We came in with a dead battery, and loaner cars were tight but we were given one, by Anthony Caudillo, which was a lofesaver for us. Then our car was ready the next day, the service was great!

Every single person was welcoming and eager to assist me from the time I pulled up to the time I left. My service rep anything caudillo was very helpful and tried to work with me every step of the way. I didn t have info for my warranty coverage and he made those calls and retrieved all the necessary information for me as well as tried his best to work within my budget. I ve never got video from the mechanic at any dealership to show me exactly what they were looking at and what needed to be replaced when so I was pleasantly surprised and wondering why this isn t the standard for auto repair everywhere! They washed my car and completed a ton of work within one day! This is now my home for auto repair moving forward! Also, the rep outside erik helped me get into a loaner for the day and was really awesome as well. Made it an easy and fun experience. I m so appreciate of all the effort you guys put in for me. It made me feel like I was a VIP customer!

Kyle Anderson was an excellent advisor and took great care of us and our mini. He was super friendly and explained everything in detail. I recommend going to Crevier Mini for your service appointments.

First off, I want to say how much I adore my car. I still remember like it was yesterday, I visited Crevier mini in 2015. I saw a Mini Cooper coupe parked in the front lot and I told myself it was mine. A year later, it was. My Mini Cooper s coupe John cooper works ( Bubba) is all the rage. I still get people coming up to me, asking me what type of car I have, "what is that"??!! Is my favorite comment. So you can imagine, how much I care about maintaining it in tip-top shape. All it's services, repairs, tires etc.. has been done in a Mini Cooper dealership, but mostly Crevier Mini in Santa Ana. I'm so upset by the level of service I received by Kyle Anderson. He is unprofessional,dishonest, rude and unethical. Kyle didn't Inform me beforehand that I will be charged for a diagnostic fee. When I went to pick my vehicle, I was forced to pay or my vehicle wouldn't be released to me. I asked Kyle about it and he refused to help or escalate the matter. I asked for management and I was told he was in Las Vegas. I paid for the unknown charge, however I did not sign anything!! Crevier mini you've lost a loyal customer, and many more after they read this review!!

Crevier has never failed me over the years. The constant reliable excellent customer service is second to no one.

This is from Oct 29,2020 I called this dealership looking for a part. I furnished the part# from another dealership,and told the sales person that the o-ring I was looking for was approximately the size of a half dollar.I also stated that the part I was looking for was positioned around the camshaft behind the vanos unit.Let me note that the sales representative mentioned the vvt solenoid and I told him AGAIN that I was looking for the o-rings that go around the camshaft ,behind the vanos.When the parts came,it turns out the part number I gave them was the wrong one. We needed the o-rings that go on the end of the camshaft behind the vanos unit. The parts we received were the o-rings that go around the vvt solenoid-about the size of a dime.
All this is just a simple mistake,I BELIEVE,on the sales associate's part.I reached out to them to request a $26.12 credit for the parts and the overnight shipping-we had to get the parts from a different dealership to save time. Unfortunately they have as of now refused to issue a return label and authorize a credit/return. Hence the 1 star rating. It just comes down to bad customer care for a VERY small amount of money.For Pete's sake just give the guy $26.12 and try to do better next time listening to the customer on the phone.Maybe even double check the part number the customer THINKS he wants!

This dealership is full of shady employees and its located in an even shadier part of town. They try to sell used cars that break down on you as soon as they are out of warranty.

I bought my 3rd MINI from this dealership and the sales manager Megan helped me out.

She is the rudest, most condescending person I've met. Even after all the trouble started, they werent very understanding or helpful with my vehicle. They said it was covered under a warranty, but as soon as it was in the shop, they called and started asking for money. Megan Lujan and Crevier MINI are fraudsters and should be arrested.

If you decide to go to Santa Ana to buy a car from this place, lock your doors. Its in the ghetto. The employees kinda look like they're from the ghetto too. Yikes!

All the employees there treat you with respect and always happy to make sure you are helped. I bought my first car at Crevier and I wouldn't change that decision. I wasn't charged with any unnecessary fees in my final price and every step taken was explained to make sure I understood what I was signing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a MINI.

Worst service , I got this car 2 years ago and they offered me this insurance call GAP , I was told to can cancel it anytime ! Been calling for months and there s always something , sales personal worth less they don t help you specially !!Sandy !!! Worst service

I am very happy with my Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Countryman. It looks and feels like a brand new car. My salesman, Alex, was great, and they are all really treating me like I bought a new car. I'm especially impressed by the "second date." If you buy a Mini here, don't miss the second date! It's a chance to have a trainer go over all of the controls and features. Jim Forbes is the Product Specialist, and he is fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased.

Bait & Switch...

We re looking for a MINI, so when we saw that Crevier got a high rating and then spotted a MINI we were interested in, we said, Great! But it s pretty far away, so I asked them online if they still had the car for sale. This was minutes before they closed last night. I was told yes.

So we drove down this morning and got there 15 minutes before they opened And there was the MINI, right in front, with a big red SOLD sign on it.

They are liars and thieves.

They lied about having the MINI still for sale.

They stole our Sunday morning and the gas it took to drive all the way down there.

If they lied and stole from us, they could do it to you.

I hope they don t, but you ve been warned.

Very easy and strait forward experience with crevier

I went in to purchase a MINI and rode off with a beautiful one. On top of the vehicle I purchased, the experience at this dealership from the test drive to the final handshake, has been a great feel-good experience. Christian was incredibly thorough and thoughtful in working with us. Thanks guys!

I made an appointment with Adrena because of the reviews I had seen about her, always saying how great she is, and they didn't disappoint! Adrena was so helpful from the second we got there, she made me feel so comfortable, and didn't pressure us once the whole day. She listened to everything I wanted and didn't want, and took it all into consideration before making any offers. She was so easy-going and she is just someone you truly enjoy being in their presence. She really knows her stuff, if you're going to Crevier, I highly recommend her!! You won't be disappointed.

Brought my car in for servicing. Not only does Crevier have amazing customer service but I do not feel like I am being ripped off. Anthony always goes above and beyond and I really appreciate it. He is very personable and takes good care of me every time. I will not take my MINI anywhere else. Thank you for the great experience!

In all honesty. Crevier Mini has been the absolute best dealership I have ever been too and I've been in plenty. I went in there wanting to feel what every YouTuber was feeling when test driving a Mini and I went from almost getting a Chevy Camaro to actually purchasing my very own Mini Cooper S. One of the BIGGEST reasons why I went with the Mini at Crevier Mini is because of their customer service. My sales woman Stephanie is so friendly and let me test drive the car THREE TIMES! I also got to meet the lovely Odalis and the very informative Jim. And just when I thought it couldn't get any friendlier, we met Ana. She helped with the finance side of things and she is just a Joy to be around with and very Kind. The perks you get from getting a Mini at Crevier Mini are hard to pass. Add all those things up and I can't see why you wouldn't walk out of there with a huge smile and even bigger smile once you leave the lot with a new Mini. Thank you Crevier Mini for putting your customers first and making us feel very welcomed each time we walk in those doors. You guys make us proud to be owners of a Mini and can't help but brag to our friends about you guys. Thank you.

Henry at Mini is wonderful to work with! Highly recommend asking for him! We came in to look at a certified pre-owned Countryman for our 16 year old as her first car...and we walked out owning it :-) Exemplary customer service, quick finance process and a great overall experience.

I knew the car I wanted when I walked on the Crevier Mini lot. A Mini Countryman with manual transmission. Buying a car is a bit of a hassle - I thought. Enter Adrena Rose and my whole car shopping experience turned out to be fun, exciting and far from a hassle. Her enthusiasm is contagious and she is highly knowledgable about all aspects Mini. The latest technical and communication devices available are her passion. Most of all I appreciated her ability to pay close attention to what I, the buyer wants! Rather than buying an available car I decided to order one exactly to my specifications. Adrena guided me expertly through all my options and now I have the perfect Mini Countryman for me.
