how quickly they sent a new reader out. Tracie, especially has been a shining star in our world fixing the me reader and sending some surprise gifts for my three year old as well! I will exclusively be buying from PI kids for my son and my nephews and nieces from now on and I suggest you do the same. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TRACIE!
Had the BEST experience with this company. Bought something that didn't work. Called to request a new one. Sent DHL overnight AND sent 2 extra books, and 2 stuffed animals as a bonus to say sorry. Customer service at its finest!!!

My daughter recieved a Thomas and friends interactive book. My mother got it for her for Christmas. When we started reading the book I noticed that 2 of the buttons wouldnt work. No big deal, but I am kind of an electronics repairman, so I figured I'd have a look inside and see if I could fix it. But before I thought I'd contact the company and inform them of the situation. After taking to Tracie via email, she asked for our shipping address and told me our replacement was OTW. 3 days later here's a package with a replacement of the Thomas book. 2 other medium interactive books. 3 little short books, and 3 stuffed animals, as well as a hand written note (Which really adds class IMO). My daughter lit up like it was Christmas all over again. Thanks again Tracie! Way to set the bar Phoenix International Publications!
Wow! What a great company! We bought the Quiz It Pen books but the pen unfortunately wasn t working properly. I reached out to customer support and within a half a day I got a response that a new pen was on its way already. That was amazing enough but you went beyond that even! What we didn t expect was the extra surprises and note that came with. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
Never in my life have I encountered such exquisite customer service- and I live near Disney! I saved some old books my mother in law was going to get rid of for my future children. My now 3 year old and I just opened up the box of saved books from many years ago and we found a Lion King book with sound buttons. The batteries no longer worked but the inside cover had an address to send a check for batteries and a screwdriver. I figured it was a long shot since it was so old and of course the letter got bumped back. We still utilized the book and just disregarded the buttons but I recently noticed an email address. I sent a quick message and got an immediate response that there was a better address to assist me. Again, I instantly received the kindest email which offered to send batteries free of charge but also a plethora of brand new books for my two little boys. They showed great Interest and care and I will forever remember their kindness. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their products!
We had bought a set of QuizItPen books for our daughter and love them!. My son had received a nice set of Phoenix International Disney learning books that came with an electronic pen. After a couple of years the pen began to malfunction. I reached out to the company on their website, and one of the representatives reached out to me offering to send a replacement and asked who my son s favorite characters are. Raising a toddler makes every second of your day valuable, so even though she got back to me, I neglected to return the email. This wonderful woman sent me two additional follow up emails asking to help, 3 total. I finally found a moment to send her our address and the information she needed for the replacement. Not only did she replace the pen, but she sent a beautiful package with a few additional books and stuffed characters as well as a hand written note. I felt as if my email exchanges were directly with the owner of the company. If every company treated customers the way this woman treated me and my son, the world would be a much better place. Thank you Phoenix International and TW for your wonderful products and inspiring me to apply your attitude towards my own business.
I just had the best customer service experience with this company and a staff member named Tracie! My daughter has the Trolls and Frozen eReader Set and Is OBSESSED with them. She sits and follows along independently, pushing the buttons that correspond to each page which are color and shape coded. She just turned three this March and has been using them since she was about 2.5.
Anyway, one of the buttons on her Troll eReader recently died. The rest of the reader works but it was frustrating for her not to be able to follow along with those corresponding pages in the book. I figured I would contact PI about how to get a replacement.
They got back to me in a matter of a few hours, apologized for the inconvenience and asked for some information. When I sent the information they got back to me again right away, were so nice and let me know that the new eReader was on the way.
I never leave reviews but I was blown away with how quickly they responded to my inquiry given the current COVID situation and how congenial the whole experience was, start to finish.
I have bought several ME Readers for my grandchildren - and they love them; they even sleep with them! One eventually stopped working (even with new batteries) and when I contacted the company to see if I could buy a replacement reader, they not only sent a complementary replacement (they don't sell them separately), but other "goodies" for the children, as well. This is a company that knows how to treat its customers!
