This company has made my life hell for twenty eight months and they have just rung me now and said that they can take more money out of my account even if i did owe them money but to not tell me is absolutely disgusting. I literally hate these people with a passion . I have been trying to get a house and they have totally screwed my credit rating up and they have bought debts that dad has already paid please do not go with this horrendous company they lie and manipulate. They put me into an IVA when my dad was dying who actually does that? How sick i just want this IVA terminating it is as dodgy as anything these people are running a scam company. I didn’t even want to give them one star as tgey are illegal and lie and i wish to god i had never taken this IVA out with them it has been the worst thing i have ever done. I didn’t even have the mental capacity as my dad was dying and had two months to live absolutely disgusting people. I am reporting them to the financial ombudsman. Paula.

I am disabled and have recently had a health decline. An agent called me today and I advised him of my life threating illness that had been recently diagnosed and told him I could update him on Friday in regards to when I can make a payment. He kept on harassing me and tried to make me make payment promises I could not keep. I felt harassed (all he had to do was wait 3 days) and he would not stop. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT A DISABLED PERSON. THIS IS NOT HOW AN IVA SHOULD OPERATE.

Thanks for the reply. I can only update in real time. My recent diagnoses means things are much more harder to do than before. Either way I don’t deserve harassment especially when my situation is related to my disability. I gave the operative an answer to the question and that should have been accepted especially under the circumstances. I feel that my disability has not been taken into consideration. Section 3 of IVA Protocol 2021 affords vulnerable people protection.
Transferred from Knightsbridge 2 months ago, nothing but problems, lost documents, terrible customer service, numerous phone calls, made a full and final offer while with knightsbridge, its now February and i am still waiting the outcome.
This company can t take no for an answer! They take advantage of people s pain. I made a quote and got very close to signing a contract with them, but after a call and some more research I decided to drop out before signing anything. They don t give you all the details and they paint this amazing image, but it s far from the truth. It s best to do your research first. All this happened a month ago and they ve been messaging me constantly about the program and that s going to soon expire ( it never does, I even got 3 -5 different messages per day) I ve been in contact with numerous people (from support) telling them to stop, but no success. This morning I even got a notification from my bank (sadly you need to provide this before signing the contract) that credit fix tried to take money from my account! This is shocking! Please be careful and do your research properly. I wish I had done a more in dept research beforehand...

Got a call today from these guys , i do have debt so was initially interested but the guy I was speaking to was such a crook, unprofessional, and gave me a bad impression of the whole company ! Kept on saying things like "we dont need to mention that " or "we can work our way around that" I'm sorry but I cant work with dishonest people I got him to spell his name so i could write this review ,Shafique Malik , avoid this guy at all costs what a crook ( based in Swinton might I add)
I started my IVA back in 2015, went very smoothly with affordable monthly repayments. After 3 years of the 5 year agreement, I emailed them asking if I could just pay the final balance off so I can get this behind me and start building my credit back up. The meeting with the creditors did take 4 months however, I finally got accepted to pay my final balance off which I did. and within 2 weeks received my final report and completion certificate. It was annoying having to get an IVA due to obvious reasons, however. At the time it was very necessary, helpful and without them who knows where I would be.
To be fair, I don t have an issue with Creditfix. I ve found the individuals on the other end of the phone to be courteous and helpful. In addition to this, when we lost our baby daughter they were amazing. My issue is with the whole IVA setup. So this is directed at IVAs and NOT Creditfix. So, just to reiterate, my 1 Star rating is aimed at the IVA itself and not Creditfix as a company.
Remortgage anyway to have work done to my house, work I haven t been able to take a loan out to do or afford to do bit by bit - because of the IVA! Hindsight is a wonderful thing and so is asking questions when you read something you don t understand in a contract!!! Due to my failed remortgage, I now have to pay for an extra 12 months - just because I was earning enough to get a mortgages 12 years ago. I d never get one on my salary now. But no, pay up for another 12 months.
Credit fix are a good company I have found them to be very helpful throughout my Insolvency. Thankfully my IVA is in closures now but I would advise anyone to keep contacting them if you have problems with anything.
Sham of a company. Advice given is tailored to earning creditfix money instead of helping customers get out of debt. Almost 2 years into my iva and I'm more stressed and struggling more than when I started. Absolutely no leeway from them for mental/physical health issues and customer service is non existent once they've got you tied into a plan. Latest from them has been to change my payment time to before I get paid without telling me then proceeding to harass me for missing the payment. They also recently sent out a letter claiming I owed 2 missed payments (I didn't) hoping a vulnerable person would just panic and pay them without question.
I am very satisfied with the service provided by Creditfix as the're very supportive and professional in their conduct with customer. It has been a relief from stress and mental anguish
I was suffering with severe mental health problems and was in a vulnerable position when I applied for an IVA. Credit Fix did not explain anything to me properly and in no way checked to see if I was mentally competent to apply for an IVA. All they are interested in is to get as many customers as they can. Do not give them your business. They prey upon the weak and vulnerable.
I am 1 year into an IVA with Creditfix and can honestly say that it is the best thing I have ever done. I spent at least 7 years in serious debt and was just about getting through each month. The team at Creditfix were and continue to be my saviours.
The initial process of beginning an IVA could be looked at as a hassle but the people at Creditfix made me feel like I was not alone. They explained and assisted me through every step and even a year down the line, I know that they are at the end of the phone and will help me with any questions or issues I have.
Not once have I felt judged or belittled whilst going through something that can be seen as quite embarrassing. Creditfix are an amazing company and they are made up of very special people. Absolutely useless company. Considering they are supposed to relieve debt stress, someone I know is more stressed with their finances because this company are rubbish! They haven't responded to numerous emails. When they took over from DSC they messed stuff up! DSC were MUCH better. Would give no stars but not possible!!!
I have to say that the day I contacted credit fix changed my life. Having suffered from kidney failur and cancer my bills had got out off control due to the fact that I had to give up work. The quilt I was feeling at not being able to pay outstanding debts was horendous. However after talking with credit fix they convinced me the IVA was the way to go. Having now been approved at a manageable repayment amount I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel after so much darkness

Excellent and fast acting to resolve any financial debt. Ive never felt happier after using them to resolve debt i couldnt afford. Good for just getting advice and to ask any questions.

Creditfix are the most friendly company I've come across they listen to the customer then they advice the customer on what is the best way forward they are also very polite and they don't put pressure on the customer to decide. I would very much recommend creditfix to anyone else who find themselves in the situation as myself
Please please do not use this company, the annual review which seems to be 3 a year do not look at your income expenditure what so ever and seem to make the figures up to suit them. This company will not help with your stress but increase it so you are in a worse state to when you started . The review team are shocking, very poor customer service, and make you feel worthless. 1 star is to much !!! This company do not take into account a increase in the cost of living, increase in family size and children getting older. Working for the nhs and then have them take my overtime off me which I have to do to support my family is beyond belief .
Very helpful staff handled my wife's and my iva with total professional support though out the whole process and very polite and understanding phone calls would recommend creditfix for a stress free solution to anyone well done!
Avoid at all Costs they are absolutely useless, if I could give minus stars I would !! They do not do what they advertise and I ve now gone to the Citizens Advice Bureau to help me as these people have caused me so much stress it s made me ill. There communication skills leave a lot to be desired even the Manager is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard!!! If you re looking for help with debt advice and going for an IVA I would go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau as they do not charge and are always looking out for your best interest.
Creditfix have been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in helping me on my way to financial recovery. For the first time in many months I feel secure and am finally able to sleep at night!
An absolute joke would not advise this company to anyone. 8 hours on the phone to them wanting to get something sorted and they still couldn't do it got passed from one person to another got put on hold for hours only to be told a different thing every time....end result citizens advice had to get involved

I reached out to credit fix to arrange an IVA as I was in financial difficulty and was originally advised that it would be a quick and simple process, making everything as seamless as possible. So far I have had no correspondence for over 2 weeks and when this has been chased I have been advised that it is either due to Covid or Illness (we are now 8 months into the Pandemic - surely this shouldn't still be an issue for businesses?). I have been told that if I wanted this dealt with elsewhere I would need to start the entire process again, further delaying the process. To add to this you are unable to contact them to chase anything via webchat and if you ask for a response timescale they say "due to Covid they cannot give timescales". Do not use credit fix, complete shambles and terrible service! The delays are only adding to my financial strain, wish I had never contacted them in the first place

Update: After speaking to a surprisingly competent and helpful representative, I must say there are perhaps a few diamonds in an otherwise very rough company that needs to up it's game.
Been with them a few months. And im happy with all the help they have done for me so far. kept me up to date every bit of the way with my application in the beginning. They don't pass you around to different different people when you call up and have a enquiry, they have really helpful friendly staff. Would recommend 100%!.

We were originally with Simple Debt Soulution but our IVA transferred over to Creditfix and had nothing but problems in the final year and still ongoing problems. After a year and a bit of our IVA been complete we went to buy the rest of our house as we were part buy part rent. The debt was still showing on our files so work had to be done to remove the debts, the paperwork to remove the restriction on our house was not completed so our solicitors had to work hard to get the RX4 form complete. Three years on we are still having problems. My partner had a letter from a company saying interest rates had been worked out incorrectly so a cheque had been sent to Creditfix, three months on are we are still trying to get this money paid to us and are experiencing really poor customer service.
This company is absolutely shocking in terms of there customer service.
I did not originally start my IVA with them, the company before was amazing. Since being with this company (had no choice) its been issue after issue.
They require a annual review but apparently they do not work with people who do not have there documents electronically.
Sent my documents to them twice last year, no one contacted me to say they did not receive them and now i have just received a threatening message to say they will take further action.
I requested for a manager to call me via email and telephone.... of course no one called me and then i have received this message.
God knows what they are doing with there post that they receive and then they do not even have the professionalism to be able to contact you with a timely matter to explain they haven't received them.
If you looking for a stressful, bad customer service company that takes ages to get through to on the phone... this is the company for you!!

Company don't take creditors into consideration. They don't return calls when they say they will, they say they've done something then you find out 4 months later they hadn't done anything they said they would. They don't appear to have a complaints procedure. I've spoken to 3 different call handlers and non would permit me to log a complaint
Once they have you signed up there is ZERO customer service...
It always takes ages to get through at all times of the day, emails take days to be responded to if your lucky and if anybody promises a callback or to email you documents forget it.
Very poor way to run a legal system service i am not impressed at all.

Wish you didn't have to give any starts.....ive had mine approved since April....they lady who dealt with my case Laura mckulsky no longer answers my emails, no one ever calls back and not even all the cases in my credit report were included, I was also told to lie about things and they would be added later... I've tried to raise a complaint since yet they never reply...I have never received anything in the post from them and nothing has changed on any credit report..... avoid this company....now after reading everyone else's reviews maybe f/o should hear about them
Absolutely unprofessional and poor customer experience. Never been updated, chased a couple of times to get answers. Scott, the manager who started my case just vanished half way through the process. Horrible.
I would rate 0 stars but can t!! We was originally with Knightsbridge who were amazing no problems at all.!!! Then it got transferred to Creditfix well since then we ve had nothing but problems! We haven t been sent any documents, I have phoned non stop and emailed to sort out my IVA account get put on hold then put through to someone worse then to another person and NO ONE can help!!
Creditfix were speedy in setting up my IVA, after having to leave work from illness I was drowning with repayments that I used to easily afford. Because my health condition will remain the same for a long time they discussed all the options open to me and made it so I can now breathe and taken away a stress that was getting unbearable.
So helpful, like really helpful. I am a year into my IVA now and I couldn't recommend them enough. Got me out of a very scary time and have been nothing but helpful through out the whole experience. Agents are lovely, professional and very understanding

Paying the same rate until review comes in my fanal year, and because I've tried cut the bills to benefit my family as the children are growing I now have to pay more. My family had saved enough to close the account but now because the goal post has been moved I'm still stuck in another year. Would recommend you borrow money or do payment plans directly with whoever you are in debt with.
Through a friend of mine she contacted this group to help me with my finances, the service I got I cannot fault how the people I've spoken to has helped me tremondously and the support I had and how they explained everything step by step . Now i can relax a little knowing my debts are being sorted instead of going round in circles , and on the road to being debt free , thanks again to all the staff who helped and not being judgemental on how we got ourselves into debt as we all have different circumstances etc
I cannot thank Creditfix enough for all there help! I phoned up in the morning really stressed and scared- they put me at ease straight away, there staff were amazing and so polite and kind. Special thank you to minhaz who handled everything for me. In one day I managed to talk through all my problems and get everything resolved, he promised I d go to bed with no worries and that I did! They are so easy to make contact with and keep you at ease. To make a a choice to get help with your debt can sometimes feel embarrassing but the team I spoke to from the very first call they made to me really did make me feel comfortable and at ease, like there was nothing to feel embarrassed about, that these situations happe and that there is help out there. Applied for an IVA a with these guys nine weeks ago. Told by them to ignore all my bills, pay them instead and it will all be sorted. My Iva meeting was scheduled 17 days later. After the date came and went for the Iva meeting, I had heard nothing back from credit fix so I called them and was told it has been adjourned for in 7 days time. I hang up and wait for the next meeting the next meeting date comes and goes again I hear nothing so I called them the next day. Again I'm told it had been adjourned for another seven days time, but this time I was also told this last adjournment is the last one as it can only run for 20 days Again the last date comes and goes, I have heard nothing back so I called them the day after I'm told nobody is in the office that can take my call and somebody will call me back ( 9am I make the call ) somebody did call me back on the second phone number that I provided at 4:10 PM and leaves a very vague message I call the offices when I'm back from work at 6 PM this is when I told the IVA didn't work. I have had no correspondence from credit fix no explanation as to what was happening, I haven't paid my debts for nine weeks now and they are all coming down on me like a ton of bricks. Now receiving threatening letters and texts from companies who can take my belongings away. Very poor service, all the calls I have made to the offices has been recorded by myself as well as them and not once was I told that the creditors don't even have to listen to the credit fix they don't even have to respond to credit fix, They saved this information for 9 weeks later, when my debts are now a immediate threat. Avoid at all costs take yourself to citizens advice and don't use these clowns who lie. The money I have already paid these people needs to be returned. Utterly shameful service, the people who call this number in the first place don't need lies, false hopes and a poor service where nobody communicates after the initial long conversations
Credit fix have not been in touch at all since we were transferred to them , our old company who passed us on to them was always ringing to see how we were , so if given the choice I would not be with creditfix !!!!!

where do I start?? due to this company and wrong advice given I have been taken to court and received threatening letters to take items from my property. I have an IVA and Creditfix are supposed to help you.... it's not what I have found. They have admitted they owe me money and loosely promise to refund... in the mean time after I told them on several occasions not to take money from my account from my debit card details they completely ignored me and took it. what made it 10 times worse Is after calling them and being passed through departments and asking for money back so I can afford to pay the court judgement they caused against me they have done nothing! I have told them I am walking to work and back nearly 4 miles a day because of this and they have done nothing! they promised to call back twice and guess what..... nothing! I have been left with no option but to go to my bank to claim back through them the money I told them they were not authorised to take. I will be reporting them to the Omnibusman and look at my options because I now have a worse credit rating and I am being forced to pay another company when I was told I didnt need to as it was covered under my IVA.
the treatment I have received is nothing short of shocking.... I would advise anyone thinking of using this company not to!!
BEWARE!! Where do I start?Totally incompetent and it was one thing after another.They left me in a worse financial position.To top it off they asked for payment even though paperwork was never received.A total joke.Like other reviewers said, not even worth 1 star.
Back in feb 2018 I became unemployed, I made the company aware of this a number of times, I had no money coming in and fought to keep a roof above my head, to which Credfix continued to try and take the monthly amount, so I had to cancel my debit card to stop them from doing so. I managed to get a position beginning of May and made creditfix aware of this at the end of may to reinstate my monthly payment with my new card details, all going fine and had agreed that the outstanding payments would be put the end of the agreement which I agreed to. on zed day they took the amount and then two days later took the same amount which has now left me with nothing to live on for the month of June. Spoke to Kevin in the customer services team and he stated that the first payment was a catch up payment, this was not mentioned or discussed with me on the original phone call, but in the notes Heather had stated that I had agreed to this, this is not true or what was agreed. Result of zed phone call today was I will get a manger to listen to phone call on Monday and see if I or them was telling the correct story. I find this completely unacceptable and I still get letters continuously landing on my door step from the debtors even though creditfix apparently make contact with these companies to stop this from happening.
If on Monday the 4th June 2018 Creditfix, they do actually contact me to discuss their wrong doing, I will remove this post, people shouldn't be treated like this, especially when all calls are recorded, my advice would be to replicate the phones calls to the notes on their system. if not contacted I will be terminating my IVA with them and going elsewhere.
I'm going to leave this post here because the company has limited if any knowledge of whom their customers are, all the above apparently was created because I was talking to a customer services employee and according to a member of staff, they know nothing about your case file.
So yes they have refunded me the overcharged payment but this should've never of happened in the first place, a word of advice to creditfix sort it out, you created a huge amount of stress on my part and made me out to be the one that had done wrong. Note to all people considering using their services, feel free to but it's just another large company that is only there for the money and do not stand on their supposed values for their customers, they have been a help in closing all the charges and interest on my IVA agreement but once that's done they have very little if any interest in your needs or well being!
26/07/2018 I receive an email stating your account is in arrears, so make the phone call yet again to be told that it's my fault again that the account isn't up to date, after understanding what it was that was missing, I phoned to make the June payment on the 29th May and the company registered it as a May payment, even though it was agreed that it was for June and not May. As you have read above the company took two payments from me over a three day period and then refunded the amount on the second taking (this then classed as far as they were concerned as a non payment).
This company is an absolute disgrace it really is and the reply from them is utterly worthless it really is, they genuinely have no interest in you well being at all.
I was contacted the same day I registered my interest for help with my debts by creditfix. Their staff are very helpful and reassuring, telling me all will be fine. I scanned documents requested to them and within days I knew where I stood. They arranged a meeting with my creditors and told me to expect a call on the day of the meeting to know if my IVA has been accepted by the creditors. I got the result I desired and will be debt free in 60 months, wiping 70% off the original debts. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation like mine I recommend creditfix, because they actually fix credits.
We would say our greatest feeling since starting with credit fix is peace of mind.from the word go you have,helped us sort out all our problems,explaning everything clearly and quickly ,and are still there if we need you.
Absolute sham of a company, no response to emails, don't care one bit about their customers and when you speak to them over the phone they talk down to you and hang up. This happened 2 minutes ago when I questioned why the 12 months of payments I've made to them conveniently add up, to the penny, to their fees. Not 1 penny has been paid off of my debt. Avoid at all costs, go to citizens advice.
I received excellent service. I was not judged because of my financial problems and the help and advice I received was second to none. I've got a long way to go but I feel like a weight has been lifted off my mind and I can start to live again. Thank you Creditfix
Tried calling. After being transferred around and placed on hold for about 20 minutes, I was introducing myself and the customer service operator hung up on me few seconds later. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
