Absolutely horrible! Please please please don't go...

Absolutely horrible! Please please please don't go here if you value your time or money. Joe was our salesman and he told us facts that when it came time to purchase were COMPLETELY wrong! We got charged double the interest rate agreed upon. Our jeep has been in the shop more than a few times, the latest being for a water leak that has left our car with 2 inches of water on the ground and mold everywhere, including in our vents so we are getting mold air blown at us. We were not given a courtesy vehicle. From start to finish and even after we have had nothing but problems. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Update: since writing this review and through a lengthy and extensive exchange with our salesman and numerous sales managers at Coquitlam Chrysler we were finally in contact with a man named Jason, a manager in the web sales department. Through negotiations with him, we were given the help and attention this situation required. He worked tirelessly with us to come to a mutual agreement in which our concerns were dealt with and our situation rectified. We greatly appreciate the time and attention that was given to us in order to better this negative experience.
