Absolutely horrendous waiting for manager to ring back won't hold my breath saying I have arrears more than I have middle July they told me how much since then I've paid 160 pounds and says I owe more arrears absolutely disgusting and I've been using them for about 2 years and half my creditors haven't received a penny

Keep away from this company if you are stressed and struggling as they show no compassion or empathy and just make the whole process worse

I haven't had much contact with Creditfix. I have had to phone recently, once I had to wait for over 20 minutes and finally gave up. My next call was answered within five minutes. My questions were answered efficiently and things were sorted. In the very beginning when they took over my financial issues I was able to speak to a particular individual, now you talk to whoever answers the phone there is no personal contact. They don't appear to be interested once they have you on their books.

I started my IVA 5years ago and it seemed the right thing to do, BUT looking back it wasn't. The IVA should of finished this year and I thought it had but after 5mths of me thinking it had, I started getting treating emails from Credit fix stating I had fallen behind in my repayments, I called them straight away and they explained due to the property market in my area the value of my property had gone up. ( they did no market evaluation just assumed it had gone up ) i got a free market value done on the property and i was correct it hadnt gone up and it would be a lose of 28k to us and I would be in a lot worse of a place then when I started the IVA, The IVA was meant to be the solution the problem after the term. I truly feel they lock you in to the 5 year term to be able to move the goal posts at the end when you think you can move on with you life you can't . Because remember if you property does go up in value or you have less then 85% of your mortgage left to pay, you will be asked to re-mortgage to pay your debtor's off! if you get a promusion at work and get a pay rise you be told to pay back more. It's still not over for me and now I'm having to fight this because they are so close to putting me in a even worse place then when I started.not to mention the stress and anxiety this is causing me and my family. I really do wish we had lost everything with the bankrupt option because once we had taken that option we could of started to rebuild our lives not having to think in 5 years time I have to go bankrupt again or be in more debt !! Credit fix is not the answer to thinking your problems will go away once you have signed uo with them.They will still be after your blood even after you think it's done and dusted even after you think you have none left.

the update is........ they have closed my IVA but no apologie has been given by credit fix ..... we feel like we can finally move on with our life's. after 10mths of being left in limbo.!! please just avoid...... manage your own finance or if you are to deep In look at bankruptcy at least when you jumped through the hoops for bankruptcy you can move on with your life's. you can't do that with an IVA even after your term is complete.they will want more even if you still don't have it.

Excellent service when I thought I couldn't cope they reassured me they could help had a problem and phoned they sorted I would without hesitation recommend them

Awful service. Four times in the past year they have charged my wife twice for her payment and then taken 1 to 2 weeks to refund her. If we could, I'd avoid these like the plague.

Lied to me and pestered me to do an IVA.
After talking to them.
I told them I would be speaking to step change for a second opinion.
They told me your wasting my time because we do there IVA's for them and most of the other company's go through us as well.
This is a lie. I asked step change this, they told me they have nothing to do with credit fix.
The last time I spoke to credit fix, I told them I needed a little more time politely, they just hung up on me.
There not interested in your feelings.
There just like a buzzard circling a copse, only thing there interested in is there commission/making money.

Everybody I have spoken to at Creditfix have always been very helpful, friendly and polite, making me feel a lot better about myself and nowhere near as embarrassed about the position I had found myself in with regard to my financial position. Every question I have asked has been answered, (and in words of one syllable at my request!!). Having said this, I am however, looking forward to the day that I can say I am now clear of all debts. Thank you all at Creditfix for helping this oap to find peace at last.

Rubbish company we have been waiting for our IVA completion certificates for 10 months now so we are still on registrars as not complete, not that we are looking for credit but it still looks bad on us when actually we completed without fault.

They only have 1 star as I can't give them zero. AVOID this company at all costs. They tell lies to get you to sign up and they take the biggest fee out of all the other IVA companies. I would not recommend at all

I would give a minus star if possible, my IVA finished in Nov 2018 a year of phoning, emailing and letters, to still be waiting for the refund i am due. I did not go with this Company and would not recommend it to anyone.

Wish I had read reviews before using this company. I have been constantly trying to get hold of them to find answers of my question yet I'm just being ignored. It's like I won my IVA in the court meeting now I'm just old news and forgot about. My mental health is seriously low and these people don't give a damn once IVA is taken place. What is the bleeding point of it all

From the word go credit fix helped me Shaun O'Leary couldn't do enough. admitting your in debt is embarrassing but not once at any time did I feel that whilst on the phone. There was no time delays from the first phone call to the booking in call it was all sorted within 24hrs just to sign paperwork and send back. Feel like I have my feet on the ground an this can be a good year rather than panicking every time the door or phone goes. Thank you very much for your help an time much appreciated

Just started wuth these guys .was a bit sceptical at first after reading some of the negative reviews but everything running smoothly at the moment . Didnt feel intimidated and staff were very helpful . Jennifer made me feel at ease during the initial phone call and explained all the options available to me and i recieved all my paper work within 24 hours

I found Creditfix staff very understanding and made me feel a great relief from the pressure of my financial situation . They made it easy for me and answered all my questions clearly.

Stay away from this company. They are on creditors side rather than helping the person struggling to pay.

Communication is awful. They don t explain things properly and when you get in contact, you get conflicting information. They don t seem to care much about you as a client. Unfortunately I m now stuck with them until the end of the IVA. Given that the whole end to end process of an IVA is financially driven, I would have expected them to be on the ball. I seem to be in the driving seat and that shouldn t be the case.

This was a good company to start with but I lost my job and couldn't keep up the payments I phoned them to let them know I had lost my job was told that they wouldn't take any money out my bank account but they did so I have asked for a refund and every time I call I get told that they will pay it in it be nearly 3 weeks now and so far I have not got the money back yet it a total joke would be a different matter if I owed them money

If you have to go on an IVA then plese avoid these. My account was transfered a few years back. Had nothing but issues with them. Had one girl called LeeAnne in May who was a collection agent Threatning me with a failed IVA if I did not pay More

I'm currently in a mental health unit with no access to my bank etc + I'm on the sick so I'm not in contact with my employer but I'm expected to send paperwork in for some review or they will cancel my iva which I'm 3 yrs into..this is making my stress & anxiety much worse..when I try to call them I get someone who can barely speak English & I'm supposed to go through my issues I don't think so...I will go to citizens advice once I leave this unit. .

I have been with this company for a iva for a few of years the only help they give is to extend the agreement to higher then lower the payments even though they worked the payment plan out wrong in the first place.they say any money you get extra for overtime or pay rise you give half to them but they keep all ppi payments and to top it all they dont even take the ppi to your debts. I wish i had never joined them feels like i have been robbed for this time and to top it off they still wont tell me how much my debts are and how much they are paying each company. I asked for a statment and all i got was the amount i had payed to them and they will not say how much hey have payed the companys. Feels like i would of had better luck paying the companys myself with payment plan

We were having such problems with debt and didnt know where our next meal was coming from even though we both work. My husband saw an advert on facebook and just gave them a call and they were so helpful... we felt quite embarrassed explaining it all to someone else but they treated us so well its the best decision we have made in a long time.

Credifix is an amazing company and I would recommend it 100%. They advised me very well from the start and gave me amazing support during the process especially Brad W that has been so supportive, fast and professional. Each time I have a question, I always got an answer very quickly. Thanks to them, I am back to a normal life and I would like to thank them sooo much.

Not given proper information before applying...left me in a vulnerable position ...looking at me people are refrained from it ...bad experience ...and no one fixed my problem i am adviced to withdraw from IVA
If i was properly informed i would not be in this situation ..
The bank froze my account with my money in which i saved for emergencies now cannot access it creditfix can't help they never gave proper information to withdraw cash from current account and put in another bank
This company only gave me stress nothing else
I am still stressed wish i had nevergone for it .

Con job, fix credit by charging you and your credit qont be fixed untill you fix it/pay bills. Stay away from this company
