I was rushed during purchase since it was near closing time. I was then locked in the lot while charging the car. The plate had an expired sticker and the DMV paperwork listed the car as gas instead of electric which caused the HOV decal application and EV rebate to be rejected. During the process some employees were very helpful and others were not (provided incorrect information and didn't respond to messages). I still don't have all the issues worked out nearly two months after purchasing the CPO car.

I have used Crevier BMW many times in the past and they are great. They got a new remodel a while back and the place is the nicest dealership on the planet! They have a huge inventory and I quickly found the car I was looking for and the service was incredible. I would highly recommend Marlene Tapie. She is always on point with impeccable customer service. You can't go wrong with Marlene and Crevier BMW.

The convenience of the rental cars is wonderful and the speed of their service is top notch. I live closer to another BMW dealership, where I actually bought my car, and I drive extra to Crevier knowing I'll have a positive experience.

Exceptional service as always! The other day a warning showed for break fluid. Crevier Service department I guess received automatically the warning as well and minutes after the warning showed in the car I have got a call from Crevier's service department to schedule an appointment. They were able to arrange within 30 minutes to get a loaner and leave the car with them as we were planning family trip the next day.
The Service advisor - Raul was great - he was able to address any concerns and Crevier was able to get the car ready the next morning and we could go on the family trip as planned.

There service is very good in general except my experience of tire purchase. I bought the special 4 Michelin tires for $2000+ on 3/2015. One of the tires hit the nail and has slow leak on 8/2015. There is no warranty for run flat tires. The customer service guy just hanged up my phone at the end.

Laziest dealership I have ever encountered, let alone a BMW dealership. I ask Susan in the internet department three very simple questions on a new 2020 X7 M50i priced at over $107k; window sticker, actual mileage, and lease vs purchase payments. Susan failed to answer all three questions that I ask. Then I get a satisfaction follow up from Johnny the manager in which I responded and stated that I simply ask Susan three questions that she failed to answer. He never even replied. Terrible customer service. I will stick with a Sonic BMW dealership, better customer service, better price, no doc fees and they are a publicly traded Fortune 500 company.

My last experience at Crevier was nothing but perfect. The whole team from Brandon to Sonny to Lucia and Hector were all great at handling my visit and made sure that I got what I needed. Sonny wasn't there when I dropped off the car but I was very surprised at the way Brandon took over and treated me with care as though he was my assigned service agent. Overall, wonderful experience and thus, the reason why I would only take my cars here.

Since 2000 I have always received an exceptional welcoming experience at Crevier BMW. This transition to Mr. Penske was similar. to when Lyndon B. Johnson took over for the late John Kennedy (I wouldn t expect anything less from a Texan). Mr Kevin Hite and Frank in Finance were patient, kind, professional and efficient. The only recommendation I have is for Mr. Penske to recruit better IT (so Frank can do his job) and to invest a little into E=m(cxc) technology to improve the performance of the M machine. Until then I guess the prototype remains as a proprietary intellectual patent waiting for the highest bidder.

On 10/14/19 I bought a BMW coffee thermo for $19.68 thinking that it will keep my coffee warm at least the same amount of hours that my $14.99 starbucks old coffee thermos does it. Totally disappointed at the low quality of the BMW thermo. My coffee didn't last more than 1 hour when it was already cold vs. the 7-8 hours that my old Starbucks thermo does. Since I used it I'm sure there is no refund :(

My family has come here for 27 vehicles, each with a, 3 year lease. Each family member comes in like clockwork when it's time to turn in their current car for a new one. From Z3,Z4, 3 series, 4 series, 5 series, plenty of X5s in between and many others.... Great service, usually always a loaner car that's the same as the car your taking in for service, always the newest model loaner cars not old or smaller models than the car you drop-off, you would think it's common sense but it's hard to find dealers that give out the proper loaner car, even at Mercedes my friend takes in his G class SUV or S550 and they give him a C class loaner every time... Haha it might not be a big deal to some but you never know when your car needs service, when my X5 needed service the morning I was taking family to Big Bear it really helps to get another X5 without even having to ask for it... A++++++

His knowledge, Communications Skills and Professionalism is way above any reasonable expectation that one could have. Great experience leasing a car, but very difficult to return a lease without paying any extra fees. Ended up returning my car to another dealership instead without having to pay any fees. The problem was, it was very hard to find a different dealership that takes returns that was not leased from them. Anyways, I was lucky that I was able to end this lease without paying any extra fees.

The customer service of the Crevier BMW was great. Chase Knaub the sales agent was excellent. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and proactive. The purchase was great and was stress free. It entails a great agent to identify customer's concerns and offer solutions accordingly.

Just avoid the guy named Sonny and I think you ll be good. When I initially got to the service station, he was ignoring me, I had to literally walk up to his desk to get his attention. Once I mentioned the extended warranty on the bolts on the electric motor of the steering rack, he basically tried to threaten me I would have to pay a diagnostic fee (with the notion that he wanted me to opt not to pay and just leave) to get the car looked at. Very condescending. He was trying to make me feel like I dont know much about cars and don t know what I am talking about. It gets worse though. He lied to me over the phone. While the car was being looked at, he called and told me it would be $6-7 to fix the car using a tape on the steering wheel cover, so I said yes go ahead and fix it, (apparently if I fix the car, I would only be responsible for the cost of the tape and not the diagnostic fee) but my bill ended up being $545 and he wasn t even there when I got there on time at 6:30pm to return the loaner.

I m not mad about the $545 as I understand that dealership labor hours are expensive, but the fact that a service advisor flat out lied to me is what makes me extremely angry and I will escalate this to the BMW headquarters.

My first BMW, I didn t purchase at Crevier. Took for service required at dealer by extended warranty. The service was exceptional, from appointment setting feature online, to arrival, to staff, to Loaner and the loaner procedure (waited 3.5 minutes!?!), the service, expectations, recommendations, discussion (respectful of my non-mechanic brain), to solution, to delivery and getting me out of there at 7:30 am in less than 12 minutes with a loaner return. Can you tell I was impressed? Thank you Jason Beers, for the texts and follow up, excellent!

Stacy was able to help bring up considerations in the buying process that none of the other sales guys would tap into (attention to detail ). she was very knowledgeable and the whole team here treats you like a VIP. I've walked many full auto parks before coming to Crevier and buying on the spot.

I highly do not recommend this place if you need m...

I highly do not recommend this place if you need major work on your car. I came in for suspension work in June. This was for my front wheels Fast forward 5 months on September 23rd, I have driven ~5,000 miles with the car and I needed to rotate the tires. I brought my car to my usual tire shop a few days ago and they found that the front wheel was significantly over torqued that it broke two of their sockets. Literally cracked. Not only that, the back wheel was significantly under torqued. Clearly, in that span of 5 months, the only people who have touched my front wheel was Crevier BMW.

Based on that, I am utterly speechless by the quality Crevier BMW provided. I am very angry. The car was dangerous to myself, to my passengers, to everyone on the road. For years, I've purchased cars from Crevier and serviced my cars with Crevier, I have contacted them. As any businesses, I know for certain they will not accept responsibility for the poor and negligent service because I know I can't prove it. I have not gotten a reply back and hence, their behavior only justify what I said. It is a shame since they have lost a long time customer's trust of 8 years.

Update reply: I have contacted Jackie Deemer on Oct 8th before posting this review. She quickly replied on Oct 9th and I asked her about my concerns of possible damage from over torqued wheels e.g. crossed threads and warped disks. I have yet to get a reply. The question is, who is responsible if I bring my car for you to inspect and to find these items damaged? In addition to my previous review, I noticed my front brake pads were wearing out unevenly compared to my rear brakes based on BMW sensors. This was after the suspension work. Before the suspension work, the brake sensors were reading that the front and rear were equally worn. I only connected the dots once I took the car to my trusted tire shop: the front wheels and back wheels were torqued differently. What do you think?

99% of the times, businesses will want to protect themselves. Creiver BMW will say it is not our fault and I am left to unfortunately "believe" it is. I'll leave this information for everyone to see and I'll be waiting for my reply from Jackie.

There are a ton of BMW dealerships in Southern CA that are closer and more convenient, however no one has taken the care, time and put for the effort to work hard to ensure we get not only the vehicles that we are looking for but the right financial plan as well. I was greeted by sales person Mark Holmes upon arrival. He was very nice and made me and my family feel welcomed. I was than introduced to the pre owned manager Enrique, which was also a pleasure to work with. He actually came during the sales process to answer a concern I had about the process of running my credit. He was very professional and was able to answer my question. Everything was a great experience, except for not being given a owner's manual on the certified BMW that I just purchased. Mark said that the car didn't have one and that I would receive one in the mail in a few days. I thought that wasn't the correct way to handle this being that you are a large BMW dealership and I'm sure that a manual could have been given to a buying customer from out of town. That's the only issue I had from the sales department team. I was really impressed with the dealership and how friendly and helpful the entire team was until I met Elena P. Coleman, finance manager. I don't know how this person became a manager with the attitude she gave me during my purchase. She implied that it had to be my first BMW purchase because I declined the maintenance warranty and made me feel like I was making a poor decision. She also said that only educated people and people who make more money usually buy BMW 's! I can't believe that this person is in a manager role and with her snobby attitude. She gives this dealership a very poor image. I would never want to work with her again. Very unprofessional!!

Other than that, I received a great deal on my new 2015 BMW 428i car! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good deal from a good sales team. Just stay clear of Elena!!! You will thank me later!
