My wife and I bought our 2nd vehicle from Coral Springs Honda (9/2014) and it will be our last.

Had issues with the remote entry and key. I brought the 2012 Pilot home to my wife before leaving town for a funeral. The next day I left and took my set of keys with me not knowing the key my wife had was a bad or wrong key. Pretty sure they gave us the wrong key. Anyway, my wife discovered the key she had did not work. This wasn't the problem (anyone can make an honest mistake). Another small issue was the battery was dead, so a bad battery was in the Pilot as well.

Anyway...The real problem was the service to get this rectified. We started off good when salesman who sold us the Pilot came to our home (late morning now) with a new battery, but then he discovered he could not get into the Pilot using the key my wife had. The tow truck was ordered and was suppose to be there within 45 minutes to take the Pilot back to the dealership to cut and program a new key. Since we had the extended warranty, we wanted the free loaner car so my wife could get her scheduled appointments and errands out of the way. Well, the loaner car never materialized. We called them 2-3 times or more (they were not returning calls) and was not able to get any answers when we got someone on the phone. Couldn't seem to get a hold of the salesman who came to our home either. No loaner car was ever offered. It was like 3 hours later the tow truck showed (my wife stranded at home still). The tow truck driver brought some special key to open the Pilot. My wife was asked to and had to help push the Honda out of the driveway (unbelievable!!!) We did finally hear from a manager (hours later) and we expressed our dislike for how things were handled. By the time they corrected the issue and brought the Pilot back it was going on 7 hours and appointments my wife had were cancelled and nothing got done.

We bought a Pilot there before a few years back and the service was much better. This experience the 2nd time around cost them a customer.

HEY, CORAL SPRINGS HONDA, JUST SO YOU KNOW....A LOANER CAR WOULD OF BEEN NICE!!! WE SPENT OVER $25K AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE. AMAZING.

Oh, and here's a tip...OFFER (key word here is offer) TO BRING YOUR CUSTOMERS A LOANER CAR WHEN THE SITUATION CALLS FOR ONE.
