Everyone was very hospitable. Anthony took great care of my Clearwater (my Caribbean Aqua Convertible). He sent me a video of what needed to be repaired. There was no pushing for things that didn t need to be done, but he did make sure everything that should be done under the warranty was done. I ve brought my MINI to several dealerships and this was the first one to communicate thoroughly, and clean my vehicle thoroughly. Anthony took to spend time in checking everything.
