Bought a 2008 rav4 with a cracked windshield, and we were promised a free replacement as well as a free detail few days later after we made an appointment. We were NEVER able to get a hold of our sales rep or his manager, and they NEVER returned our calls. Also not even 2 weeks later we had to spend $900 to replace the struts. Will NEVER go back there again or recommend them to anyone

I had a good experience when initially looking into purchasing a vehicle in April and when I went back in July to finally purchase a vehicle, my experience was horrible. They would not work with us to create a deal both sides were happy More
After a VERY VERY frustrating experience here last week regarding a missing piece, and a sales manager who hopefully was just having a bad day that was unwilling to assist me when he should have, I can finally say that Courtesy Chevrolet stepped up and went above & beyond for me today. Recon Manager Jami (Jamison) really rectified my situation and turned my perception of this business around in a matter of minutes. Every place of business has employees that may just be having a bad day or honestly just need more customer service training, but I would like to think there are more good than bad employees. Courtesy Chevrolet is no different. If you have any issues, just keep trying. Eventually you will find a reasonable, professional employee. Jami truly was AMAZING, and is definitely an asset here. He definitely deserves some recognition or maybe a raise or some extra vacation time ;) His service & just overall professionalism was MORE than I expected. THIS is why I chose Courtesy Chevrolet to begin with. Besides my experience last Friday, I have always been treated very well here, from the original sales agent, from the service advisors, even down to the wonderful cafe workers. Thank you, Jami for making this right. As long as there are employees like yourself working here, I will definitely continue to do business here and will continue to refer friends and family. Keep up the great work!! (& I hope Sales Manager Ben will take a few customer service lessons from you :)
I can not express how happy i am with the service i received from my sales man Jose Gutierrez. He understood my needs. He treated me like family and not like a total stranger. He was very courteous, respect very trustworthy an over all good man.
He took the time to listen to my what I was looking for, never did he get frustrated such a polite person.
Jose, definitely made my car experience a very enjoyable one.
Thank you Jose for your kindness, thoughtfulness and excellent character and amazing customer service.
I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.
If you want a dealership that is very fast, this is it. But when I went to talk numbers with them, they didn't even tell me where they were at on the price point. Still, not the worst dealership I have been to.
In Arizona, there is a special plate program which allows qualifying electric vehicles to drive in the HOV lane at any time with a single occupant. I had been to 4 of Phoenix's Chevy dealerships. There was a ton of uncertainty, and misinformation from sales staff to get me to buy. They did not know the program.CHRIS AT COURTESY DID! While on the phone with him he told me he drove a Volt. I expressed my concern about being eligible for the special plate if I bought a pre-owned Volt.
He actually went on the Dept. of Motor Vehicle's website, registered his car for the plate and sent me a screen shot of his confirmation. I bought from him that week.
Car buying can be stressful. While working with Chris he was straight forward with me at every point of the process. Chris made sure I was buying the car I wanted at a price that was fair.
Additionally: When I got home the original wall charger was not working. I was ready to turn into the Incredible Hulk and SMASH. I called Chris, he said come in on Monday - we will make it right. When I went in he handed me a new charger.
He simply said, "Vince, we didn't have to do this contractually...But it is the right thing to do."
Watch how they sneak in additional stuff you don't need or ask for in signing closing paperwork such as paint, theft and warranty. They use tactics such as the bank will give you a lower rate if you get this or that on APR. You should only buy Gap on a new car, but they will sneak in $6,000 in additonal warranty, service contracts and etc if your not paying attention.Their gap is $995. You may want to buy elsewhere. They will sell you a payment amount not thr total price. They will even sell you an additional warranty if your car is already covered that you didn't agree to and tell you that car has no warranty when it does.. and then if you have something go wrong like me they lost the aftermarket warranty that you bought and don't cover the repair. Anyways avoid this dealer unless you secured financing in advance or are paying cash.
They like have no idea what they are doing here. There are always people walking around attempting to look busy. The receptionist is not friendly and the finance department is trash. Their phones ring all day and everyone is always new on a recorded line.
Horrible service in the service Dept. Came in to get a oil change at 4:30 pm left at 7pm with no oil change. The rep that worked with us never came to check in us. So I went to look for him and found him and was told my car was next. I patiently waiting 30 minutes go by still no oil change so I asked where my rep was..i was told he left...and so they offer us a free oil change when we already get out oil changed for free....
Horrible experience. I came in with a preapproved loan from my bank and the sales person Jenny Brown had me fill out the form stating that they still need to run my credit for the preappoved loan. This was a lie and the manager did nothing about it. The vehicle I was wanting had rims/tires and a rack and the price listed did not state it was extra. The sales person even stated the price included this. When it came to signing the paperwork, they were wanting to charge extra and then come to find out they ran my credit with like 7 different banks. It was so frustrating and the managers or sales staff didn t care. This was the worst experience ever and I have purchased two vehicles prior with this dealership without any issues. It doesn t matter if you are a Veteran or not. They do not care.
As soon as we stepped out of the car Benny was there to help us out. I liked that although he did not speak Spanish he didn't just call someone else to take over my parents questions he stuck by us and instead asked someone else to assist my parents with the many questions they had. My parents as well as myself really liked the service at this dealership, we will definitely be coming back.
I bought a 2010 Honda Civic next door at Showcase Honda 5 years ago, and I highly suggest anyone going to this dealership do the same. I will put this review as many places as I can, this was just my first stop. I already have a bad taste in my mouth from way worse fees and negotiating tactics from their team of people in Oct., but now I'm just mad. Its 12/19/18 and two days ago I had an oil change done in my certified pre owned 2015 Chevy Cruze. I just bought this car 2 months ago, I brought it in so quick for the first oil change because I drove it to Central Cali and back last month. Filip tells me the transmission has started to leak and I might want to keep an eye on it or come back in soon. I get home look at the paperwork and also find out the brake fluid is dirty. Really!? Certified pre owned. Hmm.. And He didn't bother to tell me that. Yesterday, Tuesday morning the check engine light comes on, so I call them back and tell them we need to make an appointment and get this transmission taken care of, my car is under your best warranties. I go in today and all Filip tells me is he will talk to his manager and see if he can get the break fluid done and then waste nearly four hours of my time waiting for him to tell me they are still trying to diagnose where the problems are and they are going to need it until at least tomorrow. I work! And he says we can't give you a loaner because you don't have the right type of credit card... even though I've gotten millions of cars from Enterprise! Now I have to drive my leaking transmission and who knows what dirty fluids around until after Christmas when we can figure a whole day I can get in there and schedule off.... But ALL that would be beside the point. Hey a transmission leak can happen it is still used.. But It's a certified pre-owned car!!! My first oil change and they are trying to get me to pay for dirty fluids they were supposed to change two months ago before they sold it. I will clearly have to take it somewhere and have them run a diagnostic to see what else they didn't do. Courtesy Chevrolet's people, at least the certified pre-owned team, are either lazy and check boxes without doing the work or they're just dishonest Liars. I don't know what you prefer Phx, but I won't work with either here again.
I recently changed my service from a leading Cadillac Dealer to Courtesy Chevrolet for my Buick. I find that I get personal service at Courtesy, they never try to sell me what I don't really need, and they understand how to keep my Buick in Perfect Condition so I can hit the road at a moment's notice. I have been delighted with the friendliness too. I recently helped my friend Mary purchase a new Equinox as well, and not only did she get a great price, but it was a nice "no hassle" experience. So, if you're looking for a dealership that will remember who you are, your car, and provide a FIRST CLASS experience each and every time, then Courtesy is the dealership for you!
I just got my new 2019 Blazer and our sales guy Lamar McLaughlin exactly new how to treat us well. He listened to what we wanted and our budget, and got us that! I highly recommend Lamar and Courtesy to anyone searching for a vehicle.
Horrible at doing business. After a week of building rapport with a sales person over the phone, I decided to come in. I had a 10am (opening time) appointment with Jenni Brown. I got there at 9:45 and she was already with a customer. Uh, excuse me but that was the whole reason for making an appointment!! So, I needed to start all over again with another salesperson only to get a lowball insulting offer on my trade. Then they keep hounding me and wont come down on the price of a Tahoe LT plus Jenni gives me wrong information on LT equipment/features and will not listen to me! I literally had to tell her to wait a minute and let me speak/listen to what I am saying! So, I decide to pay a visit to Van Chevrolet where I dealt with Sean & Carlos. I was treated professionally, I got more for my trade, and I purchased a Tahoe LT/RST for less than a Tahoe LT from Courtsey Chevrolet. Morale of the story- do not deal with Courtsey Chevrolet!
Worked with Mark Boardman and Austin and they helped me out finding me the perfect car. They really went oit of their way to make sure i left happy and made me year. Just what I was looking for and took care of both my trade ins. Thanks guys!
I had a painless experience buying my new vehicle. Lamar McLaughlin assisted me with the purchase. He is very professional & got me a great deal. I really love my 2019 Equinox!!
The person I worked with was great. The people who work on the car forgot to do something and he took care of it right away when he notice. They also forgot to reset my sensor for my tires so I have to go back to get that taking care of which is an inconvenience. However, everyone there is friendly so that keeps me coming back for services.
Went an purchase a 2013 equinox yesterday an my sells man junior Alvarez was the best with helping me find the car for me an did everything to make my time there comfortable an will never go any where else best dealership in town point blank
The people and sales person we're very friendly and gave us the deal we was striving for. I would like to go back and buy another vehicle in the future. Thanks Courtesy Chevrolet.
Reynaldo Blanco and Mike Davis were very helpful, patient and understanding! They answered all of our questions and worked in a professional manner to ensure we were satisfied. I will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come!
My experience with Courtesy was an interesting one to say the least. I was a first time buyer and had no family to talk to about the things to watch out for. I dealt with the Internet Department (Jason Church). I thought, "how can I go wrong with Fleet Pricing." Boy was I wrong. I got there and the guy I talked to on the phone gave me a fake name so, no one had any idea who I was talking about. Then, I finally found someone willing to help me out. I was there about 9 hours to make a deal on a used car. I was told that Courtesy Chevrolet adds complimentary Nitro in the tires for life and three years of free oil changes. If you read the paperwork, they do include "free oil changes" and "Nitrogen in the tires for life" at a total charge of almost $600 extra. You really need to read through your contract before signing. I am not saying that they are dishonest, they just don't answer your questions unless you ask exactly the right way. I hope this helps anyone attempting to buy a car here in the future as I am sure that they will have this post silenced very shortly. I have tried posting reviews in the past and they have enough connections to get anything taken off of any site at any time they want to. Just be careful...
This is an edit to our last complaint we had, a department manager contacted me and my husband and stated they apologized we had a bad experience and we were glad at least someone must of seen our last google review that a rep reached out to us. Thanks to Jennifer for getting back to us. We were glad our situation was rectified.
I plan on coming back to Courtesy for my next Chevrolet. Shola got me the best lease deal I could find in AZ, I got a fully loaded premier model for less than most places were quoting me for a base model. He was not pushy either which is great especially at a GM dealership. I had a few small things I didn't like about the car, (a few imperfections) and Debbie took amazing care of my needs on the car.I'm very picky about my vehicles and I had posted a bad review on here before and I've since deleted it thanks to Debbie Drager. If management reads these I hope you know how much of an asset Debbie is to your dealership, if it weren't for the customer service I got from her addressing and fixing all my concerns I will be coming back next time I need a car.
My husband & I had come from another dealership that had treated us so rudely we almost called it quits. We decided upon our sons referral to stop in and see Courtesy Chevrolet. Upon arriving Austin Hulett greeted us and I have to say instantly he as amazing! He listened to what we were looking to achieve and asked many questions to make sure we found what we wanted. Austin took his time to show us what was available & what options we had. Once we decided what we wanted it was time to make the numbers come together. This is where we met George Salman. George came over and again listened to what we needed in order to make the purchase. He was amazing as he got us every rebate/discount possible to get us to where we wanted to be. Both Austin & George went above & beyond to not only make us feel comfortable and like we mattered but to ensure we were happy with out total experience with them. The gentlemen that did the financing portion which I am afraid to say I cannot recall his name right now but he was also fantastic! Overall we had one of the best experiences we ever have purchasing our truck!!! THANK YOU to Austin, George, and our finance guy!!! :O) We will be back in the future & will send whoever we can to Courtesy where they can be treated respectfully and have all options shown.....
About a month ago wife and I went in and traded our vw gti for an Audi s3, the internet salesman I dealt with was nice, we went over the paper and made a deal, the salesman told me that the used s3 came with a 1 year/12k warranty from Ally auto warranty because there used cars are inspected and certified, ok great when we were talking to the salesman and going over the paperwork I looked over the warranty paper, so after we came to an agreement the salesman took my wife, daughter and I over to the finance guy Anthony who was great, after we left and made the 3 hour drive back home we realized we had left/not got the paperwork for the warranty, I then text messaged the salesman and asked him to email me the info....he never did, I texted him a few days later and he said oh it must have not went through and he will send it again.....lies never got anything, I then emailed the sales manager Ivan and never got a response, i then went to the courtesy website and sent an email on the contact us part and guess what, no response about my issue....people there where nice but once the deal was made then it's like your all forgotten and they ignore you, all I wanted was my paperwork for the warranty they said and showed me the car came with
Easily the best vehicle buying experience I have had. The process was efficient, easy, and non-stressful. Courtesy made the whole experience enjoyable with outstanding professional services at all steps of the process. I will be recommending Courtesy Chevrolet to all my friends and family. Thank you!
Horrible service. Made an appointment for an oil change and it took over 2 hours. I would give them the benefit of the doubt but this isn't the first time I've had to wait an extremely long time for simple maintenance at this dealership. I will never come back.
I've always serviced my car at GM dealer, and this is the worst car servicing I've had as far as I remember.
I scheduled an appointment in the morning to have my vehicle serviced. I also specified on the phone that I am driving for three and a half hour and I've taken a day off from work for that. The advisor tells me not to worry, if I bring my vehicle in the morning everything will be taken care off the same day. but nothing went as promised. my vehicle was there for a day and a half and they ended rushing to try and return my car back to me and I'm not even sure what I paid for was actually done.
right after my vehicle was returned to me, I hit the freeway and realized that every time I break, it makes an unpleasant noise. unfortunately not living in the city I had no choice but to continue driving the car in that conditions. They promise things they don't/can't do
I ve been coming here for a long time for all of my maintenance needs and every single time I ve been very well taken care of. A special thank you to Victor and AJ, who ve helped me in my two most recent visits. As a college student and now a brand new mother, money has always been extremely tight in my life especially now during these difficult times of unemployment for many. Both Victor and AJ went out of their way to give me a total I was very satisfied with and comfortable to pay. Can t express how cool and understanding they are of customer s needs, I hope they are recognized!
I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 for an oil change. The service advisor told me it would be 1 hour. At 9:10 when I checked on my car - they had not even started the work. I had them bring my car and left. This was my 5th visit to them and they are never quick but this was ridiculous. I will NOT be returning.
I had a great experience buying from Jordan Ventenilla here at Chevrolet, I would recommend a friend and I will definitely be back. Thanks again Jordan!!!
Courtesy Chevrolet has my phone number listed on google so if Courtesy Chevrolet if you could please change that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
This place has a huge inventory but we were looking for one specific used car that they had. Drove home in our new Camaro ZL1 that day! What is really cool about this dealership is the deli in the service area. You know how long it takes to buy a car and you always spend more time than anticipated. I had a yogurt parfait with granola which held me over until we were able to go have dinner.
My experience at Courtesy Chevrolet was amazing, Miguel Othon the person that helped me was really patient and made sure I was comfortable all the time, he also answered all my questions really well, which was the best part. Everyone is patient and is willing to work together to give you a good deal.
As always, my advisor Christian is the reason I continue to have my service performed by Courtesy Chevrolet! In addition, I don't know their name but the diesel mechanic in lock step with Christian is the only one I let work on my Duramax!
Would love to share more with you and feel free to contact me directly. I want to make sure that these individuals are recognized by the Dealership GM and Service Manager as well as GM corp. Both examples / models of what customer service and customer retention is all about!!!!
Courtesy Chevrolet was referred to me by a friend. Evan Clark, my salesman sounded very hopeful despite my bad credit, so I decided to give it a try. I had just tried another dealership and no one would take the risk so I was very skeptical when I walked in. Evan was very nice and reassuring and brought me to Jeremy S. who was able to find a lender for my car. At first I was so embarrassed about my financial situation but they made me feel very comfortable and sure enough, I was able to get the best car at the best price! I highly recommend this duo! Just ask for Evan Clark!!!
Great service from the sales team to the finance people! We've never bought a Chevy before but we were beyond satisfied with the customer service. We even had a concern and they made it right. Might be buying Chevys from here on out. Thanks everyone!
I've just started getting my Tahoe serviced at Courtesy Chevrolet because I had heard about the changes they have been making to their Service department. I'm now getting the best service experience I have ever received in over 30 years of having vehicles serviced.
It begins in the service drive. If anyone sees you sitting in your vehicle they stop by to make sure you're being taken care of. The Service Rep quickly asks if you'd like anything to drink.
If you're waiting for your vehicle the facilities are excellent. The Courtesy Cafe has an excellent variety of fresh food and drinks. The waiting area has a charging area for your personal devices. There is also a computer for internet access in case you didn't bring your own devices.
I didn't wait for my service this time. I received a detailed estimate of needed repairs via email. My Service Rep spent the time going through them with me to decide what needed to be done now and what could wait until the 90k service interval.
Picking up your vehicle finishes off the excellent service experience. The cashiers are very friendly. Your vehicle is pulled up for you. When checking out the person at the exit checks to see if you'd like a bottle of water for the road.
The service experience at Courtesy Chevrolet has been top notch. Great job Courtesy Chevrolet!!
Got an awesome deal with sales rep Dave Bailey. The guy does his job well and efficient. Was by far a better experience than Bill Luke was. Will be back again!
I was in an accident and totaled my car with no insurance and was panicking trying to figure out a way to get another car to make it to work with having such a tight budget. Boyd was extremely helpful in recommendations and worked really hard in getting me a good deal and on a brand new car at that! I was about to give up hope on getting approved but Boyd and the financial adviser were able to work some magic and now I'm driving around in a brand new 2017 Chevy Cruze! Thank you guys again so much!
I have to add that only after my previous review. I was contacted regarding this incident by phone. So, I decided to stop by the dealer. Which I live 45 minutes from. And Nobody could get a hold of the person who contacted me to solve this. Despite the person being at work that day...Not waiting list, nothing...
I decided to talk with the Used Car Sales Manager Steve Holt who initially acted friendly when I bought the car. When talking with him. He showed a completely arrogant and disrespectful behavior towards me and the situation in spite of my good manners and patience with the situation.
He said that the dealership can't return me the money for this product which I didn't use, for which they made a mistake that took more than 5 months to actually receive the product and truly a headache to sort this out. Funny thing is that, they state that the product has more worth than what I paid. (If that is truth, then you can take it back, give me my money and don't lose anything, right?).
The only solution they gave me it was to remove the system from the car. But, it was going to cost me. ( Yes on top of taking your money for a product that they shovel down your throat,... they also want me to pay for remove it as the "only solution" after they mess up...) isn't that crazy?
This manager assigned the original sales guy to fix the situation, when he is the one I was talking with and ultimately the one who is on authority. Acting like it was not important, denying any request or solution other than we can't do anything and we don't care. Not even any kind of compensation for the bad moment...really?
The question is, what kind of management and costumer service is this? I get it...Everybody makes mistakes. But, as a company there is even more responsibility to fix your mistakes.
Honestly I would have had a very different opinion if business would have been handle in a better, most respectful way. And not the kind of disrespect and arrogance than Mr. Steve Holt showed towards me. My opinion, A total negligent and unnecessary course of action. In which, there is a total disregard for the client best interest, no respect whatsoever, no morals when transacting business.
*************************************************************************** I had a good experience when buying my 2017 GTI in this place. They gave me good treatment, a fair value for the car and good value for my trade in. Both of the sales guys that helped me with this purchase were serviceable and helpful. They also did a great job when I went for my first service. BUT, there was still pending for me to receive an ID access to use a product that was supposed to come with the car named Kahu (security system). I didn't want to get this product, but they practically forced me to buy this along with others added features that I didn't wanted to be added to the total price.
I obtained the car on May 22, 2018. And until today I have not received anything related to this product. I have made numerous calls to either one, sales guys, the dealer, sales manager. And none of them have taken my calls. And I been disconnected of the line several times. Completely awful and unacceptable for a good car dealership. I am definitively dissatisfied with this whole situation and would not recommend to anyone to buy in this place.
Horrible service! Kept our keys so they could linger back and forth to make a deal. Low balled our trade. Walked out happy we didn t not choose to buy at Courtesy Chevrolet. Took our business to Lunde s Peoria Volkswagen. They were hassle free, gave us top dollar for our trade, walked out with a hell of a great deal.
They took all day for a 2 hour fix and cracked my windshield. Then they refused to fix it. This is not the first time I have received poor service from them, but it will be the last!
Jamie Phillips our service consultant was very nice and friendly. Made sure to call me and let me know exactly what my car needed and prices too. I really appreciate that. He made sure I knew that my car was ready for pick up and was just overall very nice. Thank you Jamie your customer skills are very excellent.
The experience was simple, efficient and never did I feel like I was at a dealership or dealing with a pushy salesperson. The space is renovated and clean at Courtesy Chevrolet. Top notch service from Erick Saltos! Very respectful man, made everything simple for us and did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend Erick Saltos for anyone looking to buy a car.
Our experience at Courtesy Chevrolet I can't say enough about. Although,we did not go home with the car today the customer service and general overall willingness to help get us into what we wanted was stellar. The best salesperson we've ever had. Thank you Lawraleen A. For your time to go over details that most sales people miss or neglect. We have an appointment to go back next Wednesday. Good or bad on our dea,l I would recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone looking for the best customer service and willingness to be price conscious.
Their service department was excellent and took great care of my car! They addressed a recall I wasn t aware was ongoing for my car, and got all services done in a timely manner. Thank you!!!
I came looking to buy a truck, everyone was very nice, they didn't pressure me to buy a vehicle like some other places do, they just gave me options and i ended up buying a brand new truck and got a very good deal. The sales man Roberto did a great job once again did not pressure me which is big for me, i don't like buying something just because they want me to, over all great service, great people, I would definitively recommend this place to anyone looking at buying a new or used vehicle and I would more likely be back here for my next one, thumbs up!!
What's the point of scheduling an appointment when it takes 3 hours to program a key fob that should take 2 minutes? They told me it would take 90 minutes, which is rediculous to begin with, but 3 hours and I STILL don't know when it will be complete.
Don't bother scheduling an appointment, it means nothing. Bob was cool though, I like that guy .
Services here at Courtesy Chevrolet were excellent, Ivan Torres went out of his way to get me the best deal when i purchased my vehicle. The employees are courteous and make sure that your well taken care of. Thanks again for the outstanding job and customer service Ivan and all Courtesy Chevrolet employees.
I recently bought a Chevy Cruze diesel from Courtesy. I wanted to thank a few specific people for their parts in the transaction.
Adam Banikananeh handled most of the sale. Adam did everything he said would do, when he said he would do it, even after the sale. That was something that I really appreciated. He responded quickly to my emails, texts and phone calls. He did a terrific job handling the sales part.
Rich in finance was super efficient with the paperwork, so I think that's definitely worth noting.
The first trip I made to Courtesy, I worked with Miguel. Even though we didn't complete the sale that day, I think he did a great job.
Also notable was the outstanding latte I had while waiting. Yum.
I had a great experience. I had gone the day before to a different Chevy dealership and did not receive the same quality of service that I did at Courtesy. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions not to mention gave me the best deal on my new Chevy Malibu.
This dealership is what all should be. There is no foolish and time-wasting pushing of features or items the buyer doesn't want or need. This was my second car purchase from Courtesy Chevrolet, and it is at the top of my list for any future vehicle purchases.
My experience at courtesy Chevrolet was the best one. Kevin was amazing, very helpful and he put my needs first, I never felt pressured to make a deal. He made me comfortable throughout the entire process and really helped me out. I m so happy with my new Chevy Traverse! I ll definitely come back to buy another car in the future!
My salesman, Ben Weinberg, is awesome - he was respectful, polite, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He took care of my entire transaction even though during the time between when I ordered my car from the factory and when it arrived at the Chevy Dealership he had left to work for Courtesy's Volvo dealer, he never let me down.
Employees like Ben are who make your dealership successful- I hope you appreciate him as much as I do.
Took my 2012 equinox in for service, Titus in the service department rocked it...respectful and professional, he took the time to explain everything to me with the repairs that needed to be made and the costs and he Did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. Definitely will be returning for service and to buy my next Chevy!
I owed 9,000 on my 2013 impala with Tempe Toyota and was told courtesy can help me pay off the loan and get a new truck as well. I paid off 6,000 and traded in a different car for 2,500 and was told I had 1,500 in rebates. Which payed off the impala. I have the 2017 Silverado but never received my title for my impala it s been 6months sense the car was supposedly payed off. I was lied to and believe my impala is being used as collateral. I will never shop at courtesy as they are shady and make false promises
Was very pleased with Mark Boardman's attitude and respect while purchasing my 07 Silverado. He was very professional and easy to deal with unlike some loud and pushy salesman while being knowledgeable on the vehicle. Thanks again Mark
Courtesy Chevrolet had the truck I wanted and the price was fair. Lamar was knowledgeable and worked to get me the price that I was satisfied with. I have received follow up calls to make sure everything has been up to my standards which it has been. I enjoy driving my Colorado and am truly happy with its performance.
The team at Courtesy Chevrolet are always the best! I have all my routine service check's done here and they are always very helpful and friendly from the moment I drive up to the moment I drive off the lot. I really appreciate the speed of service and thoughtfulness of the staff. I really appreciate the kind gesture of giving all Veteran's free oil changes on Fridays as well! As long as I live in AZ this will be the only place my car goes to for services and repairs.
After 5hrs of looking we finally thought we found what we wanted a Tahoe 2016, White LS "New" not used ... but when we went to go see it, it had 583 miles! nd had a big dent in the back driver side needed new back bumber. We were in shock price $40,000 +! That was a really bad experience this Tahoe was not NEW!!
Trying to find out if repairs will be done today or if it's going to be three days not the two that have already passed, which is what I was told it would take. " I'll call you back as soon as I know what's going on" 3hrs later no call. @ 3:45pm I called back " I talked to the tech and he doesn't have an assessment yet, can I call you back this afternoon?" the tech works till 5, so I'm thinking how does he not know if he'll be done today? Also trying to reach upper management to help with this was another wasted call.
I purchased a truck from this dealer 4 years ago. Since then, I have been receiving non-stop calls from this dealer about purchasing a new car almost every month. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me and to place me on their do not call list... It only made things worst. I talked to their sales manager and asked them to stop. Well, that didn't help. So, I have refused to purschase another vehicle from them ever again. Since then, I have purshased three other vehicles, which is business they have lost.
I would like to take this time to thank all the members of the Courtesy Chevrolet team that were involved with not only the purchase of our car, but for the ongoing support that continued afterwards. Noteworthy is Eric Steffes. His passion and genuine kindness and support that he provided was beyond what we would have expected. A true professional that represents the image and prestige that is of the Courtesy heritage and tradition. Job well done.
Went in for an estimate. Its been 2 or more months and they still wont forward the estimate to the insurance. I shouldnt have to keep calling every other week.
I had the pleasure of meeting Lamar who was great with helping find the used Chevrolet truck. This being my first vehicle purchase, it was a great experience in that I felt that I was never pressured into anything. I would recommend you see Lamar as he was helpful and managed to assist me in finding what I wanted with the respectable payment. Thanks for all your help.
