So i have given Creditfix a 5* Rateing. This is only for Isaac ( I want to highlight this guys name) who ive spoken to today, and has been fantastic! Putting my mind at ease. Listening properly to me and sorting out the problem. He even called me back to let me know it had all been sorted. Today on 30/01/2019. I hope you give Isaac a reward for his customer service. Theres also a few others James and i unfortunately didnt take the names of two other members of staff i spoke to also regarding this same problem. They all really helped. But for me Isaac and James have been top of the list and i thank them massively for reassureing me and getting to the bottom of it. However i do have to say i shouldnt of had these problems in the 1st place as it was not a fault on our part. Now regarding communication via emails ect it would be 1* Weve had nothing but problems since being transferred from Knightsbridge to Creditfix. Lack of communication and mistake after mistake on so many different things which has been soooo stressful for me.
Please make sure your staff members mentioned are rewarded in some way for doing a great job.

Waste of time. They seem very helpfully until you sign the paperwork. The all you get is, someone will call you back, which never happens. Or when you can't afford payment they immediately demand money.

Do not use this company .I have been lied to so many times and so unhelpful .lost a lot of money and sleep because of them don't trust them.........

SCAMMERS ALERT!!!! Not even worth 1 star they say they write off your debts but they don't they just scam more money out of you to keep you in the IVA for longer when you've paid your debts off. Never ever getting myself mixed up in this kind of hickory pokery again! STAY WELL CLEAR!!! Of this company!!!

terrible service ,they don't tell you that your car insurance will double as soon as you enter into an iva ,so if you pay monthly you won't be able to pay them ,go bankrupt for 12 months instead of having 5 years of double car isurance as well as what these people are taking

Started getting calls, texts and emails from this company despite never hearing of them. When I enquired as to why they were contacting and how they have my details, they refused to give any information unless I first gave them even MORE information. I understand data protection regulations but the apparent motive here was to hide information.

Since the company was unable to cooperate, I've had to refer them to the ICO.

I won't recommend Credit fix to anyone, they took the first 3 payment from me to cover insurance and paper work. They were unable to help me with the debt as promised, completely wasted my time and money.

Anyone can tell me please ? Are these companies take your house ? If not why they send letters to our mortgage lander ... if they have authority to possess the house we recently applied this and really confuse shall we go futher or not dont wana loose our house.is this safe to do or not please if somebody can answer me .thankss!!

If I could give minus stars for a review it would run into its thousands. This company take advantage of people already in a dire situation and put them under more undue stress. I have received nothing but incredibly bad customer service, poor communication from them and bullying tactics to make me feel inferior and worthless. Please, do not use this company, they re only out to make money for themselves

Everything started ok nice friendly staff.But now if you email them they don t get back too you that was on 14th March still waiting on reply.Ring them and same they won t pick up phone you just get busy all the time.Had one of my creditors on phone e saying we have had no correspondence with creditfix on helping me with debt.also when do they start paying my creditors as looks like there not getting paid.

I signed up with them 2018 on annual review they want access to your bank via online to see statements I refused and sent screen shots of my expense and income my income low so they are supposed to decrease my payment no my payments are still they same I do not know how they work it out.

I had a housing benefit overpayment and told them about all my creditors it was not added on even when I contacted my creditors some where not paid for months others are been paid peanuts.

I can only say good things about Creditfix, I was in a mess financially so made the decision to go the IVA route. I contacted Creditfix and from 1st contact they were brilliant.

Absolutely incompetent customer lack of service. Once you're signed up they don't care. Countless emails unanswered, inconsistent information when you eventually get to the right person. Be prepared to be passed around like a hot potato. Bearing in mind what they do they should try using empathy over profit. MINUS 1 star!!!

These guys came into my life at just the right time. Crippling debt... a simple process to get started. Direct debit each month. Boom

Absolutely awful, they bought my IVA from another company then jacked up the fees without me havinga say. Every opportunity they ignore my expenses review and try to increase my payments, I had a payment break for 9 months as my circumstances changed and they forced me to agree to paying another 13 months, then a year later I found out its actually another 23 months! They lie and dont care about you .So instead of a 5 year IVA ill be paying for 7 years! They have also taken extra money out of my bank without permission and finally refund it less the bank charges.
I hate this company with a passion they are literally ruining my life for as long as possible not helping me out of debt at all.

Our experience with Creditfix was excellent from start to finish. Our situation was dealt with very professionally, every person that I spoke with was very polite, reassuring in my times of distress and in not in any way judgemental or patronising which helped an extremely stressful situation. Once again I would like to thank all the personnel who had a hand in sorting out our problems, I would recommend Creditfix wholeheartedly.

Crooks they will take your money like to you and tell you it will take 45 to 60 days they are scam arties there main company is in the UK so what that tell you they took my money and did nothing Crooks...Crooks...I'm reporting them to the better BBB they have no mgt to talk to just rip off people......

Got transferred from KnightsBridge. Have had nothing but hassle and disrespect from different people. I have been on the phone I don't know how many time waiting and being transferred. Even the email address don't work properly.
Me and my partner both have different health problems and struggle and it's making family life hard. We took a IVA to.be debt free not for people to cause more problems.
My partner will soon be out of work if we cannot get a agreement on the car we need for him to get to and from work and u will be out of work as my partner drives me.
Sort yourselves out. Absolute dispicable company and will only change my review when improvements are made.

Was easy to deal with but somehow managed to miss out a company that I owed money to even though they had the details.
Hopefully this can be sort easily and hassle free as I'm almost 4 months into my IVA.

Absolutely rude staff, don't want to help at all. Worst thing I've ever done getting involved with this company I would rather be in debt for rest of my life! No help or advise just want to beat you with a stick and speak to you as your scum on the floor.

I was very worried about my bad financial position. After Creditfix got involved all the concerns were taken away from me. The whole matter was dealt with by them with a very happy outcome.

What an absolute disaster!! Have being paying my IVA for over 18 months. Had a phone call today to say they had to add another creditor onto my file, this is one of the creditors who was on the original application and supposedly agreed to the original IVA!! Spoke to a woman who was beyond rude!! Tried to ring them back as was requested, on hold for 25 minutes before someone answered and said they had a high call volume and would get back to me.....I find that very difficult to believe. Please don t use this company!! I am in debt due to previous mental health issues and all they have done is make that worse!! They are unprofessional and disorganised!! No doubt I will get the standard reply to this review asking me to call them and it has been referred to the relevant department blah blah blah. Please go to citizens advise or the debt advise people supported by the government. Don t make the same mistakes myself and hundreds of other people have!

Terrible communication. Make sure you double check the small print and their calculations! Expect to be constantly chasing them up.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would this company is an absolute disgrace I applied for an IVA At the start of January I was assured time and time again it would be approved and I made payments it s now the end of March and only after answering the phone to one of my creditors was I informed by them not credit fix that my IVA had been rejected ... after numerous phone calls and promises of returned phone calls I actually told them I was suicidal and only then did they get a manager on the phone who confirmed the IVA had been rejected a month earlier and they still continued to take payment I will be officially complaining and then taking this to the financial ombudsman please anybody thinking about using this company avoid

This company had taken over from Knightsbridge with my iva I had only 2 years left and then all paid off do not know why handed to them I moved to New home this year told them straight away when I had no job and could they put my case on hold but payments still made even raised saying every month I would get a text saying I missed a moment now they have cancelled my case sent me my paperwork I spoke to them today saying about the payments I have made as they were saying I had not even paid 25.00 in total yet I was paying them 70 a month DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR KNIGHTSBDRIDGE I am going to citizens advice with all my payment paperwork from bank and will do written complaints and send copies of payments to their head office I should have paid off by now as 5 years and 1 month am not happy at all

I had to end my IVA due to a big change financially, they promised in writing to not take any further payments from me but they did so without my authority which left me unable to buy food, please think twice before you use them and always take advice from Stepchange because Credit Fix are not a charity, they make lots of money out of other peoples misfortune! AVOID.

do not ever use these scam artists, i have had an iva with them for the last 2 years, they have not sent me any annual statements, they take the payments before the agreed date and now are even taking two payments a month with out my permission, when you try and resolve this they just fob you off with lie after lie

Fraudsters!!!!!!!!! My partner was advised to lie and they edited his bank statements before sending over to the decision maker!! Partner cancelled IVA 2 days into 14 day cooling off period for them to contact all of his creditors and had all accounts closed after we had taken massive loan to consolidate meaning all our money was gone until we could get paperwork copies to give to creditors, company was unhelpful and at not one given time did they say sorry!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Absolutely rubbish, they apply aggressive selling techniques and lie about your options. After getting advice from them I ve contacted Step Change, who is a charity and they have told me my options are completely different to the only do or die option they have offered me. Plus my advisor was shouting at me and kept interrupting me not letting me explain my situation properly

After years of having a good experience with creditfix it all changed as they have upped my monthly payments and keep hassling me for payslips and paperwork I haven't got any more it's affecting my mental health I wouldn't use it again

I was kept up to date at all stages in a professional and easy to understand manner. My contacts were courteous and understandable of my situation and i would have no hesitation on recommending their services.

This was my waste of time for pat 4 years they have bene charging me monthly but they never did their job right. They didnt include all my debts and still debtor was after me and they kept asking for their money. And still my debts are not settled. Not happy with then at all their service is v poor. All they want is their monthly money.

I hope someone reads this before they sign any documents agreeing a IVA with Creditfix. Please for your own sake don't, all they do is make money off you & they just take more & more money from you.

I was recommended by this company from my neighbour in start of May, the women was real nice as always she said 2 weeks we will have your IVA sorted 5 months down the line here I am they changed companies as the creditors they were charging too much in hidden fees so still in the process with a different company. But Creditfix still took money from my account even though they aren't aloud until the case is accepted so I've been calling every day same excuse our payments team don't understand why it hasn't gone back in your account you have to wait the business days its been over 7 working days maybe its your bank of course it is the banks fault. Just avoid these cowboys I also found out some creditors wasn't even contacted as they've still been calling me. AVOID!!!!!!!! I've gone through so much stress and tears with this company

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company are discussing. They lure you in to believe you are getting a good deal to help you pay off your debts. They don t tell you of annual fees you pay to them more do they tell you that if your monthly payments increase so does the amount you owe overall. I wish I had know this before signing up with them. I am now two years in and still in the same position I was two years ago. I ve requested to leave the IVA and haven t had any response yet. I ve cancelled all my payments to them in the hope they will take me out of the system. This is the biggest con ever and they should be avoided at all cost. They prey on vunerable people who are seeking help. Never been more angry in all my life that my money that I work hard for has basically been given to them for them to do nothing to help me. My debts are still as high as they was when I started. Do not sign up with them it s not worth the hassle

Had my date for IVA meeting had to ring myself to find out the outcome,I was then informed it was adjourned but not given any date ,was told not to worry everything is fine,then received an email to tell me some documents had been posted out to me and as most people never received them,after just over a week of being informed that my meeting was adjourned I received all call to say my IVA was not accepted,this company is a waste of time stay well clear of them as they tell you nothing but a pack of lies,I have had to cancel my card so they cannot take any money as they are quick enough to take your card details from you for payment before they even know if your IVA is accepted or not,I had to give them one star because there is no option for no stars,thankyou credit fix for putting me in a worse position than I was before I trusted you and your smooth talking lies STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!!;

I thought all was going well. Until, i needed an Income and expenditure form reassessing.
I needed this back Asap and explained the situation I was in. It took them 4 weeks and still it was wrong. All my income and thenlike was wrong. The fact also that this department is based in Mauritius!!!! Of all places. I cannot remember giving consent to my details to be sent to the west coast of Africa! Reading the previous comments about a PPI claim is also worrying and stressing me out. I need that money and if these take it Im f&#ked!

This company is terrible. I ve been transferred to them from another IVA and since then been bullied, left with no money to eat (they have taken too much payment without permission) and lied to over and over again. Avoid, they will make your life a living hell.

Creditfix is the worst company. Very slow in adding creditors to your account. Takes money out of your account a night just because they get paid in the evening. Lack of communication, but when you miss a payment they call you about 10 times in a day. They make money from you, when they are suppose to ask the creditors, so you have low payments. I'm looking for another company who genuinely wants to see me debt free. Please read reviews if your looking to join Creditfix. That was my mistake.

Creditfix were a decent company until recently my personal advisor has no clue what he is doing !!!!
The Variation Insolvency department is a joke and an absolute waste of time if you require any reasonable information regarding your account you have no chance !

Have been trying to get hold of someone for 6 weeks. Emailed written a letter phoned, and getting told the person I need to speck to isn't in the office. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed, mislead and uninformed properly about the process and procedure. Very difficult to reach someone on phone. I had to call them several times to get through. Not always answer for emails. I do not recommend them at all!

The Credit Fix team have been extremely helpful, especially my personal advisor. If you call there is always someone at hand to take your call. They have helped me every step of the way and I am now confident that I will be debt free in the near future.

My experience with credit fix has been amazing customer service was also amazing. Staff were very polite and curtious. Explained everything so I could understand everything that was going to happen stage by stage. Couldn't wish for bettier service from the team. I have never experienced service like I have from Credit fix from any other company
