Excellent Mini Dealership!
We were looking to add another Mini Cooper to our car family (our 4th mini).
We came across a Mini advertised by the dealership Crevier Mini in Santa Ana. Even though this dealership is not in our city, we contacted them to get further details and schedule a viewing of the car. We spoke with Sandy.
Sandy (Sales Assistant) was very helpful and gave me excellent details of the car. The car was not ready for viewing so she said she would follow up with me to schedule an appointment when it was available. A few days later, I received a follow up text from Sandy with an update and pics of the car and scheduled an appointment for the following weekend. On arrival we were greeted by our Sales Consultant Ricardo. Wow, what a great guy. Ricardo was fantastic. He is not only great at offering a stress free car purchasing experience but he exudes the Mini Cooper brand and Crevier dealership that he represents. During our negotiations, we had the pleasure of also working with Blake the Sales Manager. We really wanted this particular Mini Cooper but we had a few obstacles to get past to make this purchase happen.
Ricardo and Blake were extremely helpful and worked with us until we came up with a great deal so we could drive away in this mini. This team duo made sure that during the entire experience, we were treated with respect, patience and above beyond excellent customer service. The dealership is not like others. It's very welcoming, friendly and an extremely mellow environment that they take alot of pride in all the way to the end of your experience when they hand you the keys.
Other dealerships should take notice and follow suit of this amazing team and their values.
