The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a used 2012 civic. It took 6 hours on a friday night to finally find a car and get through all the paperwork. 20 minutes after I left I find the exact car I purchased on their website for $500 cheaper than they sold it to me for. And it gets worse. They attempted to sell it to me for $1,000 over what they listed it for. They were the most pushy sales people I have ever dealt with. I came in the next day to get my money back. They offered me a bunch of different deals but essentially held me hostage for 8 hours and I finally had to yell to get my money and trade in back. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Go to another honda dealer. I went to Rick Case Honda and I was in and out in 2 hours and got a great deal. This place is a waste of your time and money, and more than likely youll get ripped off anyway.
