From beginning to end great experience 2nd time I have leased a vehicle from this store. We started off our process with a courtesy call regarding our end of term lease options by Ana. First line of contact to help us figure out what to do with our lease. Super nice and informative. We decided to break out a few months early because of programs Mini was offering. To better serve us with the lease details we worked with Stephanie Medina, Sales Advisor. I think more like personal shopper - What a pleasure to work with! Within 24hrs landed us on a vehicle that fit our needs. Price and monthly was perfect for us and my hope is a fair deal for them. No surprises along the journey at all. Stephanie took the time to go over the vehicle and books. I will also note she was very polite to my son that secretly always makes me feel great when "grown-ups" take the time to include my son in conversation. We finished off our deal with Blake in the business office. I had the opportunity to work with him years ago on our last deal. He too was great to work with. Thank you everyone for your efforts!
