I had to take the time to share my above and beyond the call of duty customer service experience with Christian at Crevier Mini, in Santa Ana. I took my mini in for my routine maintenance, but Christian and his team discovered some items that would ve caused me some serious issues in the near future. The integrity and trustworthiness of Christian and his team are traits, that are becoming hard to come by in this society. It s truly refreshing to know that there are still people like, Christian , that understands what amazing customer service truly is. My heart and mind are immediately put at ease every time I take my mini in for service, especially when I know that Christian s there for my best interests.
