Thank you so much I would tell anyone to go buy a car from him.

We had a great experience with our salesman Oscar.
Not only did we get an AMAZING DEAL....the entire staff at Courtesy was very helpful....courteous and kind.
We purchased a 2017 Silverado.
Oscar ...our hats off to doing all you did to make this deal happen.
Oscar. My Wife Erika and I are Super happy
Great experience. Chris the finance guy went above and beyond for us. Even though I left with a higher payment than I would have liked I left with alot of extras for very little money. He worked well into the evening to secure my loan and to make sure I got the best deal possible. I absolutely love my car. Unlike the last car I bought from you guys.
I just recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500. Dana helped me until Lamar could meet up with me later on in the meeting. It was quick and easy i was very happy with their enthusiasm to help me get into a truck especially since it is the first truck from a dealership. Martha in financial was great at explaining everything for me to understand. Lamar and Dana were both very happy i was able to leave with the truck i was beyond excited for!
I m very disappointed with the unethical business practices of this dealership and particularly with the salesman, Alex. I have bought several vehicles per year for the last several years and while helping my Dad shop for his truck, this is the first dealership I have ever dealt with that had so many added fees beyond tax, title and registration.
Then when he went to sign for his truck (I was not with him) he was told by Jeremy (in finance) that his interest rate was contingent on purchasing an extended warranty, which is illegal. My background is in Finance as a manager and a longer officer so I know that he qualified for a 2.9% interest based on his credit rating and should not be required to purchase additional products to accept the rate he qualified for. I will be helping his to cancel that warranty from his contract. I have had positive experiences with several other dealerships over the past couple of years but this is not one of them.
****Updated 10/16/17****
My Dad has received multiple calls (some very curt) after the posting of my review strongly urging him to have me remove it or to change it to make it "nicer". In return, they would remove all of the extra add-on costs that were thrown in at closing. Yet, the dealership has failed to do anything to remove these costs until I fluff my review, which again, is such unethical business practice. They should do right by their customer first and foremost. I don't feel it is fair to lie to others about the service received, especially when they have yet to make up for anything that has take place thus far.
Service advisor Brenden was awesome. He gave me a realistic expectation on the time frame my car may have needed to be in service. Kept me updated with progress and was most courteous while helping me on the service drive. I will be back to see him for further service.
Went in with pretty low expectations due to my poor credit. left the first day empty handed because the payment was going to be 200 dollars over my limit.
Got a call the next day from a manager and they dropped the price of the vehicle down another 2 grand taking away a good chunk of commission for the dealership and got my payment down to just over what i had hoped!
Edwin was excellent and really did everything he could to work with me! I would highly recommend this dealership in the future and will likely buy my truck from here when its time to trade up!
I started off on the wrong foot with clearly the wrong sales rep, but found myself working/closing the deal with Mario, who was absolutely awesome. Courteous, patient and willing to go the extra mile, I would suggest asking to work with Mario if you are looking to purchase a car from Courtesy Chevrolet.
For the record, I would've given a 5 star review if it wasn't for the original sales rep's disastrous sales and communication skills.
Andy & Benny worked very hard for me to find the perfect right fit. They worked diligently and didn't give up on me when I gave up on the process. They kept looking for the perfect car for me and what I wanted. They made me feel like family and took good care of me knowing I was a long way from home and had just moved to Phoenix. I would recommend Andy, Benny & Jeremy and Courtesy Chevrolet for all of your New and Used car needs.
Kenny at Courtesy Chevrolet was wonderful. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and what I could afford. He found the right car that fit for me. I can't thank him enough!!
Working with Juan was amazing!! He made getting my new truck a great experience
NUMBER 1......I just have to say thank you to Courtesy Chevrolet and to Curt in the service dept....every time I go there I am not only treated very well but my Silverado is properly repaired and in a quick and dependable manner. It is a pleasure to do business with them since 2008. I never was less than totally pleased...the free coffee made my day. Need service? Ask for Curt. I love my truck! I love their service.
I am a first time customer of Courtesy Chevy. Chris Murphy is the sales person that helped me out. Ivan is the manager that assisted me and Samantha was the service advisor that helped me out. I choose this dealership because they were one of the few dealers in AZ that we re willing to deliver the vehicle to me (I operate my own business and don t have the time to take an entire day to drive halfway across the state to sit in a dealership). I saw the vehicle I wanted through the USAA mobile app, after going back and fourth a couple times they gave me what I felt was a fair price on the 2013 F250 Lariat. They also gave me a great price on my trade in. Their price wasn t the highest as compared to local dealers, but it also wasn t the lowest on the kbb spectrum, but it was fair on both sides, which I respect. I was not an easy customer to deal with because I ve been screwed over by two other dealers in the past and I wasn t about to let another dealership do the same again, but I was wrong about this dealership, this dealership changed my perspective on dealerships, not all dealerships are looking to screw you over and not all service advisors are A-holes. I will say this, the delivery on my vehicle was 45 min late which made me late for work akd rushed the paperwork, and the vehicle that was delivered had a cracked windshield. But they made it right and had safelite fix it, and said they will be sending me out my copy of the paperwork next week. This shows that even if a business screws up, they are willing to take the extra step to make it right. If you need a truck go see Chris, if you need work done go see Sam, if you need financing go see Ivan. I recommend this establishment and in the future if I require another vehicle they will be the first place I check. Thank you for my new personal/business Truck
I have been a customer of Courtesy Chevrolet and Tim Jackson for 13 years. I have purchased 11 new vehicles and 2 used vehicles from Courtesy. I would not consider any other dealership to do business at. They treat me like family and the whole staff appreciates my business.
Thanks Courtesy !!
Would not honor price on internet. Added $3,000 to a $7,000 advertised price. Nope.
The price advertised is substantially lower than what they will accept. Prepare for an additional $3500 at least! And the Full Featured Car Salesman Mind F-ing.
Stick to the advertised price and they will act like they will meet it.
You will end up walking out or you will feel screwed.
They are nice about it:
-"Would you like a water?"
-"We don't give cars away!"
-"The advertised price doesn't include all of the extras!"
ALL CAR DEALERS ARE TRYING TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE THAN YOU SHOULD
Solution: Pick a car. Decide on what you want to pay. Tell them you WILL NOT deviate. If they can do it: great! If they can't do it: walk away.
Simple? Yes!
Irritating? Yes!
Unnecessary? Yes!
Good luck!
Be firm!
Excellent Service.. Help me get into a car quick fast and in a timely manner. Thank you Courtesy
I came in and worked with Edwin Puga and received great customer service. It was a momentous occasion! I'll recommend everyone I know.
I had a great experience working with Robert Hammons, he's a knowledgeable friendly salesman with no high pressure sales tactics, I got the car I really wanted and couldn't be happier, and as for the dealership, I do have credit issues and they fought for me and found a way to make it happen, I would definitely return to dealership for future purchases, and my final thought is make sure you ask for Robert Hammons for a great car buying experience!
Thanks Robert for everything
Great working with David left with a 2019 impala very easy buying process.
Bought our Traverse there a year ago. Made a mistake going to Midway Chevrolet recently for a "quick" service issue resolution. Will drive the extra distance for the excellent customer service at Courtesy Chevrolet. I needed air in my tires today, and was able to pull right into the bay. I was then promptly greeted, and assured a tech would be right out. That was true. Fast and friendly. Will not go anywhere else.
Worst customer experience ever. I will never purchase a Chevy because of it. My boyfriend and I were just in an accident and the vehicle was a total loss so we were out shopping for a new vehicle. We made our way to Courtesy Chevrolet and wanted to test drive a couple vehicles. The sales guy drove it around the block before letting my boyfriend test it out. He was well aware that we were just in an accident and injured from the accident. He sped down a street going almost 60MPH (speed limit was 25), and proceeded to blow a stop sign while making a left. Then on the main road with a speed limit of 35MPH, he hit 80MPH. I was terrified in the back seat of the vehicle. After we made it back to the dealership, he started acting like he was having a casual conversation with my boyfriend when he was really trying to secretly run a credit check on him without his knowledge or consent. WORST experience ever. Do NOT recommend.
Joe Mitchell was really patient and he was amazing! Excellent at helping us! Thank you!
The manager Issac is very unpleasant and unprofessional.Go anywhere else but there!
I recently bought a Kia Serento And Jurmain Easter Was My Sales Agent He helped me with everything the experience was Great and I Thank Him For All He did!!
I took my car in for service, then I went out to breakfast. While I was eating, my phone rang; my car was ready. That's the fastest service I've ever experienced.
We came to Courtesy Chevrolet to trade in and purchase a used car. From the time we walked in, Mike Andresakis was extremely attentive; taking the time to only show us cars in our budget range, listening to our preferences. He was very clear and concise and explained the entire process every step of the way. We can't say enough good things about him. He is considerate, communicates clearly, transparent on everything and best of all he took the time to answer all of our questions.. Mike seems to genuinely want people to walk away happy with their car and purchase. We can't recommend enough Courtesy Chevrolet - the staff is A+ and their inventory is awesome . Thank you so much for the great experience!!!!!!!
By far the best customer service I've dealt with when buying and selling a vehicle. I was selling my vehicle in a difficult situation and needed a car to replace it. I realized when I heard from Mike Kildoo I had found the right place. He got the story of what I needed to do and was able to make it happen. I drove 4 hours from Cali to Phoenix on Mike's word. I was not disappointed. When I got there everything was ready and all the other staff I met were friendly and pros at what they do. Mike and all the staff at Courtesy Chevy have earned my business and you should give them yours. You won't be disappointed.
Set up an appointment for service for my vehicle was easy and got it done quicker then expected
Had a great experience at courtesy. Everything felt professional from the moment I stepped into those front doors. I got what I wanted with a fair deal thank you to Erick saltos for a wonderful deal
I've bought 3 vehicles from Courtesy since 1996, all of which have been serviced and repaired (mechanically and body work) there as well. I have worked primarily with Tim Jackson for the past 13 years or more. He is fantastic to work with, always very attentive and accommodating. He is honest and always puts the customer first.
Courtesy Chevrolet, Joe M. and all the staff were awesome and made it easy to buy my dream car!! Im still in shock that i got what i wanted for the price i wanted! Thank you Joe and Courtesy Chevrolet for helping make my dream come true!
Reynaldo Blanco went above and beyond , we told him what our budget was and he worked with my boyfriend and I . I appreciate everything he did for us , as a first time buying a car it was an unbelievable experience. He delivered friendliness, very good at his job and making people feel comfortable with their purchase. I would recommend this dealership , because of people like him. I wish I could rate more than five stars , he looked up out insurance quotes , made sure we left satisfied , always asked if we were okay and needed anything .
Thanks , for all you hardwork Reynaldo!
Went to the dealer yesterday Sunday 10/7/2018 and made a mistake of telling them that I had not been into a dealership in 12 years to buy a car. So I was told that "cash for clunkers was only available for pre-owned cars only. The advertisement says New and Pre-Owned. We did not qualified because the needed $4,000 more on top of the deal. They decided to go down from an Equinox to a Spark leased with 0 down however, the lease was not approved (interesting) and the salesperson came up with another offer. $750 for my car, $6,000 down for $380 a month for 72 months. Before touching Finance, the car price went up from $15,600 to $27,360..... Always multiply the payment amount by the months you are paying 72 (months) x 380 (payment)=27,360. That's before going to finance where they are going to sell you more features on top of the $2,000 added to the car. Who is making $11,760? The salesmen...Then the bank takes interest and your payment will go up to $400 if you do not think. "Say how much you are able to pay a month on a certain car depending on the price". If the car and price changes, divide the price of the car by 72 months and that is your monthly payment to start. Don't stick to a payment a month because they will give you that but you will end up paying much much more for the final price. Be careful how you shop.
They stole 2000 dollars worth of jewelry out the car I returned went back less than 24 hours and it s all gone gave me hours of run around and luckily I got my car insured bad business they will try to sell you junk and high interest rates will never recommend going here if you want to be robbed go head
Every employee we dealt with was extremely professional and personable! There was no "hard selling" techniques by Jude. We simply told him what we wanted and he did not try to sell us something we didn't need, just so he could get a bigger commission. He was extremely patient with us, as we were not sure as to what we were going to purchase. Lucy in financing informed us of all of our choices on extra warranties, she was very pleasant and we enjoyed her sharing her family photo with us. Jessica was just the icing on the cake! She was so helpful in teaching us about all the settings in the car. And told us not to worry about remembering any of it, just stop by and she will program whatever needed to be done. This was by far the most enjoyable experience we have had in buying a new car. We will definitely recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to others.
I've have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and each time I bring them in for service the dealership washes it b4 giving it back to me. This never happens here. Each time I bring it in for service they generally too off my blue def. This time that didn't happen. I spent 72k on a vehicle plus the extended warranty which you also make money on and your dealership can't even fill def or wah it when service is completed. I expect after spending this much money that I would get better care than that
On 5/19/2017 I went to two dealerships and I had no luck there buying a GMC Acadia. Fortunately, I decided to visit Courtesy Chevrolet on 1233 East Camelback Road. There I had the pleasure of working with Joe Mitchell, a sales pro at that dealership. After I inspected the GMC Acadia I was interested in, saw its Carfax, and was satisfied with the test drive; Joe worked with me and gave me a better deal than both previous dealerships I had visited earlier that day. I am truly satisfied with my experience purchasing my Acadia from Joe at Courtesy Chevrolet. I highly recommend Joe. He is a great sales professional and he will meet your needs when buying your next vehicle.
Mario Ruiz did a great job answering all of my questions and excellent communication. Overall a great experience and looking forward to make business with courtesy Chevrolet again in the near future!
I purchased a 2014 Mustang GT from Pedro Arana. He could have not made my experience any better. No games were being played we got straight to business. I left the dealership satisfied and happy with my purchase!
Went to this dealer because I had purchased my previous car there and I was looking for more money for my trade-in. I traded for a new Silverado truck. Brook was great and took plenty of time to help me find the right truck. She answered all of my questions and worked with the people in finance to get me the best price on my new truck and they helped me to cut my interest rate in half. She helped me to get much more for my trade than any other dealership I had been to in the past. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a car or truck.
I have been shopping for a while and finally found the car and pricing I wanted here! Everyone is so nice and very helpful to what is going to help you out. Fabian and Juan helped through every step and I will recommend to everyone!
I will buy all my new cars from Courtesy Chevrolet.
I stopped by with my mom to get an idea about the purchase options available and it was young man named Jordan R. who took care of our queries..We ended up picking something out with in my mothers budget and we appreciate that Jordan worked out this for me and he didnt hesitate to go he extra mile. Even though we told Jordan we weren't buying the same day he still put forth extra effort to find what my mother wanted. He also made us feel at home.
Great team and It was a nice experience and glad that we stopped by.
Thanks Again
3 days wasted and them holding on to my downpayment. Ridiculous dealership, put a down payment on a truck one day and they sold it the next day. No communication, sorry management. No help what so ever. Extremely over priced vehicles, won't work with you at all. The sales guy did what he could but he is limited as management sucks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!
I had a pretty bad experience buying my car here. They didn't have the specific car I wanted, but said they could get one from another dealer that day. I didn't have time to wait around so they were going to call me when they had it. No call back for two days. Then I finally called them and they said they were still working to get the car and will call me back with an update that day. No call back. I call again the next day and was informed that they couldn't get the car, but had another that was the same but had more options, and they would get it to me for the same price. Cool, I agree. Get a call that they have it at the dealer and I can come take delivery. Get there and they suddenly don't remember telling me I can get it for the same price. They wanted to charge me full price. Say no deal. They offer me some BS trinkets with the car that I didn't need or want. Say no deal. Finally talk to the sales manager and they agree to the deal (after he kept telling me they couldn't do it). Luckily I had emails that showed the salesperson had agreed to sell it at the price of the other car. If I didn't have those emails I would have been screwed. Needless to say these guys are SHADY! Got the car and love it. Too bad the dealership was so bad, as I love this car.
6 months later I go in for an oil change here. First they tried to charge me for the oil change twice (each time I told him I had the first 5 oil changes free and each time he said "no problem I'll just look it up in the computer". I had an appointment for 8am and didn't get my car back until 10:30am. I had to hunt down the service manager to get an updated after 2 hours. I typically do my own oil changes but since this was free I decided to let them do it. It shouldn't take 2 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment, I was expecting 30 minutes. They offered to wash my car after but figured it would be another 2 hours. They also didn't have a common part (gas cap, which got stolen off my car) in stock so I ordered the GM part from rockauto for less money. This place is a nightmare, and I doubt I'll even pay to get my oil change done here any more. Only major warranty work.
Oh also I have an odd noise at idle, but wasn't sure if it was normal. They wanted to charge me $125 to diagnose it. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS LISTEN TO THE IDLE AND TELL ME IF IT WAS NORMAL. How is that $125 worth of work? It would take a tech 5 minutes to come over and listen to it. They wouldn't charge me the $125 if it wasn't normal, but I didn't want to chance that it was a normal sound and have to pay.
Part of me wishes I just bought an old used car and just did the fixes myself. I guess I have to wait until there is a catastrophic failure to get something fixed so I don't get charged a diagnostic fee. What a joke.
I can't thank Chevrolet enough! I checked online and couldn't find an appointment for another week, I called and explained my situation to them and they were able to get me in immediately. Got everything fixed up and ready to go by the next morning. Satisfied is an understatement, really appreciate the help. AJ has been my advisor the last couple times I've been there and he's always been great. 10/10
Bought a BRAND new 2017 3500 Diesel Silverado HD (special order) from Courtesy in January.
1st Service Visit needed first oil change and alignment. Waited 4.5 hours - was told there were no courtesy vehicles available, but the shuttle did take me to run an errand during this time. Once the truck was ready, it still had not been washed, but I couldn t wait any longer. Upon arriving home, we found greasy handprints all around the hood and a 5-inch gash on the hood from a service tech s ring. I had to take the truck back the next day, a Saturday, for them to repair and repaint the hood. It took until Wednesday to complete as they had to wait for new hood emblems to come in. At least they corrected the situation, but this should have never happened.
2nd Service Visit - AC stopped blowing cold air. Brought the truck in Monday and was given a ride home by the courtesy shuttle. They called that afternoon to let me know the issue was not covered under warranty due to damage, so was quoted $1189 for the repair. Agreed to the repair, and even called back a second time to confirm the total as I wanted to pay cash. Was called on Tuesday afternoon, and updated that the truck was ready. Requested the courtesy shuttle pick me up at 2:37pm (they confirmed at 2:46pm they were on the way) and arrived at the service department shortly after 4pm. (Both of my shuttle drivers (Eric and Tanner) were extremely pleasant.) My total bill price was different than I was quoted and was asked to wait to speak to the manager. I was irritated about the billing discrepancy, but while I was waiting, they pulled the truck up, and once again it was not washed. The driver that brought my truck up tried to tell me they had a new car wash and my truck would not fit in the car wash. The driver grudgingly left to hand wash the truck and I was left to WAIT again. After the first visit, I was ensured that vehicles are washed on every service appointment unless otherwise specified to not wash. You would think after the first service visit incident (and my $1200 bill this time), they would treat you like a VIP when you returned, but that was not the case. What made it even worse, was everyone had an excuse or blamed someone else or didn t seem to care. The manager said he would take care of the bill, but then recanted, saying let me see what I can do and I was left to WAIT again. He finally came back and had taken $174 off my bill, but if it was just about the money, I wouldn t have gotten the repair done in the first place. This location is over 30 miles from my house and I drive by several other Chevy dealers to get here, but expected to be treated like family after purchasing our truck here. Instead, it feels like the service department employees just see the customers as walking dollar signs, and have no concern for your time or your vehicle. I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time with the Courtesy Service Department. I removed my license plate cover and Courtesy Chevy sticker from our truck, as I will no longer be an advertisement for them. I would not recommend the Courtesy Service Department, and do not recommend buying your vehicle here if you are loyal to your dealer. They will not be loyal to you.
First time visiting a big dealership. Bought an older SUV with great miles. Went back and forth for a few days about a check engine light that came on, it got fixed and I picked the vehicle up the next day. So far so good! I probably wouldn t recommend my particular salesman but everyone else from customer service to management to services was great in that they were willing to make up for it. Positive experience!
My service advisor, Jamie Phillips, greeted me and explained everything that had to be done to my car. I got a new tire and an oil change. He told me I needed more work, but could come in at a later date. I will definitely ask for him again.
Thanks to Rob and the mechanics at Courtesy Chevrolet. My car was breaking down as I was passing through Phoenix and they handled everything and got me back on the road. They accommodated me even though I didn't have an appointment and kept me updated with the status of the repairs on my car. Highly recommend this place for their professionalism, customer service, and friendly attitude.
My husband and I just purchased a Buick Encore and we love it!! David was so polite, thorough, honest, and made the process of buying a used car an enjoyable experience (hard to come by!). Very grateful for our vehicle being certified - it gives us a lot of peace of mind. Thank you!
Best car buying expierance I've had. Carlos made it so easy and simple. He made us feel like home. I will defenatly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to buy a vehicle. If I can do this again I would.... Thanks!!!!!
Nate helped me out. He's awesome. I don't like the process of buying a vehicle but he made it pretty painless. Got me into the perfect truck!
As usual, the service writer got me in right away (last minute on the weekend!) and took great care of both me and my Tahoe. It was done before it was promised to be done and for less (cost) than I had thought. Bravo and 5 stars!
No star at all westing time they don't know how to make a plane to give you a car first approve you then they call you your NOT approved bring the car back so westing time specially Joy H
Worked with Roberto today to get the deal sealed on my new truck, Brandon in finance also helped seal the deal. I wish they had detailed it a bit better before I got it, but overall very happy with the service and buying experience. I definitely recommend this dealership
I must say for there parts department it reminds me of when customer service was #1 because this was the best service ive seen in 20 years
Thank you
Not organized. Average sales service. A bit pushy. Want to add on a lot of extras.
Incredible day for me. Shola, Nick, Jeremy, everyone was amazing during my truck buying experience. I feel like I received a great deal and definitely recommend Courtesy as they have the best deals around. And with the GM backing them it is a real no brainer here. Thanks guys!!
Horrible customer service. Service writer would never answer or return my calls. We were never updated on the status of our car and had to go in person to find out when our car would be done. I would give zero starts but that was not an option. We will not be returning to this dealership.
For more than 3 years now I have been dreaming of the day I would own the newest Camero. My first car that I bought was an 83 z28, and since then have owned every body style except the 90's (not appealing!) In 2010 I went to the LA Auto Show and was a little disappointed cuz from a distance and in the dark the camero looked very similar to my Mustang. However, soon as I saw the first 1 on the road I was back on the fan wagon. In july of 2011 I did an internet search for used camero's and found your site. I called and the car wasn't exactly what I wanted but the service over the phone was great. So in july of 2012 I called again and set an appointment to come in august to see about getting into a car that was listed in the inventory. When I arrived that particular car had been sold but I still had a choice between a used red one and a new black one. Not being one that likes to buy a new car I opted for the red even though I wasn't too keen on the color, my mind was set on leaving with a car. I was a little hard nosed about what I wanted and how much I would pay and we came to a kind of stalemate. Then the salesman Keith Darden, whom had been solely helping me, came to me and said lets take a ride. I was resistant and told him if your trying to get me into another type of car its not going to work. He just said don't worry your gonna like this. So back to the bull pen we go and as I caught the first glimpse of what I knew was going to be my new car I got really excited! Since it was in the back I couldn't drive it but I already knew I wanted it so we went back to the table and the first negotiation they wrote up was really close to my expectations so we had a deal!
And what a deal it was, I got exactly what I wanted! A 2011 Chevy Camero used with low miles, manual transmition, V6, anything but red and I got it for the right price for me and very little down! I couldn't have been happier and I have never been this happy walking out of a dealership before. Thanks to Keith for knowing his inventory on and off the lot! Without his knowledge of cars not ready to sell I may have left with a car but it wouldn't have been perfect! Thanks to all the service people that got my car ready for me even with their already busy schedule and the late time and the finance lady who made my hand cramp from all the signing but made it easy, understandable, and very quick! I know it was a challenge but I hope everyone is as pleased to have been a part of it as I am. You have a great team there at Courtesy Chevrolet! A team that I hope to work with again in the future and will be telling and sending anyone in need of a car to so they can experience the surperb quality that is Courtesy Chevrolet!
Me and my wife were having a baby so need to get a larger vehicle for the family and finally found the car she wanted online in our price range here at courtesy when we got here we looked at it and due to our credit decided to see if we could even get it and we did manage to qualify for a loan but we found out after qualifying the online price was not honored at all they don t disclose any information with out being poked and prodded the entire interaction and now I m here to get the first oil change when we were suppose to have included oil changes and being told it s $50 because it wasn t included like I was told
Do not take there word on anything and get it all in writing if it s to good to be true it usually is ....
I worked with Frank, and it was a really easy experience, start to finish. He was very savvy of how to get a great payment and warranty, and I have to say I absolutely love my car. Also very patient, looked at about 10 cars before deciding on my Aveo. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a car, especially if you have very little credit history.
The sales man that helped me was great his name was Eric. He was friendly and considerate. He seemed to care about my needs and wasn't pushy at all. Finance was also awesome I worked with Brandon he was very nice and was able to get me a good deal
The group of sellers who helped us were very friendly & nicely , it is a clean place and the guy seller who helped us excellent boy
Lamar was great! Best car buying experience I have had in a long time.
My experience of buying a used car at Courtesy Chevrolet was exceptional. I needed a vehicle and after some due diligence arrived at the conclusion that Courtesy Chevrolet would be a reputable place to start looking for what I needed. It turned out to be the only place that I looked and for good reason. The selection, prices and knowledgeable staff proved to live up to the reputation.
Personally, I was looking for a pick-up truck but was open to anything because I just needed a vehicle of some sort to commute back and forth from work, which is a 50 mile daily commute for me. I told Ivan Torres about my situation and he went to work with me immediately. We shopped for cars, trucks and SUV's that could fit my budget, needs and financing terms. He worked with me to narrow down my search and took me to other Courtesy Chevrolet lots just so I could get a look at some other possibilities. We left no tire "un-kicked", so to speak. Finally, after hours of shopping through the vehicle selection, Ivan mentioned that there was a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 that might just fit my needs. Gas mileage was my major concern with the Ram but Ivan showed me the 18-20 mpg V-6 engine and it peaked my interest. After the second test drive of the afternoon, I was sold on the Ram. Ivan then worked very hard on getting the best financing deal he could for me. He really seemed to go out of his way with this and I couldn't have appreciated it more. Honestly not what I expected from a car dealer (no offense intended).
In conclusion, I love my new Dodge Ram. It is by far and away so much nicer of a vehicle than I ever expected I could afford. Thanks to the professionalism of Ivan Torres, I can confidently recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Made an appointment to have recall work done on my vehicle. Made the appointment on time and left my vehicle to get repaired. I then received a text that "For your convince we can now communicate with you via text messaging". So I thought wow, easy way to follow up on my truck. Well long story short, I sent several texts with no reply or update on my truck. I did finally receive a phone call at the end of that day that my vehicle is ready. Well by that time I was already on the other side of town and decided to myself that I will pick up my vehicle the following day. I did asked about the texts I sent and the reply was those are sent to a computer and appeared to me that he just barely looked at those text on his computer. Basically not Happy with their Service. I could of taken my truck to any other Chevy Dealership, especially one that would be closer to home, but felt since I bought my vehicle with them I would bring it there. Well now I know for next time. If you need to follow up don't rely on the text messaging.
The service was excellent, I was treated very cordially
Got a good deal on a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. I love this car and am happy I bought it at Courtesy Chevrolet.
If you are a chevi driver and you want some original parts this is the place to go.
If I could give this a zero star I would. On Thursday I called to make sure they had a vehicle I wanted to look at still in stock, the man I spoke to on the phone (Hayden) confirmed it was. I went in asking for Hayden, he was unavailable so they sent another man over to help me. We looked at the car, went for a test drive and he proceeded to make continuous advances at me, which I ignored. We then sat down, discussed the vehicle and I left. No later that 5 minutes after I left, I received a text from the salesman I was working with who retrieved my phone number from their database and proceeded to make another advance towards me. I thought this was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. I thought the staff needed to be notified so I called and spoke to someone who said the manager was out but he would notify him about the situation and I would receive a call back. I have yet to receive that call... I just wanted to possibly get a new car and instead I was harassed with no care from Courtesy Chevrolet apparently.
Prompt and efficient service...Tim Jackson is always polite and knows his business, a delight to work with.
Ben was awesome to work with. They provide Uber if you need a ride back to your place. Never had service like Ben provided. He was really friendly and worked with me on what I needed to get done.
My "free" oil change, and changing 3 filters cost $200.
Christian provided amazing service when I brought my car in for an oil change.
Courtesy has missed out on about $120K in auto purchases from me.... here I am, sitting on piles of money, wanting to give it to Courtesy, but their sales people don't return calls, they don't apologize for not returning the calls, I have to escalate my inquiries to the VP of Chevy for the Western US for something to happen... as someone who's had family work for GM since 1918 - from the Chief Purchasing Officer to the Senior Legal Counsel to family members in assembly, sales, and service, it is gut-wrenching to see that a dealership like this is what my family's multi-generational employer, GM, relies upon dealerships to sell their vehicles. We must have direct manufacturer to consumer sales in this country - if you can buy a used car from a total stranger on craigslist or ebay, you should be able to buy a car directly from the manufacturer, and you'd save 20-30% in the process....
We went twice in one weekend to find a used car. The prices were always in addition to another $2-3000 more than advertised. The first time we were approved but weren't satisfied with the car. The second time they wouldn't approve us right away for the same amount, gave us ridiculously high payments and interest rate.
We went across the street that day to ABC Nissan and bought the same car for less with lower payments, almost half the interest rate, including a 60k warranty, and they gave us $2k more on our trade.
Joe Mitchel was a great salesman who was very upfront and didn't push us just to make a sale. He was very knowledgeable because he has worked in the industry for many years. I highly recommend going to see him to test drive any Chevy.
Honestly pretty frustrated with them, there s always something that comes up. They re pretty rude as soon as soon it seems like you re questioning them or not 100% about purchasing the car. They need to hire more adults so there s less games. Probably was the last time I ll ever be doing business with Courtesy Chevrolet.
Not impressed with our experience at Courtesy Chevrolet. If I could give Zero stars I would. Our sales guy, Rich Cross, was not professional and many of the people there were very rude. The only nice person we encountered was the finance manager, Misty. I wish I would have stuck with Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe. They are hands down the best dealer in Arizona. Lesson learned and we won't be back at Courtesy ever again.
