When my service manager was there, he was great. My original service manager that I scheduled the appointment with, was not there when I brought the car in, so I had another one. His name is Anthony. Anthony was great. I tried multiple times getting in touch with the dealership via phone and online when I had to come pick up the car the next day and could get no response. Every time I called any number it went right to voicemail. I was trying to set it up to pay it online and because it took them so long to call me back... 5 minutes before I was leaving to come pick the car up... That I wasn't able to even try. Normally Crevier is fantastic this was not one of those times
