Bought a 2014 Chevy Spark EV from this location a few years ago and out of the blue got an unsolicited email asking me if I want to trade in my car. Not ten minutes later, I got a phone call from the same sales associate, bugging me about trading in my car. Really unprofessional. Beware!!

Larmar was great to work with. He was very patient and not one of those pushy sales people most of us don't like to deal with. . Everyone I dealt with were more than helpful and friendly.

I went to Courtesy Chevrolet after finding a 2016 pre-owned Impala I was interested in on Auto Trader. My salesperson, Lamar, promptly brought out the vehicle and showed me all the features and offered a test drive. I ended up trading in my 2013 Ford Explorer for the Impala and am very happy with my purchase. The Impala is so fast, comfortable, sporty, and has lots of upgrades! All the employees I interacted with at the dealer were friendly. I paid cash for my car, so the only interaction I had with their finance department was them filling out the purchase agreement and related documents. I would buy from them again in the future.

So frustrated with customer service, I came to Courtesy Chevrolet to get my first muscle car, it was beautiful yellow camaro 2015 ($23500), so....I brought with me $2000 for down payment, expecting good deal for my car, lease or buy doesn't matter for me and salesman (guys from dealership calling him Batman), says ok here is the deal $750/month on 5 years, common.....it's ridiculous...May be I'll be back for my new Camaro but it will be any other dealership for sure!

So, we start the story with an average single-child family looking for a car. Enter Kia Scottsdale - warning... don't go there. Scratch that. Go there. But.... I will not be setting foot in there ever again.
That being said, we had a very, very sour taste in our mouth. We had received a number of a salesman over at Chevy on Camelback (Courtesy Chevrolet) from a friend of ours. We decided "why not?".
We get to Chevy, on what seemed to be a very, very busy Saturday afternoon. It was actually nice to see such a busy atmosphere. If the business is coming there, there must be a reason why. In our case, we discovered 1st hand 'why' - enter Roy. Roy was very personable, very real - straight shooter, honest and to the point. His 'car-selling 'bed-side-manner'' was extremely pleasant. Bottom line, you could tell that he really cared. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us. It felt like he was really trying to 'help' us. He turned our vibration towards car buying in a completely different direction. Though we didn't wind up actually buying a car from Courtesy, we will definitely be going back in the future if ever in need of a new car. If the rest of the salesmen at Courtesy are half as good as Roy, you will have a great car buying experience at this dealership.

I bought a new Chevy Tahoe here 1 year ago. I bought it here because of the excellent service my service advisor (Tim Jackson) has always provided me over the past 10 plus years. All in all it was a very good sales experience, and has always been a great service experience.

This is the best place to take any service that the car needs, all the people who work there are very professional and they do everything possible and beyond to make you satisfied with the service provided! It is a bit far and I prefer to take my car alone there!

Our salesman was knowledgeable about trucks and was able to answer any questions we had. This made making our decision much easier.

I've been a Courtesy Chevrolet Service Department customer for over 12 years. I've had two Silverado trucks serviced there. My last two visits left me feeling like a number not a valued, long term customer.The service tech never gave his name, I had to ask for his card finally on the second visit. He was not interested in hearing how or what happened to prompt me to bring in my truck. He saw it was leaking coolant. That was all he needed. Got me a shuttle and shipped me out. I spent literally 2 minutes with the guy on the last two visits. I enjoy long term relationships when it comes to my vehicles. It gives me a sense of confidence when work is being done. After 12 years, I'll be looking for another dealership. The only explanation I can think of is they must be under new ownership. I can't speak for their sales team. The service team is not even on par with a Firestone. I contacted them on their website to let them know about my experience and give them the benefit of the doubt. They have my info. I've not heard back from anyone beyond an automated response trying to get me into a new car. It was not like this in the past. I will not be returning.

Purchased a used 2015 Traverse here. Was really turned off when my wife and I went to see a specific vehicle only to find out that exact vehicle was not in the lot.

Afterwards we had a pleasant experience thru sales and financing. They had a few people stay late to help us out and we never felt like we were imposing.

Tim Jackson is very knowledgeable and helpful on service and repair issues. He explains what is need to be done and, after service, delivers the vehicle back when promised. I would recommend Courtesy's service department as one of the best I have experienced. I have owned and driven Chevrolet vehicles for over 50 years and feel this is one of the best service departments I have dealt with.

Asked for a specific vehicle, came back after being told it was ready to test drive... Alas, no. The car was at another dealership location and we wasted time here.

Kind of a mess. Terrible parking, and not very friendly. Dealt with commercial department. .. and customer service is very poor for the most part

The sales associates were very friendly; however, they pretty much ignored us when we told them our budget and we all wasted a lot of time as a result. Car salespeople would benefit from listening to their customers at the outset. We didn't end up purchasing here, but I would still consider them in the future if they altered their sales techniques.

My service advisor Tim Jackson is the best at customer service. I am always met promptly and with a smile. Jim manages the service required on my Tahoe keeping it in top condition. I have owned chevys all my life and this is by far the best dealership and service department I have had the pleasure to work with.

Honestly this place was awful. We were communicating with one person over the phone set up an appointment with the guy and get there to find out he wasn't even there! Wasted our time completely! They didn't seem interested in selling us what we wanted. Just trying to get rid of the cars the don't want anymore. Definitely do not recommend. We took our business elsewhere!

I so verrrrry much haaaaate dealing with vehicle issues, but my service consultant Curt Petri makes it all easy peazy! He is the absolute best -- he is super nice, knowledgeable, and never makes me feel stupid, no matter what silly questions I might have asked. And he and the gang at Courtesy make my Malibu smile! Larry took the time to really take care of me. He spent the time needed to make sure my Volt got the service it needed. He also spent time making sure I got the new tires I needed at the right price, offering to price match any advertised price. When I got stuck in traffic and was late getting there to pick up my Volt, he was waiting with a smile on his face. Will go back any time my Volt needs service.

We drove an hour to look at a car that they did not have when we got there. Mr Griffin would not even come talk to us. He told us it was there and we needed to hurry. When we got there he walked by and said he would be back, then sent someone else to tell us the car had sold days before.

My husband and I bought our first vehicle together, a 2015 Ford F150, at Courtesy Chevrolet. The Salesman thought there was a second key that belonged to our truck, but when we came to pick it up the day after our purchase we found out there was only one key. We noticed the key we had was not the "Administrative Key" and the key we had was supervised. The "MyKey" feature would not allow us to turn up the volume past level 14, go over 80 mph, or listen to the radio if any occupant was unbuckled. It became very irritating so we went back to Courtesy Chevrolet and spoke with Edwin Puga, he explained to us that due to the fact that it was a used vehicle, Courtesy Chevrolet only had what the previous owners gave them (keys, floor mats, owner's manuals, ect.). Edwin could tell that we were unhappy with the situation and wanted to fix it! Edwin spoke with Josh Bleckler, the pre-owned sales manager, to see if they could help us by making a new key. Josh and Edwin told us that they would take our truck into the Ford dealership and have them make us an administrative key, ALL FREE of charge! Thank you Courtesy Chevrolet, Edwin Puga, and Josh Bleckler!!! Thank you for caring about your customer's experiences and thank you for making our first buy an excellent experience!

Made my second dealership purchase and I am by far impressed with the service I received. I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for a while. Only found 3. Went to a couple places and loved the one at courtesy. Karim Tapia was very helpful. Came through with everything he had said. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Stay as far as possible from some of these sales personnel!!! Mark my word! They will destroy your credit just to make the sale. One sales person in particular, RYAN WASHINGTON, without my permission, and even though I told him directly to not submit my info to banks. I didn't bother with the deal because of an unsatisfactory offer, he still took my information WHILE I TOLD HIM I WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED and submitted it to THIRTEEN different banks, and in return I got 13 hard enquiries on my credit report. All just so he could convince me to come back and get the car. Total ripoff! I'm telling you right now make sure you get a written statement from ANYONE there that they won't run your credit without permission before you even look at a vehicle there.

He was very considerate of what I needed and got me in the best deal possible, and as painless as possible. I recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a new or used vehicle. The team was able to get me into a new car for the same price I was paying for my used truck. No matter what you need Robert is your guy, I will always buy my vehicles from him.

My service was great, I was given 2 complimentary drinks. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to address a recall. Although my vehicle was about 30 minutes late past the time they said it would be ready, and when I asked, I was not able to be told exactly what my vehicle's recall was (looked it up myself). However, everything got done and done well.
