I hate buying cars but this is the only place where I will shop. Service was excellent. Sales staff went out of their way to put us in the Jeep we wanted.
I had to create a brand new relationship. I wanted to purchase Rims for my Ram, a Tono cover and install the trim kit.
Ecklin in Parts was so helpful, he emailed me a link to view and pick the tires online, explained the process and helped me with some pricing and cost through his Manager Mike.
The Parts Manager Mike was awesome as well. He was very communicative with the process of installation of the all I purchased. I am busy and like to keep on top of things. He did this action without my request. I need my truck for business purposes and they were able to assist me getting it done in an incredibly short period of time.
There was a problem with the stem in the tire. It was leaking air. I was not happy about the stem of the tire being damaged at installation.
I communicated the store and Mike got back to me very quickly. I was losing air fast and have a client waiting for me in Vancouver.
Scott, the Service Manager, was awesome as well! He knew I was in a time crunch at the end of the day but this was happening. I was able to get a vehicle to service my client while the store serviced my truck. My truck was ready the next day.
Today, a similar issue happened with a different tire. That frustrated me quite a bit. It was again, damage of a tire stem. So I had to stop work and come in.
However, currently, with only an hour left of store hours, they are kindly working on the issue. And, They are replacing the remaining stems to ensure it doesn t happen.
The front end staff in parts and service are smiley and professional.

My wife and I were in a pretty bad accident 3 weeks ago coming home from our holidays in Osoyoos (towing the boat) Totalled a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee on Hwy 1 with only 1500 kms on it. Sandy and I walked away with minor injuries but it could have been so much worse. Thankfully were both ok and on the mend! However dealing w ICBC was a whole different story. The total loss dept at ICBC did their very best to argue, get their facts incorrect about replacement costs, offer tax vouchers then deny they offered them, delay the process, use a 15% off MSRP Chrysler sale that was on against us as a way to estimate the Jeep's worth and drive down the valuation and do everything they could to settle at an amount which would only pay for a two year old replacement Jeep with 30K on it. Long story but that's the gist of it. The reason I'm posting this is isn't to bash ICBC so much but to thank Coquitlam Chrysler. They went so far beyond what they needed to do to help us get through this and although we had to put some cash into the deal they were able to get us back into a new almost identical vehicle. I can't thank the folks at Coquitlam Chrysler enough specifically Stafane, Ali, Darryl and Shamal for what they did to help get us through this not only for the deal on the Jeep but by the way they treated us. No sales pitch at all from me but... If you're ever in the market for a new or used Dodge vehicle I can't say enough great things about the dealership and the people that work there. Thanks so much Coquitlam Chrysler, we're customers for life.

This is a bad review for the product rather than the dealership itself. DO NOT BUY CHRYSLER. We got a brand new 2013 Chrysler 200 and it just died. At 6 years, it s just over the 5 years warranty but only had 85,000 KM on it. The cost to fix the engine was more than the car is worth. When purchasing a big ticket item like a car, a person would like to think it will at least last them until the thing is paid off. Not this lemon!
The car had regularly scheduled maintenance done by a dealership for the whole time it was under warranty. But every time we left the dealership, it seemed like something else would go wrong. We've had trouble with the electrical, the lights (4 headlights, 2 turn signal lights and all the front running lights in 6 years is ridiculous), the throttle body, the battery and lastly the engine overheated. The mechanic we ended up at found a blown head gasket. The heat sensor clearly wasn t working because the engine got so hot it melted the sensor casing.
It's worth noting the PT Cruisers were prone to head gasket problems as well. Obviously not all Chryslers suck because there are some old ones still on the road, but do you want to spend all your hard- earned money on a gamble that your particular car will not be a lemon like mine? If I could give zero stars, I would.
Great experience! I purchased a vehicle for my son today and cannot say enough great things about this place! From beginning to end it was a great experience! We dealt with Micheal Fenwick who was genuinely a sincere salesmen! He was very professional, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and that we understood everything! I brought my vehicle and they had it fixed in the same day which I wasn t sure it would get done as I had a larger maintenance that needed to get done along with my brakes needing repaired. I recently purchased a 2017 Dodge Caravan from Coquitlam Chrysler with only 9,000 km on the clock.
An essential part of the accessory package was missing which would have cost me in excess of $500 ,Chrysler refused any concessions.

well would love to give more stars but wouldn't be right service for the first part was great SELL, SELL, SELL, . but week later when i was looking threw the paper work i noticed they had over charged me . so over a couple of weeks of phone tag saying they were looking into it they said nothing was owed back. so i went to the dealership and showed
them on the bill of sale that they over charged me took 2 min . they agreed they had over charged me and that they would reimburse me. fine all good well that was over a week ago and no contact back to finalize even though I've called and asked about it said they get back to me . Absolutely horrible! Please please please don't go here if you value your time or money. Joe was our salesman and he told us facts that when it came time to purchase were COMPLETELY wrong! We got charged double the interest rate agreed upon. Our jeep has been in the shop more than a few times, the latest being for a water leak that has left our car with 2 inches of water on the ground and mold everywhere, including in our vents so we are getting mold air blown at us. We were not given a courtesy vehicle. From start to finish and even after we have had nothing but problems. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Update: since writing this review and through a lengthy and extensive exchange with our salesman and numerous sales managers at Coquitlam Chrysler we were finally in contact with a man named Jason, a manager in the web sales department. Through negotiations with him, we were given the help and attention this situation required. He worked tirelessly with us to come to a mutual agreement in which our concerns were dealt with and our situation rectified. We greatly appreciate the time and attention that was given to us in order to better this negative experience.

I bought my truck brand new in 2014. love it. But the annoyance of this dealership is the absolute worst. I get bi weekly phone calls from sales reps asking me to trade in my truck for the newest model because I qualify for the lowest interest rate. My truck is paid off, why would I want to trade it in for you to give me a low ball trade in offer and then get into another 5 year loan.
Every time your sales reps call me with this bogus sales scheme I tell them to stop calling me. but do they stop? nope! completely disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone to deal with your sales team.
maybe after this post your sales reps will finally stop annoying me... but i doubt it!

Nothing but scammers. Andre Leroux refused to tell me the price of a vehicle which was extremely higher than I requested on Canadadrive.ca then when I refused to purchase this vehicle he pulled my credit THREE times without my consent.
Came in for a used jeep patriot, did not feel either one that we test drove, kevin knocked our socks off and sold us a 2017 n'used jeep Cherokee. We were very happy with his service!
Stop by this store in my way to work in Saturday morning in the first by curiosity ; great selection of new and used cars . Matt ,the salesman ,was very helpful and caring, not like typical pushy salesmen we used to see at the dealerships, and I ending my visit with a new work car. Don't trust the sales staff.
I bought a dodge charger last year from them and they tried to rip me off in the sale process and I caught them. The sales manager kept my business by ensuring me that he talked to the owner and apologised. Though Their service department is very good. No complaints.
I returned this year to trade in my last years purchase FROM THEM and get a upgrade to Challenger but again they tried the same trick to exaggerate the price of a new car and try to sell. I caught them again. DISGUSTING.
I am getting out of dodge family for good and switched to different dealership for my business.

BEWARE. Do not buy a vehicle from these people. Kelly the sales manager, Joe the salesman, Mike the financer all took advantage of my girlfriend and I. They sold us a jeep at a rate double what we qualified for and mislead us about the features and abilities of the jeep. Not six months later we are sitting in a moldy, leaking jeep because seals started leaking. They couldn't find a loaner car because they said they had too many other vehicles in the shop, so they made us drive around for a week with mold blowing at our face. They said that it's a known issue and there's nothing they can do and it will keep happening for the life of the vehicle, even though it is a brand new vehicle. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

the worst customer service , I have ever encountered in my life!!! me and my girlfriend went there to get a price quote for a jeep Cherokee, The salesperson who came to serve us was so unprofessional, and such a wast of time, it took us 1 hour to just know if they have a jeep cherokee sport available or not! the guy was just running back and forward to talk with someone to ask question, while we have been asking him to please get someone who knows more to help us and please don't wast our time. After all of that he directed us to finance department , the real story start from here when we have met the finance agent, i have dealt with this guy before as i bought a jeep wrangler from this company as well!
this agent who is bald guy i think his name is mike, is such a stupid rude guy, he is so aggressive and super rude, the first thing he asked was social insurance number of my girlfriend which was so stupid, when we asked him why? he said i am filling out a credit check form in that point I just panicked and said we don't need that we have been wasting 1 hour of our time here to just get a price quote and thats it , he got mad and he grabbed a piece of paper and just right down the prices and then left the room without saying anything! then the salesperson came again and said do you guys wanna come back tomorrow!!!! are you kidding me? this place is a Joke.

I visited there for my grand Cherokee 2014 for oil change and service car.. get synthetic oil change done.. and also tire rotation brake check for extra 24.95 and (express lane) after I drove my car home.. noticed driver side door upholstery few black grease mix oil finger prints on my beige leather upholstery and also steering wheel cover and drivers seat.. so unpleasant experience.. not showing quality on work.. I go to dealership and pay extra for the get the job done perfect.. so disappointed.. now I m using leather clean chemical to clean up my car.. invoice #12290

This happened in 2007 but a recent discussion among friends prompted me to post this. My husband bought a RAM trunk then and during the sales pitch, he was promised - in writing - that he would get 2 factory fobs for the truck. On delivery day, no fobs were given and he was instead told to get it done at some other shop. He tried to argue with them and ended up being circled by all the sales person and ganged up on.
We ended up having to go to our own car guy and wire the fob in, hundreds of dollars on top of the purchase of the truck.
Very unpleasant experience with this dealership. In talking with many other people, we found out that more than one incident has happened with regards to the fobs. It's not even that much money to the dealership but they failed, time and time again to keep their word.
Highly un-recommended.

Our experience with the sales rep Shawn and the finance person Al, was great. We received what we feel was an excellent deal on our 2017 Ram 3500 and they were conscientious about following up. We did have a couple minor issues along the way but the dealership management and staff were extremely receptive to the feedback and worked quickly to make sure that we felt heard and that we left satisfied. Overall a very positive experience and if we ever decide to upgrade our (very) old commuter car, Coquitlam Chrysler will be our first stop! :)

Terrible. Staff do not listen to customers or stand by their work. Informed staff of issues I would looked at when getting major service done. This was obviously not done as 4 days after service car broke down with noted issue.
Staff was less then helpful when informing of this. I only got unacceptable excuses. They Would not even offer an apology. I will not be back.
My wife and I had a very good experience at Coquitlam Chrysler! Our salesman Mike Simpson worked very hard to get us an amazing price on a new Ram 3500. My wife and I just bought a 2017 Ram. Our experience was very good, due to Carlos our sales person. He was very personable from the beginning, no pressure and listened very well. I felt Carlos had my back from the start. After the sale, there were a couple of issues with paper work, and the truck needed some attention, Carlos's communication was excellent. I felt very supported, he advocated for me to the manager, the serviced department, and to administration, helping me to get the paper work and a courtesy vehicle while my truck was being address. Brought my new truck in for 1st oil change, almost 11,000km shy of the recommended interval. As I go to pay they somehow added a "piece of mind" package where they rotate my wheels (only 3,xxxkm on them btw). So I asked them why it was on there as I did not ask for this service. The guy who helped me played dumb but had the girl take it off my bill. I pay and go look at my tires as I know very well which ones where mounted where originally (because I painted the lettering on the side walls) THEY DIDN'T EVEN ROTATE MY TIRES!!! The 1 tire with curb rash was still on the front right where it always was. Thats 2 for 2 going in a local chrysler dealership and being taken advantage of. I will never take my truck back for any type of service

I had a good experience with coquitlam chrysler specially with sales person Shawn and sales manager Kelly Lum . I recommend these two persons to my friends and relatives.
My first terrible experience with this service department was in July 2020 when they ordered a part to fix my trunk and waited a week to tell me it s in. I even called them to follow up and they didn t realize the part had arrived.
I tried again in March 2021. This place is awful. If you don t sit on their necks, they don t do what they say they will. I can t trust this place to get anything done in a timely manner. The worst part is that they lied to me. I won t be back.

I might of called him 20 times..and he picked up every time to answer every question I had (maybe dont bug him as much as I did haha). I was never rushed, I never felt "silly" for asking "silly" questions lol! He went out of his way to make me feel at home in an area I know absolutely nothing about.

If you want a good non-pressure sales guy, ask for daryl, he didn't pull one trick on me, and I get super annoyed at high pressure sales people. He showed me what I wanted and didn't really push me into anything I didn't want. there are definitely some not so good sales guys there, but daryl was awesome. On the other hand, i have never walked away happy from the service counter.

I would never write a bad review, infact this is my first one ever but i had to warn people about the Greasemonkeys that work in this location. Honestly the worst service ever!!!!. Would NEVER recommend this place! Took my car in to ask how much a certain repair would cost, they kept it over a week, then scott the manager charges me for "checking" . On top of all that he tells me my car got broken into while being in there lot and numerous things got stolen, And that its my job to do something bout it as he can not help. Also i would get calls every day for a month trading in my car becuase the sales team had got a hold of my number thru the service side. ..

There are times in life when you need to be made to feel as if you're sitting down, on a big comfy couch, talking to a good friend about a big decision you're about to make. I'd have to say that feeling, with the "big decision" being a 2018 Jeep Cherokee purchase, is what I felt when I recently came to Coquitlam Chrysler...
As background, I previously had problems with another unnamed (but perhaps close) Chrysler dealership and Scott Polegato, the Service Manager at Coquitlam Chrysler knew I needed to be taken care of. He happily put me in touch with someone at the dealership who could "sit me down on that big comfy couch". Austen (Tex) Kelly, the Lease Manager, was the very, very understanding representative who listened to my concerns about trading in a gas-guzzling, 5.7L HEMI, Grand Cherokee Summit and lowering my monthly payments. He, along with Gina Doornbosch, who is one of the financial officers for Coquitlam Chrysler, absolutely made me feel like I was "one of the family" sitting on that comfy couch. We closed a super deal on a more reasonably priced, "much, much better on gas" 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.

I took my car in for a recall. Once I got there I found out there was a second 2 day old recall. The work, although doubled or tripled, was done faster than anticipated and the service is always great. These people have always helped me out.
