I want to thank Lamar McLaughlin for the wonderful and above EXCELLENCE in customer care! I bought from him a 2019 Silver Tahoe and I absolutely love it. By far, this was the best sales experience that I have encountered. My experience at this dealership was seemless and an easy process. Thanks to the assistance and expertise from Lamar McLaughlin it was amazing and I definitely would RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS TO OTHERS. I like this dealership because you can make an appointment, there little snack/drink area is nice good variety of choices healthy or not healthy. They have separate waiting areas which is great if you have kids. They have a small selection of books and possible toys if your small children are bored. The employees seem to enjoy there job . Always a pleasant visit. We never feel that they are blowing smoke up the tail pipe for more profit

We Contacted Jimmy in regards to the bankruptcy program courtesy is known for. After providing Jimmy with all our information to see if we could get qualified for an auto loan he was able to get us approved before we even came in to test drive the car. We are a family of 5 we needed to make sure this was something we could afford. After filing Bankruptcy it s hard to be able to reestablish yourself. We had agreed on a monthly payment we could afford. Which we have proof of in the messages sent to us. They ended up getting us approved for a 2018 Chevy Cruze. We then Finalized all the paperwork with Russell. We were in a rush since we had all 3 kids with us and somewhere to be, so Russell made the process pretty quick. My Husband and I were so excited to experience going to a BIG dealer to buy a BRAND NEW car. My husband is a Mechanic at a Used Car Dealer but we wanted a NEW car not used. To be able to have the NEW car experience after going through so much in the last year was amazing. Russell started to go through all the paperwork with us... So we thought . He started off saying great news we were able to get you a 6-year warranty instead of the standard 3 which is awesome except he failed to mention it cost more money which ultimately drove our monthly payment up without our knowledge. NEVER once did Russell let us know that the payment would be almost $80 more a month. The whole time he talked about how awesome of a deal we got and how they have it already set up to refinance in a year... out APR is kind of high outside of bankruptcy. We just think man this is awesome what a good deal... they are looking out for our best interest in the situation. We then start to sign all the papers thinking everything was the same as once discussed previously. During our signing process Russell s phone kept going off and he was responding to text s but I m a parent all I thought was something must be important I never let that bother me. Then today our bank calls us to go over all the numbers and then she proceeds to tell me the monthly payment... keep in mind I still think it s the first number given... so at the moment I think wait what... there is something wrong! I get off the phone with the bank and I am so upset and shocked. How did I allow this to happen? The money is not even the issue in the situation. How did they take advantage of us...? I understand we were in a rush... but that does not deny the fact Russell did not explain everything. How could this man not have a care in the world that we were sitting there with our 3 kid s knowing we were on a budget. I UNDERSTAND I am at fault I am guilty of not paying better attention. I take full responsibility I am just as guilty in the situation as they are for not explaining things. Russell finically calls me back after I left him a message in regards to the situation. Russell had no care in the world that I was upset at the end of the day they made the sale and nothing else mattered. I explained to him that I felt deceived and in so many words called me a LIAR when I stated you never once went over the payment. I would have never signed the contract. I would have let you know this is not what I agreed on and would have walked away. BUT to be pushed off like nothing mattered made the situation worse! At the end of the I am stuck with a car which is amazing. I have no complaints in regards to the car. I am satisfied with the car... but the service is horrible. When I told Russell that I couldn t wait to get the survey so I could express how unsatisfied I was he asked me not to take it. I will also make sure that every person I know and they know will know the situation we were dealt. NO one deserves to go through all of this. I just want to make sure people think twice when shopping for a car here... you mean nothing to them you are just a sale. If you do buy please make sure they explain your contract 100% line by line. I truly hope this helps someone.

I located Jon Riggs at Courtesy after doing an Internet Search. I am always weary when dealing with dealerships and what their true intentions are. In the many cars I have bought in recent years I can say without recourse that they are honest people. There were none of those typical slimball tactics that you have come to expect. Jon Riggs was straightforward. We worked the entire deal out via email. I simply came in, checked out my new car which he had detailed and ready out front, and signed the papers. I was in and out in less then an hour. I truly appreciate how quick and efficient this purchase was. Jon had a great amount of professionalism and was a pleasure to work with. I hope to buy another car from him in the future.

Went in to purchase a vehicle knowing my credit was not that great. The salesman Jerry, greeted us and helped us to the end of the loan. He was kind, patient, and great to talk too. Jeremy, the loan processor really pulled some strings to make this loan go through. He understood my situation and went the extra mile to approve my loan. I am now driving a new 2017 Cruze Chevrolet. I would not put one star if 0 was an option. I was a new car manager for 3 years at an auto group so i went here to get my wife's and my business partners new cars. It was just awful they changed the price many times on my business partners car and ended up sticking him with almost 4000 more than the price was suppose to be after changing the contract on him over 4 times and making him jump through hoops. On my wife's car they also played the change the price game a bunch of times but once we got the deal done they call us back in to re sign the loan paperwork because the payoff balance was a different amount, so after working all day i load up my wife and kids in the car at 6:30 pm at night and drive the 45 mins down there to wait 45 mins, then get brought into the FNI office where the lady tells us that we are not resigning but we need to pay $1,500 to cover the gap. I was upset by this because i just drove down there i don't have a check book on me or anything so I ask the question "Why didn't anyone tell me that over the phone so i knew the real reason I had to come down" everyone blamed everyone and no one owned up to it, so i took off and said I would be back to drop off the check. I call up there to talk to David in FNI and let him know that I was going to come down today and drop the check off for the $1500 and he said wait no you need to bring a check in for a bit over $3000! I asked how in the world is it now over 3000 when just the other day i was told to bring in 1500. He told me that I said I was going to put 1500 down, I said no I never said that and when I got the text from the sales person to come in to get the car everyone at the dealership knew I was putting 0 down and trading in a car plus its in the text saying 0 down. Also I went through FNI and did all the paperwork for the loan and nobody asked for any money down nor did they say anything about it because I didn't say I was doing doing that. So i get home today and look over my paperwork and no where in any of my paperwork does it say anything about money down. At this point i am done I have my wife empty the car and I drive down there and the lady in FNI is trying to show me on a computer screen how there was 1500 down in the deal but couldn't show me in the signed paperwork where it was. That is just crazy that these people think they can do that to people and get away with it. I gave them their car back and took my car, I have a meeting tomorrow with my lawyer and the GM rep that over sees this area, we will be buying the same car at another dealership next week but these people are going to answer for what they did they even tried to grab the paperwork I have so i wouldn't have a copy of it. This is the worst dealership I have ever been in my life and if you are working a deal with them and you are reading this RUN don't walk but RUN away they will steal your money and change your contract before you go back for paperwork. If you have done a deal with them sit down and read through your paperwork I bet the numbers don't match. They are crooks and its time for them to answer for it.

This dealership could win a Super Bowl Championship if they wanted to! I can not say enough positive things about how this place is structured and operated! I found the vehicle I wanted and went down the next day.I was able to workout a price with my salesman Milton and his manager without any haggling at all which made us both happy! I ended up financing this truck and this is where the place really started to shine...Steve in finance should have a statue built of him inside this dealership, the guy is unfortunately retiring in 16 months so get in to see him while you can! I have financed about 7 vehicles and have never had a quicker and stress free time getting in and out. I was done in his office within 35 minutes and put into my new truck! I ran into a slight issue at the end of my purchase that upset me for a second but within a few minutes, Andy one of the sales managers took care of me pretty quick. I will be a lifetime customer after this experience and recommend anyone in the market to stop by here before buying from somewhere else...I did and I couldn't be more pleased!

My experience with courtesy Chevrolet was by far the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. First off my options were extremely limited as I was stuck in a lease through the Ford Motor corporation that was not easy to escape. My salesman James Lahoe took a great deal of time to listen and really hear what my needs were. He was able to place me in the perfect vehicle for my circumstances. As the deal was not easy to maneuver, I found the management to be more then willing to step in and lend a hand in making my purchase a reality. Through team work like I have never seen, Bryan Long, David Gonzales, Bill Tishy, and James Lahoe were able to work a miracle. I am now the proud owner of a Silverado HighCountry and my family couldn't be more happy. Our experience at Courtesy Chevrolet was the best car buying experience we have had! Eric Steffes, our sales professional, was not only friendly but was very knowledgeable as well. We had our three year old with us when we looked at cars and the entire staff, Eric included, were very thoughtful and provided him crayons, coloring pages, and toys to play with while we negotiated our new car deal. Long story short, gave this place a call for a Scion Tc, they said they had THREE. A silver, gray, and maroon scion, they also had in house financing, so at this point im sold and head over (mind you, i live in queen creek so about an hour or more away). I get there, and they have "In house financing departments", so financially im screwed, and to top it off, there werent any scions to speak of, the dealer even said he never saw them there! And to top it off, i call them again, and guess what, they had the exact scion i was describing and the dealer said "I was out there a second ago and it was on the main lot" Which is a load of bullcrap cause he kept stuttering. Thankfully, another dealership down the road had the scion, i paid for the car to be held until i get back from vacation, and i should be good to go. Avoid this place, if they wont be honest about what they sell, why would they be honest on helping you?

After running out of free oil changes covered by my warranty, I purchased oil and went to change the oil myself. My drain plug was completely stripped, so I was unable to get a wrench on it. I chewed up the drain plug worse using a pipe wrench to try to get the rounded plug off. I called the dealership to ask if I would be charged for a new drain plug if I were to pay for an oil change. Whatever lady answered my call told me that my car would have to go through diagnosis and I would be charged for it. Diagnosis for a stripped drain plug made no sense to me, so I took it in to talk to someone in person. Abrian was great. He listened, gave honest answers and took care of the drain plug free of charge for me. I was very satisfied with my experience with him, but a bit chagrined at the preceding experience. Stripped drain plugs happen, even with 'technical experts' that Courtesy Chevrolet happens, and when I talked to someone who understood, it was taken care of courteously.
I tried to write into the dealership with the contact information on the site, and was disappointed to receive an automated response indicating that I had inquired about buying a car. I did no such thing.

Went in and got a certified preowned 2016 cruze. Noticed a small area in the trunk that looked like a stain (in the evening so it was dark). I brought it to attention of the salesperson and finance manager to clean and check for a leak. They said it went to detail and all was good. Drove the car home and it rained hard the next day....trunk was leaking and that spot was mold. The car stunk and the spare tire cover, once lifted was full of mold. I took pictures of all of it. When i took the car back i told the service guy jamie that that spare tire cover needed to be changed out. 5 days later they said come get your car there are no leaks. I tested it there...leak was fixed but the spare tire cover was still the same. Still smelled and still had mold on it. I was told 1-2 days and they would get another from another used car. Well its been 1 more week (2 weeks total) and they still havent found a replacement. I called manager steve on 10/26/18 and he said i just gotta wait till a car comes in. I said why cant you order a new one....he said he would have to charge me. So i said well dont think im gonna leave a good review of my experience here. His response was if i was gonna threaten him he wouldnt help me then hung up on me. Well steve heres your review. And another note...i left the cover over there cause i wasnt gonna have that stink in my car.

In January I brought in my 2010 Camaro to get the Stabilitrak system and the key fob serviced. Got the service done for both and right after i left the dealership and got home the key fob didn t lock or unlock which is the issue I had when bringing it in. Long story short I ended up getting refunded for that key fob service which was great. A couple days later after that the Stabiltrak lights came on again, brought it in to see what was going on and a part was ordered to see if that would fix it. A week or so after that the lights came on again so at this point id like to get refunded since nothing the mechanics are doing is solving the issue. Don t want to waste my time and keep bringing it in and not have the issue solved. Called the advisor and i was told i couldn t get refunded for this service despite there being a 1 year warranty on services that they do. All in all I probably won t bring my car here anytime soon to get serviced.

I would give no stars if possible. Terrible customer service. They have two Silverado work trucks listed on auto trader for $22,000. I live in Peoria so I called to verify that they were there prior to driving down. I was assured they were there so I drove down and as I am pulling into the parking lot they called and said they were sold but had me come in. I went in and they notified me that the price on auto trader is only valid for customers that buy 8 or more vehicles at at time. False advertising in my book. I guess I should have known they had poor customer service due to the fact I had a friend the night before go down there to look at a diesel he was told was there and just so happened to sell prior to his arrival. I would advise you to take you business elsewhere.

Absolutely not! I came in with an offer on a car asking if they could do 30,000 out the door with 5000 down and instead of just answering with no. They ran my credit which is great by the way as I said... Just to come back and tell me that they couldn t do 30,000 out the door. You guys definitely didn t need to waste my time and ding my credit when all you had to do was answer a simple question. I will also be posting this on all reviewable sites. Thanks for the email I almost forgot about the incident as I m happy with my new vehicle I purchased elsewhere. They showed me real courtesy and listen to what I was saying when I said it. I will never recommend your business or pass on a referral in the future. Thank you for your time have a wonderful day.

Compared to a dealership I went to a day before Courtesy was amazing! I did not buy my car here, and my car isn t a Chevy but it s down the street from my house and I have a friend who knows one of the service advisors and recommended me to him.

Angel was very helpful with a concern I had with my tire pressure and figured out a nail was in the tire wall and ordered a new one, but made sure I approved the repair first. In the mean time I also got an oil change, and I was in and out in about an hour. Which is probably fastest oil change I ve ever had.

10/10 would recommend.

They left empty handed, as well as me and my family! The managers sales pitch was awful. Telling us all i have is bad news. She then proceeds to say we qualify for no used cars, but a brand new tiny car that couldn't fit a bag of groceries in it. And to pay 500 a month for 1-2 years then maybe we could qualify for a car of our choice. So if you want people to tell you what type of vehicle to drive and what you will pay, go there- but be forewarned on the terrible customer service! Also manager argued with us about interest rates at other dealers lots.. . The GMC Precertification and extended warranty was a big issue with my purchase. I purchased the vehicle on May 23rd, Not even 30 days of purchase the Truck breaks down on June 13th , I couldn't get a covered rental because it would take the certified gm dealership to check the vehicle 5 days due to the amount of work they had ahead. I talked to the dealership about a possible loan since I traded in my old vehicle and not to mention I also put in 8k as a down payment on the deal. Dealership refused to provide a loan or rental. I purchased extended warranty even though the car was also pre-certified. I missed work for 3 days because of this situation.I called the sales manager to explain the situation and never received a call back.I will never buy from GM again and never from this dealership again. The only good thing that I can think about this experience is of course the Sales Representative did a great job finding my needs I understand he is not part of the management department.

5 star but I couldn't get a reline traverse, however Jenny B. Was amazing and worked to get me the SUV that fit my budget and had all my wish list items. I still got the leather and black rims that my heart was set on. Thanks to Tim in pro shop for the deal with blacked out traverse emblems too. I actually left there and thought I didn't get totally ripped off.

I purchased my vehicle from Courtesy Chevrolet almost two years ago and have returned to service it at this location. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the consistently amazing customer service. Ben, AJ, and Jesse have all helped me on separate occasions and each of them have been amazing. Everything is explained and they do all they can to help and advise you. I truly believe, and have experienced in the past, a lack of customer service from a dealership after purchasing a vehicle from them and can tell you that two years later I still feel well taken care of at Courtesy Chevrolet and when my next car purchase comes around it will go to them again.

They lost our personal information and cost both me and the company I work for hundreds of dollars. I've gotten nothing but bad service and a distaste for the Chevrolet brand. I didn't have an appointment, I was a tow in because my car would not start. I checked in at 10:00A, Sam the service provider stated she did not long how long the wait would be but to have a seat. At 12:25 she came back with an estimate. I agreed to the price and to have the service done. At 3:30P I went to go and check to see how much longer it would be. At 4:15P my car was finally done. I did not think that a battery cable and oil change should take 4 hours but ok here we are, so when my car was done, Sam mentioned oh did you know your odometer is reading error, I said no. So the tow truck driver took the mileage off my car when it was towed in, but when my car was serviced and I was ready to leave my odometer is showing an error. For the record, my odometer mileage is on the paperwork and I was never informed prior that an odometer error was showing. I really haven't had time to go back and demand you all fix it, but I well. My experience was ok, but if your service providers create errors and make mistakes it makes me not want to come back.

While my credit isn't in the best condition, Kevin helped me explore different options, wasn't pushy or rude and was able to get me into a clean, excellent running vehicle that I really enjoy. Of the dealerships I have visited in prior weeks, this was of the best of experiences I've encountered. All of my questions was answered and i left with a sentiment of fulfillment and to this day I have no buyers remorse. A great friendly, professional, and family oriented environment. Quite honestly the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle in AZ. Both Tim John, who sold us our Ford Transit van and Mika in finance worked hard to get us the lowest monthly payment and best percentage rate on the loan. Tim John wasn't pushy and when we told him our budget, he worked hard to get the payment to that amount. Not to mention Mika offered us his personal iPhone when our daughter was growing fussy so she could watch YouTube videos. I highly recommend Courtesy Chevy. Be sure to ask for Tim and Mika!

I WILL NEVER BUY a Chevrolet or anything from this dealership how does a 2019 car have more than 2 battery changes and they can t find the issue they can t fix a simple thing as my blue tooth I call them and try and explain I ve took it to other mechanics recently because the battery was acting up again and let them know what it possibly could be and why they haven t found the issue if it is that issue themselves when I got the car directly from them they have nothing to say they rush me in and out the dealership with out finding the issue out and just replace the battery but it can t be that anymore and now my warranty is out and it is unfair if I have to pay out of pocket when it s been in the service several times and they just tell me that the car is perfectly fine NEVER GET A CAR HERE

We stopped in near closing time on a Sunday and our sales person, Kelly Hanes, took great care of us. She stayed after closing time and seached for and found the the vehicle that we wanted. Kelly had great knowledge of the cars and was very helpful with the selection process.

Before we left we were given a quote on the car that we wanted, the price was fair, and the extras like free oil changes were an inentive.

I would recommend the dealership and especially Kelly.
