Typically I really like this dealership, however last time my car was returned, while it was washed on the outside there were spots and prints on seats and panels some of which I do not think are cleanable...also clips and parts that apparently didn't get put back in....dealer said they would detail, but need the car for 24hr..I will return it ASAP and see what happens.

My husband and I bought a 2015 BMW X1 a few days ago and Rick Krouch was our sales person.This was by far the most enjoyable car-buying experience we've ever had.
Because we live an hour and a half away, we didn't want to drive all the way up to the dealership if it wasn't the car for us. Rick answered all of our questions up front via chat and phone in a no-nonsense, factual way. We had asked him to personally inspect the vehicle and take photos of it, and he got them to us right away. When we got to the dealership, the car was ready to be seen and test-driven. There was no waiting around.
The biggest plus of all was that there were no surprises. No hidden fees, no hidden damage, no pressure to buy extended warranties. We were in and out in record time. This is what the customer wants: an honest, hassle-free transaction of a great car at a great price. It doesn't get any better than this.
Rex definitely made our first BMW experience a fantastic one. He's friendly, knowledgeable and patient. After this visit, we went to other dealerships and quite frankly, he set the bar so high that my wife and I were quickly disappointed with the other locations. Ultimately we ended up closing a deal with Rex the following day. We just didn't want to deal with anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I now live in LA so she did a fantastic job of accommodating my schedule - whether it be keeping herself open for test drives or helping to facilitate all pre-sale conversations over phone/email. Once I got the dealership, I was in and out with my new car within just a couple hours. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back for my next car!

I bought a CPO, and I found the salesperson (Chase) to be courteous and professional. The purchase was smooth and easy, and the car was a good deal. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the car wasn't cleaned as well as I expect (like the rubber protectors in the doors weren't removed during cleaning, so there was still spilled food from the previous owner's kids). I live in San Diego, and I would definitely drive up to Crevier instead of going to my local dealer next time I'm shopping.

So I was shopping around for a car and they asked me if I was shopping around and I said yes, they were the second ones that I called yesterday, they got back to me saying they don t have any deals to offer.. I called back again to see if they can help me because they have what I want.. the sales manager decided to call me and YELL at me for calling around, asking me how many dealerships have I called and why am I calling 5-6 or 10 dealerships!!

Just sell that car....I am a return client of Crevier and I'm very sad to say my service was not the Best like my first purchase...My lease on my white 430 series has came to a end, the least ended in March and due to the Pandemic I was told that we were giving a extra month on car until things were figured out...So in May we purchase a 5 series our salesman was Julio Rodriguez ...We spoke several times prior to purchase sending in proper paperwork to help sell move along smoothly...We told salesman that we had some late fees our vehicle and would that be a problem his reply was no (No Worries) Julio Rodriguez also mentioned we will probably have some Disposition fee of about $350 we were glad to here this great news...So on May 9th we purchase car and was off to a great start until late August we received a bill for over 2,300 remind you car was purchased in May so yes we were very surprised that salesman Julio Rodriguez Blind folded us my giving false information to achieve this sale...This was not a great Business Deal for us and now we are being put in a bad situation due to im laid-off from this Pandemic...Im sure that things are hard for all at these difficult times but don't mislead to make a sale...as things wernt hard enough I guess we will have to figure it out....

I came in for a major repair and we were given an estimate of $1600 to do some basic maintenance and thorough check on the vehicles condition. I thought the estimate includes a possible repair of the car. Lo and behold I can not believe that the estimate was only for the basic maintenance and some upkeep with the air filter and spark plugs etc. I can not believe that I just spent $1600 with out even addressing the repair that is badly needed and was the intention of bringing the car there in the first place. I thought I had expressed this to my service adviser. It was difficult for me to accept the charge and the estimate for a total maintenance and repair for $3,550. So I said if he could just somehow adjust the cost of the maintenance down to less than a thousand. Good thing he came back and said he has given us discounts and so the cost for the maintenance came down to $1100+. After so much thinking of what I need to do now to do the repair I went ahead and said to go forward with the repair. So in my mind the total estimate for the maintenance and repair is $3,550 minus the $500 which was discounted on the maintenance charge that totaled $1600-$500=$1,100. So if I d go for both maintencae and repair the total cost should be no more than $3,050. But when I came up to the cashier sadly it was not adjusted properly. I was mixed up with The $3250 which I end up paying, which was $300 less than $3,550 should actually have been $3,050. So I believe we are owed a refund of at least $200.00
If you need servicing for your BMW this is very very well-appointed large lounge with extremely comfortable seating including of course huge flat panel widescreen television. Also found a complimentary wifi. Floor area of parts department is blended into and adjacent to this large floor space so you can look around shopping other possible needs such as floor covers BMW apparel etc.Even has its own full-service Starbucks with its own generous seating area similar to what you would see at a major airport. Excellent work area provided for your wait while having car serviced.

I have always had great service at Crevier. Everyone is very welcoming, my rental is always nice and i am always a very satisfied customer. The only thing that I didn t expect was going in the afternoon to return my rental and I get there and one of the employees tells me the cashiers left at 6:00. I got there at 6:09. I had told John that I would be there after I picked up my son at 5:30 from work. I wish he would told me you guys changed your hours during this pandemic. I had to go back home and come back In the morning.

A "truly exceptional experience", is a very lofty goal but I have to admit it came close. Other than the wait time being longer than anticipated, but not bothersome to me, I will say my car was presented in exceptional condition! I felt like I was climbing into a new car, really. The level of care and detail the staff put into washing it was a very pleasant surprise.
Prompt and personal service regardless of the services needed. This past weekend, their service team was able to have a major brake repair to my 435i completed in an afternoon, which was fully covered by the service plan I selected with the Certified Pre-Owned purchase. Plus, a sporty M240i loaner was provided for convenience so that I didn t have to wait at the dealership and had peace of mind for commuting to work in case the repair had taken longer than expected.
It's one of the largest BMW dealership in the country if not in the whole Western Hemisphere. So expect lot of choices. Customer service is generally good, but depends on who is your service provider either in sales or servicing.Dont hesitate to ask for more help or ask for another service provider if you aren't happy with yours. They have a Starbucks on premise.
Only recommendation would be to add a Kids play area.

I highly recommend working with Julio Rodriguez at Crevier BMW!! From the start, Julio was very responsive, informative and personable throughout the entire car-buying process. Julio helped me get a car that was much better than the car I was looking for (I was looking for a 230i convertible and Julio set me up with an M240i convertible) and, most importantly, at a price that was far better than what every other dealership had offered me. I have mixed feelings. Our salesman was great, the loaner cars are good, but the guys at the service center try to sell me things that I don't need. We have a lease...and they are recommending services that make no sense (like fuel injector cleaner) or new tires when there is PLENTY of tread left...probably another 8,000 miles!
Guys like that will ruin the reputation of a brand.

I made an appointment and dropped my i3 Rex off on April 17 around 11am for warranty service and a recall. I had just flown in from Maui and had a lot of dive and camera gear with me so I asked if my loaner could be an SUV. The service person at the loaner desk said there were not any presently available but she went out of her way to personally go to the wash area to see if she could find an SUV for me and she returned with a freshly washed black X5 for me. My service advisor told me they may need the car for a couple of days but the next day around 1pm he called and said my car was ready. I returned my loaner and picked up my freshly washed i3 Rex and drove home extremely happy! Thanks for the great service!!
A bit of an overdue review, but I wanted to give a big thanks to Michael Georgie for being a fantastic and very down to earth salesman! I've been with many different brands and have experienced both very great as well as very subpar experiences. Many of these subpar experiences came from other BMW dealerships in LA county where I reside. Thank you very much Michael for doing everything you did to make car buying as painless of an experience as possible.
A HUUUUGE thank you though to my service advisor Jason Beers. Absolutely terrific experience to work with him! Excellent communication, customer service, and professionalism. There was a very unusual problem with my newly delivered vehicle that resulted it being brought back to Crevier's service department. Jason sympathized with the situation and got with the service manager Mike to go above and beyond to fix the situation. I received a text from Jason an hour AFTER the service department was already closed to inform me that they were able to make some calls and ensure that I had nothing to worry about and that my vehicle would be fixed. He secured a great loaner so that I would not only be able to get around, but to lessen my disappointment about my new car being stuck in service only 3 days after I took delivery.
I am from LA county and it is over an hour drive in grueling traffic after I get off work to get to this dealership. After such a positive experience, I will still be taking the two BMW's in my household strictly to this dealership for all their future servicing and maintenance needs. I cannot recommend Jason Beers enough for anybody else needing their BMW serviced.

Don't try charging your car in the wrong spot here or you may get towed even after the BMW front desk people say it was ok, along with people from the Audi dealership. Luckily I got a note I would be towed next time before they towed me. If you find the allowed paid chargers expect to pay a ridiculous charging fee especially if you charge more than a couple hours which I need to do. I do appreciate the note before the tow however. I work next door at Secure and have no home or workplace charging and have an 80 mile daily commute. Trying not to kill my battery supercharging every time
They offered Free carwash... they ll say 1hr wait. So i did wait and requested to check the tires as I am getting warning message from the vehicle monitor. I have nothing plan, so I can chill and wait on their waiting lounge. After 2 hours :( i followed up to the receptionist. She called someone and didn t get back to me. I roamed around.. Finally! saw the vehicle. unwashed, they re putting air on the tires.!!! So mad now! Id say don t be fooled by their ridiculous customer service.

Marlene T was a great sales rep to work with. Christopher was a great "Genius" to receive the Encore overview for my vehicle. After the sale, my challenges include [1] a discovery during the Encore appointment that my used vehicle had an old baked-on spill that prevented one of the buttons next to the drive shaft from working (something that BMW should have determined and fixed before selling the vehicle) and [2] I waited 75 minutes to get my vehicle washed which was incredibly long, especially when I was told there was one car ahead of me that was getting cleaned, and that they would put a rush to get my vehicle cleaned. Plus I was told that they would clean the inside which didn't happen. I will be speaking with the service manager if this is what I am to expect if I wish to get my vehicle cleaned here again. Not a good first impression of the service department.
It was excellent to know that i could leave my car in storage and get a ride to the airport from a wonderful man who was very friendly and who was very sweet man. It was also nice coming back from a trip having your car serviced and washed. When I got to the service desk, I was greeted by 2 smiling ladies that were very sweet and even asked me how was travel was. Grade A++

I has service appointment with dan however I went to pickup my car I find it making very weird noise i didn t even drive it out of the service area yet I called dan to see it he came and told me that it was like that from the begin and I m laying ! I never got someone tell me that, he s very rude when I talked to him with respect, he s very unprofessional and out of my expectation of bmw customer service, if my car was doing that very weird strong noise it will be a mark or note that it has that strange thing but it wasn t there and I know my car well, very bad experience I m not going to go to this place anymore and I m changing from bmw to Mercedes they treat people a way nicer and they don t call you a liar

John Thatcher has been my Service Advisor for years and I trust him implicitly and he has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. Although my car hasn't been the most reliable machine, John makes sure that I have everything I need and gets me on my way quickly and painlessly.

I recently brought my BMW to Crevier for service, I noticed all the staff at Crevier is super nice and friendly. My service appointment Manager, Mark is super friendly and very approachable, he made me feel like home and trust this dealer.
There are two separate buildings; one for lease cars and another for Used/CPO. I went to the Used/CPO building and met friendly people; they offer coffee, water, etc... They took the time to show me around and find the car I was looking for. Process was smooth. Answer all my questions I had. Overall, great experience. Thank you.
