This was my first purchase at a car dealership. My salesman Christian Banks was amazing,he went above and beyond to get me in to the vehicle I wanted for the right price. It was painless and an all together easy experience. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family!

Purchased my first car here. Chose Crevier over Long Beach and Torrance Mini because I was actually greeted when I came inside. A representative readily assisted me in purchasing my car, and did not leave me walking around, confused and annoyed.

I was invited to go back after about a month to learn some features my car could do, that I didn't find out myself while having the car.

Every time I go for service, I'm greeted, and treated with respect. I hate having to take my car in for service, but people like Cesar and Eli make the experience much less annoying and uncomfortable.

I would recommend Crevier Mini to anyone looking to purchase a car, period.

My parents made the decision to purchase the vehicle with the help of Alex Yang, everyone here are very professional and nice. I bring my 2015 F56 JCW to Crevier for all my service needs. Service advisor Kyle is one of the best. He takes the time to listen to my concerns about my MINI and thoroughly checks service bulletins to ensure everything is in tip top shape and makes sure you covered with a loaner vehicle. Additionally, the MINI tech team at Crevier always gone above an beyond to make sure you're supported, either be a routine warranty service or a general concern, they'll take the time to diagnose any issues to give you peace of mind. Like any other MINI owners out there, we are quite particular when it comes to our cars. There is MINI dealership down the street from me but I prefer the drove to Crevier every time. I highly recommend this dealership anytime someone asks where to go.

Everything was great but when I return I don t think it takes 7 hours to do oil change. This is not your fault but I bought the car new and the BOB doesn t make the sound when you lock or open your car no one at Ontario mini even mentioned it and the other issue I have is 3 times just sitting in the car the emergency roadside assistance comes on the speaker and scared me. What I want to know is how long do I have before The warranty runs out.

I m also glad to see my service advisor Kyle still working there. I absolutely loooove these vehicles & the helpful & friendly staff that work here. These cars are really so fun, fast, safe, and beautiful!

I just picked up my newest one this weekend...moonwalk grey Mini Cooper S 2-door. It has everything you need & more! I ve got comfort keyless entry, heated front seats, rear view camera, paddle shifters, moonroof, rain sensor windshield, run flat tires, and right under the speedometer, it gives you the streets speed limit for where you re driving! I am loving this model! Can t wait to take her out this weekend for our little road trip!

I bought a used 2009 JCW Clubman form another dealer and new there would be some issues with a model that old. I took it to Crevier Mini to have it checked out. They were able to diagnose and take care of all my issues within a few days. They gave me a loaner during the process and washed my car before I picked it up. This is the best the car has driven since I bought it and the service was top notch.

I went to check out the vehicle that I was interested but never thought that I would actually drive it away because I was still in a lease. However, Stephanie Medina and the finance manager came up with some amazing offer and numbers to make things happen. Now I'm out of lease, driving the car that I like, AND have lower payments. Props to Crevier MINI team members! I definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle!

Walked to Crevier at 400 pm and left with a 2019 Mini Cooper hardtop by 700 pm. We were helped by Jim Forbes. Jim not only helped us lease the car but also pointed us to a much better deal than the one that we were originally looking at. No pressure sales, no haggling but we were provided with a lot of information regarding the car, the current deals and a good comparison among the ones that are in the lot. I would definitely go back to Crevier Mini and work with Jim again. This is what car buying should be.

My car buying experience at Crevier MINI was better than anything that I could have ever imagined.

I worked with Jim Forbes (a wonderful person inside and out) who remained engaged, attentive and extremely patient throughout the process. He provided all of the pertinent scenarios and gave me time to make an informed decision. Jim Forbes was my first point of contact with Crevier MINI and he made me feel comfortable from the onset with a very welcoming phone demeanor. Five stars is not enough; I would give him 100 stars.

A big thank you to Blake, the General Manager and Sandy in Finance who assisted me with my paperwork. Thank you all for being so accommodating and kind.

Took my 2011 mini Cooper to replace the foot well module, got that replace and on my way home it smoking and the car shut off on me and when opened the hood there's oil everywhere coolant everywhere had a tow the vehicle back to the dealership They refused to fix it and now have to tow my car back home

We keep going back to this dealership because they treat us with impeccable Service all through finding us the right vehicle up thru financing. We love the Mini Countryman, still very sporty while maintaining the comfort and safety features. Our sales guy, Jim Forbes went beyond in making us very happy customers.

A family member of mine brought my mini here for service / check in on my rear brakes. It's great to hear that a lot of people have received tremendous service here but that is very much the opposite of what we received. The main service person was Anthony Claudillo. He gave 0 insight on WHY my mini has brake problems with just 13,000 miles. As a side note, I had another mini before with over 20k miles and never had the brake monitor warning go on before. Anthony basically just told my family member oh well, gives us the money, and we will replace it. He basically did not care and the only comment he had to give was that they have replaced brake pads for minis driven under 10kmiles before. Aren't you the expert here ? If we're paying for dealership services shouldn't you care about the longevity and help us from needing another replacement? He def just wanted the money and was not trying to talk AT ALL. Geez.

Further, before opting in on a service here make sure to call all the other mini dealers near by. Mini Crevier quoted us $485.00 for a rear brake replacement.We had to call around for a few hours but we luckily found out Long Beach Mini had a promo for brake replacement for about ~$270.00. After bugging them Mini Crevier price matched. Deducting another star because they were NOT AT ALL accommodating with loaners.

They communicate quickly, have always offered solutions to unique CPO scenarios, and the car is returned better than I left it. Anthony is awesome, and the techs can send you a video of what is happening with your vehicle. My best offer for improvement to the company is to wipe down the loaner vehicle inside before handing it off to the customer! Aside from that the loaner is awesome as well.

Don't take your car here. The employees scratched up my mom's mini and damaged the alignment and wore out the tires. Probably stunt driving because it's someone else's car. My mom noticed the scratches and had them fix it, but it wasn't until I drove it a few months later on the fwy that the more serious damage became apparent. Seriously don't take your car here, it's a risk.

All the negotiation was done through email with Megan (sales manager). Then Jim (salesman) took over after price was set. Jim was great and update me weekly on my custom Mini Countryman JCW. Custom one would take 3 months to arrive. But it was totally worth it. It was delayed for two weeks but it was fine. Everything was exactly what I wanted. Strongly recommend Crevier Mini.

I had a great experience purchasing my first MINI at Crevier MINI. My motoring advisor, Christian Banks, was super helpful from the moment I called in about a stock unit. Being from a state over with just one MINI dealership that had limited stock, I found the exact model I wanted but was weary about the purchasing process and how it all worked. Christian was great at reassuring me at every step of the process as well as providing a great deal on a 2020 Clubman. I'm thoroughly impressed at how easy everything was to do over the phone and via email, and spent less than 90 minutes at the dealership once I arrived. I fully recommend Christian and his team at Crevier MINI.

I have been looking at a mini for a while and visited several dealerships and talked to many of their motoring advisors but none of them were able to help me like Adrena Rose. She is high energy and super excited to help you find the car of your dreams. Adrena probably knows more about the cars than anyone else I have spoken to (there have been a lot of people - my mini search has been years in the making ) and she wants to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for with no exceptions. I test drove a few of the minis before I settled on one model and after reviewing what I was looking for in my car, Adrena recommended that I do a custom build. She walked me through the process and was able to help me determine what I needed and didn't need - she didn't sell me the most expensive car available, she sold me exactly what I needed and was looking for. I absolutely LOVE my mini and if Adrena wasn't my advisor I think I would be driving a car I was settling for and not completely 100% in love with.

If Adrena Rose didn't find me wandering the lot that day I would probably still be driving my Volvo and I'd be miserable. Every car sales person should take a notes on her customer service and attention to detail because it goes above and beyond outstanding.

I was a bit early for the drop-off appointment but I was greeted promptly. The loaner was a nice perk and let me carry out my errands for the rest of the day as if my car wasn't even in the shop. Repairs went smoothly and I got my car back cleaner than if I had taken it in to a detailer!

I wish I can give this place zero stars. Please be warned that this place will not do right by you. You will be very disappointed and will regret ever setting foot in their service department.

I came in with my fully drivable mini cooper (drove from Lake Elsinore to Crevier Mini without any problem) pointing out to the employees that the speedometer was not working and asking for full diagnostics on the car to fix the problem and find out it there was anything else I should know about. After one whole week they finally called me and said they were able to fix the speedometer and that the car was driving a lot better and to go ahead and pick it up.
I went to pick it up and paid over $700 to take my car home with a fixed speedometer. I drove it for 10 miles and the car started smoking and leaking a bunch of fluids and oil. I pulled over and car wouldn't turn on, so I had to call a tow truck. I called the mini copper advisor Anthony and explained what happened, he asked to bring the car back and refused to pay the tow even tho it was their company who gave me back a car that was no longer working.
My boyfriend and I called for 3 days straight and they said they were not doing anything to the car because the advisor Anthony was off work. My boyfriend and I went back to the dealership and spoke with the manager Ceasar. The manager said that his employee Anthony explained to him that the car over heated and leaked coolant because a hose was loose. When we asked about all the oil that was leaking he looked very confused and said he did not know there was any oil leaking and that the car looked clean. After pointing out that his employee was not completely honest with him and showing him the video I took of the car smoking and leaking oil the night I tried to take it back home, he said he was unsure if maybe his employee forgot to connect or close something right and messed something up. They kept the car another day for more diagnostics, the manager said they didn't check everything on the car when I first brought it in (which was very confusing since I had already paid for full diagnostics when I first brought it in). He then he called us back the next day to say they think it was a blown head hasket eaking and they cant help me. To come and tow my car out of their shop.
We asked the manager to please give us the car back the way it was when we first brought it in. Nothing more and nothing less. I even asked to take back whatever part they used to fix the speedometer, and reimburse me all the money I paid them. I pointed out that no one in this world walks into a dealership with a working car, pays them money, and expects to leave with a car that is no longer working and needs to be towed away.
He refused. He said he cant help me in any way.
They refuse to take responsibility for their actions and will not fix the damage they caused to my cooper. The manager knows his employee lied and he is still not willing to fix his mistake.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND I WANT TO WANR EVERONE WHO IS CONSIDERING GOING THERE TO STAY AWAY. DO NOT GO THRU WHAT I AM GOING THRU.

They are polite and courteous. Maybe in providing services like a loaner car a week in advance may prove difficult on the day you arrive. I came to have my car serviced and arrived an hour early . I was told that would be ok, but after 30 mins waiting for the service adviser, I was told loaner car would not be available for maybe another hour and possibly greater than a hour. So I had to make a decision cancel business appointments for the rest of the day or wait another hour for a loaner that might not be available. Maybe if they had been able to give me an estimate of service time prior, I could have planned accordingly. I drove from San Diego to have service at 11 am, I could have spent another day vacationing. They are polite and courteous. They haven't gouged me of any money but they have taken my time, and time can't be given back. To make this review helpful I advise schedule service at 8 am to get your loaner. Then you will appreciate their courteous and polite service.

the staff has made a 100% effort and has delivered 100% in correcting the problem and inconvenience that was caused for me. In doing so I must give credit for their efforts and has renewed my consumer confidence in CREVIER MINI. I would give 4.5 stars. Deduct 0.5 star for the initial inconvenience. Overall thumbs up to Cesar and Tony whom accommodated me.

I have saved for my Mini Cooper since I was 7 years old. The Crevier Mini staff never treated me like I was a 16 year old kid. From the minute I visited Crevier Mini until I drove away in my car, it was the best experience of my life so far!! I LOVE my car!! It s amazing!! Everyone I have shown my car to, also loves it! I can t thank the general manager David Bunnell enough for showing me the countryman. He treated me like a queen!! He was so enthusiastic and truly excited for me!! Stephanie Medina and I went line by line building my car. It was so fun to get exactly what I wanted on the car. She never rushed me and was super patient the whole time. Once my Mini arrived at Crevier, Jim Forbes helped me learn every single detail about my Mini. He was so patient and took his time and explained every button, switch, and screen in the car. He followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was happy and understood everything before driving off the lot. Nobody treats a kid with the level of respect the Crevier staff treated me with. When I tell people they just stare at me in disbelief. I have told everyone about the amazing experience I had buying my Mini. I am a customer for life!! Dreams really do come true!! I didn't end up buying a car here, but Stephanie was super helpful trying to get me the exact Countryman I wanted. I test drove several cars, and didn't feel pressured into getting something I didn't want.

Unfortunately what I did want was not in stock, and since I totaled my car this week I couldn't really wait several weeks for them to custom build me one.

Would definitely come back here to get a Mini in the future, very chill dealership.

Just bought my daughter a used Mini Cooper from a MB dealership. This is my first experience with the a Mini. I took it in for an open recall and a once over. The service team was excellent. Kyle helped me and kept me informed the entire way. The Service Tech walk through video was a cut above. Super cool.

Some friends stress out about bringing their vehicle to the dealership, but I look forward to dropping off my "baby" for it's standard care every few months. Crevier has been my go to for my Minis and even though it had been 9 years between models, they still offered the same fantastic customer care from day one when I bought my first Mini from this dealership. Today, their customer care program is still outstanding. Kyle is good at following up when I pickup my car. Makes sure to ascertain that all items of concern were resolved. The service has been impeccable and they are quick to take care of any issues that may arise post service. Never a hassle. The only disadvantage for me is the commute there and back, but it's worth the trip because I know they will take care if my "baby." Thanks for keeping up an excellent professional customer care program.

Crevier just gain a new client from Irvine Mini. Great service department starting with Cesar Reyes (Service Manager). His professionalism and politeness will take Crevier s service department along way and gain more clients. It didn t end there. It continued with Kyle Anderson. I told Kyle what needed to be done to my mini. He addressed the issue and also said my front brakes needed to be replaced. I told him that I just had my mini checked at Irvine Mini in November. Irvine Mini told me that the brakes were fine when I told them it was hard to stop. My warranty was expiring in December. Kyle proceeded to get me a rental car and told me not to worry about it. Let me see what we can do to help you. He called me a couple of hours later and said that we will take of replacing the brakes. If this is the kind of support and service you get at Crevier, I should of been bringing my car here all long. Thank you to Crevier, Cesar and Kyle. Keep up the great job and thanks for everything.

The team at Crevier MINI was exceptional. I worked closely with Jim Forbes from start to finish in acquiring a lease on a 2021 Mini Cooper. I was doing it all remotely before relocating the California, and he made the entire process enjoyable. I also worked with Blake Brochick in to coordinate the paperwork and financial details. As well as Sandy Tran to complete and understand the details of my agreement. When I arrived at the office Jim took so much of his time to show me the ins and outs of the car the extensive custom options. I thoroughly enjoyed everyone I crossed paths at this dealership and could not be happier with my new car!

To be quite honest, I ve never had a better experience than I had at this Crevier MINI dealership. Kyle Anderson was my service tech and he was awesome, friendly and informational. After I dropped my car off, I got a text message with their information to save as a contact in my phone. I was in and out with a loaner vehicle in about 35 minutes. Then, I got a video via text message of my inspection and saw EXACTLY what was wrong with my car by the car technician - I was amazed. I felt 100% confident and satisfied in spending the money because I knew exactly what the issue was and they weren t bluffing. Then, when I went to pick up my car, I was surprised and was charged less than my quote! Overall, from communication to service to full experience, it was a 10/10! Highly recommended. I think I might have to drive from LA every time just to take it to Crevier! Thank you :)

Since 2010, I have gone through about 10 cars. My point? My point is that when I say this experience with Crevier Mini and especially Christian Banks ranks at the top of experiences related to car acquisitions, I'm not just inexperienced noob who doesnt know any better. From the moment I ordered the Mini with Christian to the day it was delivered to the dealership, he kept me updated on the process -- including transportation delays. He had basically all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I came to pick it up this past Sunday, kept our original agreed upon deal back in November and since getting the car, he has always been available to answer little technical questions here and there. I also have to give a shout out to Kristine Cornejo in Finance, because instead of trying to pressure me to get all these add-ons, once I said "no add-ons for me" she left it alone and never tried to convince me on why I needed XYZ. She was just as friendly as Christian and made getting through the paperwork a breeze. Overall, I cannot lavish enough praise on Crevier Mini for their customer service. This is my first Mini Cooper, but if early signs are any indication, it probably won't be my last.
