My wife and I just bought a 2017 Ram. Our experience was very good, due to Carlos our sales person. He was very personable from the beginning, no pressure and listened very well. I felt Carlos had my back from the start. After the sale, there were a couple of issues with paper work, and the truck needed some attention, Carlos's communication was excellent. I felt very supported, he advocated for me to the manager, the serviced department, and to administration, helping me to get the paper work and a courtesy vehicle while my truck was being address. I had a very good experience at Coquitlam Chrysler in most part due to Carlos, thank you!!
