Almost 2 years into my iva and I'm more stressed and struggling more than when I started. Absolutely no leeway from them for mental/physical health issues and customer service is non existent once they've got you tied into a plan.
Latest from them has been to change my payment time to before I get paid without telling me then proceeding to harass me for missing the payment.
They also recently sent out a letter claiming I owed 2 missed payments (I didn't) hoping a vulnerable person would just panic and pay them without question.

Avoid using these con artists please
