this review is base on my dealing with Thomas the sales man . I was told my approve back required me to buy gap insurance and service contract which was all lies when I called the bank. Also this man jacked up the interest rate the bank approve me for to 5 points higher .I drove 3 hours for this man to disrespect me . I expected little respect and professionalism from
