When I moved back to BC I began taking my Jeep to Coquitlam Chrysler for warranty work, they would not look at or fix anything! everything their service department does is say 'could not replicate problem' which I could replicate before leaving the parking lot... very unprofessional, if a customer can replicate it why can't a technician or a journeyman mechanic? The second issue was when I went to purchase my new Jeep, not only were they extremely pushy to get a sale they would not do a search for a vehicle for me from elsewhere that they could bring in for me, after requesting a factory order (they wouldn't even offer this to me, I had to ask) they did a great job of trying to screw the numbers so I would be paying way more than I should then treated me a like garbage when I offered them what other dealerships would give me on a factory order and then told me they would not place an order for me. Go across the bridge to JP... way better service, professional and won't try to mess with you.

I'm very well rehearsed at buying and selling cares. I know cars and do my homework. I enjoyed how there wasn't the usual sales pressure and the sales person listened to my questions and concerns. The finance advisor was to the point and did his best to explain the different payment options available. Overall I rate my experience as 4 stars and not 5 because my new vehicle had an issue the first day and now I'm driving a courtesy car instead.

When i had checked on reviews , i must say i was very hesitant, my sales guy KYLE and the finance guy MURRAY , i have to say have have made my buying there a very happy experience, i had bought last year as well through a guy SHAWN and he too at that time made my experience good , which had brought me back to the dealership, honestly from other Chrysler dealerships i have dealt with , this one has been good so far, but the service department needs to pucker up on how they deal with customers, when i went there and stood in the front desk -no acknowledgment at all , now being in customer service myself, one needs to acknowledge a customer-but a chap there i think DAVE ,was who ,I would like to deal with again if i go there

I had a great experience with a service advisor. I came in to see why my fob remote wasn t working properly and going through batteries quickly. Conclusion, my fob was failing and needed to be replaced. I was also made aware of recalls that my truck has and was able to get it fixed within the hour. He was polite and had a smile. Happy customer!

Hands down the best dealership I have dealt with. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I met with one of the sales guys Alex and test drove 4 to 5 different vehicles. being super picky I had narrowed down exactly what I wanted in the vehicle and Alex was awesome hunting down the exact Jeep I wanted. I will definitely be going back in the future for any other vehicles I need. Being that I am so picky and they were able to deliver exactly what I was looking for this is hands down the best dealership to deal with, I would recommend them to everyone.

Be warned. If you want to be attacked by 5 sales guys before you get out of your car this is the place. The sales guys are rude condescending and arrogant. I was in there looking for a used PT Cruiser for my 70 year old mother. They had ads online on their own site and Craigs list that showed 2009's for $7500.. Should have know its to good to be true.. they may have (had) one that they would sell at that price but its the good old BAIT & SWITCH.. list one car that has a bad ICBC claim and/or excessive high mileage.. but the rest in the lot have prices ~14k+ . The sales guy refused to give us even a rough price range unless we wrote up an official offer! I didn't want to waste his or our time, just to find out if the price was in the range we where looking. The attitude there comes from the top, as when we asked for the manager he was just as rude. Went in and looked at a truck. Sales guy "Bobby" and the manager were fantastic.
We agreed on a deal and I was on my way to see Darryl. Darryl filled out the appropriate paperwork, and told me my credit looked good besides a small hick-up and assured me the deal would be approved. He told me there was no need for me to wait around and the next thing I knew they had taken my trade in and were sending me off in my new truck. A day or two later Darryl calls me and says he has great news and to come in and see him. I drove into the dealership with my bank information expecting to start making payments. Sitting in his office trying not to vomit as the man looks like a sorry version of Elvis, for real no joke :( He tells me I was rejected by numerous banks. He says I was approved for a rating of 13 percent and 7.99 percent interest. Baffled by why they would transfered my trade in and let me leave in a truck in the first place I was disappointed. He tells me that 7.99 is a great rate and pushes me to take it claiming it would be fantastic as I could return it in 7 years and trade it in for a newer truck with a better rate down the road. I told him if that was the case I wouldn't be taking the truck. He suggested I get a cosigner. I spoke to someone who agreed to it, but then changed their mind as it would affect their credit rating later. I then contacted a few more dealers to see if they would be able to get me a better rate than Coquitlam Chrysler. Why? Because as a consumer that is my right. Who wants to pay a higher interest rate if you can get a lower one. Darryl phoned me later in the day. I explained the complication with the cosigner. The next morning I arrived at the dealership to cancel the deal and pick up my vehicle. Daryl was upset and told me that I had wasted his time. Funny how He felt that way since he had wasted mine by sending me off in a truck that wasn't going to be approved for the agreed interest rate in the first place? I kept my cool knowing criminal charges weren't in my interest, for now anyways. He then told me I was making a huge mistake. He called in my salesman and told him if I come into a dealership within the next two years don't waste his time with me. Daryl then told me he sees on my credit beureu that I spoke to two other Dodge dealerships and he questioned my loyalty.

Why would I be loyal to Daryl? He promised me a deal and interest rate then flipped it on me, pressured me into keeping the truck on new aggrement with a higher interest rate which I did not sign for?

Do not waste your time, energy or money dealing with Coquitlam Chrysler. Or Darryl the sad sad Elvis impersonator.

I just brought a SUV from him and Steven was very helpful and friendly to deal with, I was very happy with Stevens service nice guy to deal with. She asked me abruptly do you have an appointment and I said no I'm stopping in because I have a problem with my headlights. She just stared at me and said you have an appointment I said no I do not and she was well we're busy. And stared at me. Okay. I said oookkay? And you have one when? Um how about you just PROFESSIONALLY say I'm sorry we are booked until X. Instead of playing 20 questions? Back to Willowbrook Chrysler where they were able to commuinicate. Had some stipulations on my contract to have a few things taken care of with the vehicle after I purchased it. It's now six months later and most of it is finally done. Had to go there a bunch of times. Had to wait on standby for their shop for eight whole hours because they didn't want to schedule me in. This happened on weekends for six months. Sometimes they didn't get me in. Sometimes they ordered wrong parts, sometimes they forgot. Still waiting on my second set of keys. They are completely ignoring it. Been sending texts back and forth with the salesman and he always neglects to respond to my request for the keys, but answers other questions. I will never spend money at this place again, and will tell everyone I know not to as well. Don't be fooled by the fake smiles and the can-do attitudes. They are only like that till they get your money. Afterwards it's ignoring and excuses. Terrible customer service.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and to check some electrical items. Dropped off at 8:15am. Called at 1pm for an update. Was told electrical is completed and we just needed the oil change. They told me to call back in 2 hours.... Called back at 3pm and was told it still needed the oil change and that would take about half hour.... Then she said to call back at 4:30pm... Have now arrived at 4 to find my truck parked in the lot... Asked to pick it up and was told to wait in the waiting room for the paper work. I have now been in the waiting for 35min and still no paper work. Pretty bad it takes 3.5 hours for an oil change. I definitely do not recommend any service at this garage. I will never bring a vehicle back here.

I recently purchased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Coquitlam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. When I first went in, I thought I knew what I wanted. My Sales Representative, Mike Fenwick, was patient and listened to my preferences, and answered my questions in detail. I ended up test driving a few different models, which were shown to me comprehensively during both a product presentation and test drive.
Mike had an easy way of creating a relaxed rapport with me, which I really appreciated. His honesty and sincerity were genuine. He was upbeat about the brand, and provided top notch sales and service.
Once we had selected a model, the amazing Sales Manager Kimberly took over. She was extremely pleasant to negotiate with, and very fair and friendly. She has a genuine smile and warmth, that makes you feel welcome and well cared for at all times.
My financing was taken care of by Delainie Shaw, who was professional and detail oriented. She answered all of my questions without pause, and ensured that I understood everything about the new purchase.
While my purchase did come with a few hiccups, as a few minor things were found that needed repair from the delivery, this was handled with professionalism and care.

I have a 2013 Wrangler sport that I have outfitted with larger Rubicon wheel & tires. This of course changed my Speed-O reading. After a very short phone call with the service foreman Brian, I was asked to stop by the same day before 3pm to sort it out. Despite me being late and Brian being at the end of his shift I was instantly helped and sent on my way.

I've never been to this dealership before and my Jeep was bought elsewhere. I'm pretty happy with the level of customer service provided today.

Buyer beware! Went to this dealership to look for a used car for my wife. We found a 2007 Jetta on the lot and was told that it passed their 120 point inspection. The vehicle did not shift correctly so we pointed this out. The sales manager STEPHEN ROSE was an outright liar. Told us at first that he would have the shop look at it. I called the service dept and spoke to the service manager and was told they do not have the tools to look into my VW and they were subcontracting the repair. One of many lies told by Stephen. Stephen then told us that the VW was getting a replacement transmission so I asked for the receipt or record of maintenance provided to them by their vendor. Never got it, never got a replacement transmission because after a few days the patch job wore off and the car began to miss shift again. On top of that the vendor scratched the car and Stephen refused to cover the damage caused while our vehicle was in their care. He would also tell me that it would only be a few more days, but they hadn't even determined what was causing the problem (another lie). All in all these people will sell you a faulty product and by no means bother to fix or help in any way as long as they close the deal with you. STEPHEN ROSE will tell you anything to make the sale. Please be careful, I am letting other would be customers know in case they deal with this individual or this dealership.

Bought a used Durango motor blew in 5 days. told by the sales manager that I could get my money back or into something else, and would get a good price for the convenience. Looked a few different vehicles on the lot inquired about them, and there was no good price offered, decided that I would rather have my money back, and when I mentioned that the General Manager said that it was not an option.

The car was used but they had the oil changed and car completely cleaned for me. They also investigated any concerns that I had about the car. I have followed mike from the parts department to a few different dealerships now,
He helped me build my first Jeep. And now he s working on parts for my wife s Jeep. He makes it a seemless and easy process to find exactly what I want at a reasonable price, often for better quality and cheaper than I can even find online, and works with my unique schedule ( I work out of town).
The last steel bumper I picked up from this dealership a few weeks ago, mike was off and the other parts guy took care of us as well as a salesman who had the time to make it a positive personable experience. It s the people matter

Took a trade-in to this place and to sum up service is pretty unsatisfied. Actual kilometres on the car they were selling was much higher than they stated on the online post, they have also promised me to find the extra key fob after I agreed on the deal, but after I pick up the car there has not been any follow-ups. And they have blocked my number from calling after I tried couple times to reach them regarding on the key fob. Won t recommend this place if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealer for your next purchase.

I was in a hurry to have a part installed for my wife s Jeep as it was a safety concern. So I asked the Coquitlam dealership service department if they could try to fit it in. Seconds later a technician Keith comes out look at the job and tells me he can do it right away if he has the part, and he could do it in less time than the book to save me money.
So I pick up the part and return and it s done as fast as a lane change.
Thank you for your fast courteous professional service. I have been to Coquitlam Chrysler many times and always leave satisfied.

He spent a lot of time with me showing what they have - we made several test drives and in the end I bought Dodge Charger 2015 SXT. I am so happy with that car. Worst again, after 15 years my son wanted to check their cars. 15 years ago they sold me a car that was "clean". I was young, and 6 months after when wanted to buy SUV on Ford and trade in my car, found out that car was rebuilt, and lost $10000. Tried to get it back but, General manager and owner at that time told me that i made mistake and i should have educated myself before buying a car. So much for trust in "respectful" company.

My son wanted Dodge Challenger, went all day looking for one of perfect color. Car was $5000 more than on any other dealership, even $3000 more than Hemi.

the worst part is that after salesperson "talked" to manager i got offered $2.100 for my 2003 BMW 745LI. Every other dealer offered me $5000.

This was good for my son to learn where not to buy a car. Sales people, so pushy, bad talking about other dealers cars, Would never recommend to anybody, not even my worst enemy

First of all let me say that a one star rating is too generous, and if I could, I'd give them a minus zero. I previously went to Coquitlam Chrysler. I have a history of mental illness, and the sales guy that approached me took advantage of that. He was sleazy, threatened me, lied to me and cheated me out of my car. He would not give me a rough quote on a new car unless I put down an offer first. He took me from room to room and confused me, he was condescending and rude. He promised me things that he could not deliver on. He said that my car was garbage and was not worth fixing. He told me to test drive a car for a couple days and then would not take it back, saying my car was already gone, even though he said he would hold it, and then he said it was gone to auction. I previously found out that my old car is still on the lot and has been put up on the companies website.

WARNING: Be careful when you are dealing with these guys especially when your sales rep brings in his manager Kelly to close the deal. This guy is a scam as he will tell you things to get your business and the moment that you are going to sign off your deal he will turn around and deny everything he promised. Make sure everything is in writing and that they sign off on it.
I bought a brand new jeep here and had purchased tires through them to install. He will not give me my stock tires, and in addition they dented my bumper and fender. Until now they have not assisted or done anything for me to replace or repair the damages. Currently I am seeking help from FCA. Buying a vehicle here has been very frustrating and stressful.

When I looked up the parts department hours on your website it read "closing soon" at 6 p.m. It was 5:10 when I called to check part availability, when the Brittney answered she said the parts are closed. I said Web said 6pm and she just put me through. I sat on hold for 10 minutes hearing how important I am as a customer and please wait as they were helping someone else. Fair enough. Husband drove over there as I waited on hold. I finally hung up and called Brittney back at reception. Her reply was "I told you they were closed." If that is their idea of customer service we will definitely deal with Maple Ridge Chrysler in the future. Her attitude and unhelpfulness only added insult to injury while I sat on the side of the road in a dead Dodge!

I recently went to Coquitlam Chrysler about trading in my current dodge caravan for a newer one with a few more features. I was completely mislead during the negotiations by the sales associate Serge. I was lead to believe that I was negotiating a price for the new van (before my trade in) but what he was actually doing was negotiating the price including my trade in which ended up costing me about $20,000 more than I thought. I feel like Serge took full advantage of the fact that I had 3 kids under the age of 4 with me at the time of purchase and was very pushy. We are a single income family and I would have never agreed to pay what I did for this new van if I had known what I was getting into. When I went back to explain what happened to the sales manager I was completely brushed off and given 2 free oil changes, a tank of gas and a couple of gifts and told this is why I should have brought my husband with me to purchase the new van (what a slap in the face). I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.

So I got a car from them 4 months ago and I already have to put over $2000 into it. I had to change my brake pads,rotors and replace the thermostat and also changed the transmission fluid. And also going up it feels like the transmission is slowing down when I step on the gas pedal. I m not happy at all!!

Definitely recommend this dealership, Andre was very helpful and was patient in answering our questions. We couldnt decide which vehicle to get, originally wanted a wrangler but ended up with a 2020 ram 1500. Happy with the test drive as well because he trusted us, gave us the key, let us take our time and test drive on our own. unlike other dealership wherein someone is gonna come with you, tells you which direction to go to so we didnt have the total freedom of testing the car (which makes me uncomfortable). The advantage of this place is that they have a large selection of vehicles to choose from, Matt and Bob were great to deal with, they patiently showed us many different options, during an entire morning! no pressure at all... we finally chose a new Jeep Cherokee, Matt even gave us the car for half a day to test it no commitment, which was great, we are happy with our new Jeep, Thanks!

Very good experience this time around- got me in quickly and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I will definitely be back.
I will say, however, that I encountered some new problems with my car immediately after driving it off the lot, and this isn't the first time that's happened there. I'm not driving a clunker, so I'm a little puzzled why that's happened twice. They've always been receptive when I've contacted them about these things, though, and I appreciate that element of their customer service.

The service rep Jamie was extremely helpful in getting the maintenance on our car taken care of. She worked with us to schedule a time that worked best for us - and gave us detailed info on how long it would take and how much it would cost. The service team gave us a bit of insight into things we may consider taking care of accompanied with the price range we could expect. They also stuck to the initial timeline and quote -- no surprises on our end, and no dealing with pushy sales people (as has been our experience at other service lots.)

Overall the experience was very friendly, professional and and very informative. It was our first time there and we'll likely go back for future maintenance.

The coffee in the lobby wasn't great, but at least there's a Tim Horton's nearby ;)

I have been driving a Jeep for the last seven years. All four are from Coquitlam Chrysler Dodge. I went from Compass to Grand Cherokee to Overland . Very happy with the service. Or recent purchase was this pass week and Mathew Thomas was extremely helpful. His manager Jason helped seal the deal and Lynn in Finance did her magic.

We don't like car shopping because the process always seems to be all about selling. We got the vehicle that we needed but the process was the same. Only provided 1 key and got some half hearted response that they would try and find the other one. The attitude changed as soon as the sale was made and no follow-up.

We would like to say a huge thank you for Eric in the business office and Shawn Kezemi in sales. As we have not had great experiences with dealerships we were feeling they were just wanting to sell us something. We went away with our new ride approved with a prime loan and no longer in a subprime loan.
We realize now the absolute solid value we receive from these guys and see they really were looking out for us which has never happened before. They gave us a new experience that we would recommend anyone to go see them.

Service is terrible at this location. They wont let you book appointments for oil changes or recalls but keep the vehicle all day when you drop it off. There is also nothing fast about "the fastlane" oil change service either that they introduced a few years back.

The staff seems friendly enough, but overworked and seem to lack the organizational tools to do their job properly. I'll be looking for a new dealership for service.

My boyfriend was searching online and found some used cars he was very interested in seeing.

Yesterday, we went to Coquitlam Chrysler and was greeted by Marty as we were getting out of our old 2003 Jeep we wanted to trade in. Told Marty what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. From the start, Marty was informative and funny, allowing us to take our time to look at all the used cars. We found Marty to not be the sterotype "pushy" car salesperson, which we truly appreciated.

Once we found the car, went on a test drive and fell in love with it. Upon the suggestion of Marty, we were offered the ability to take the car home over night. Which was great. In the end we were not able to make the numbers work. However, with the assistance of Gina and Kelly, we test drove another car with Marty today, one we were also looking at and closer to our price range, and went home with it!

In summary, we had a good experience at Coquitlam Chrysler. And thanks to Marty, someone went home as a happy customer.

All I can say is wow, the negative reviews are right. And the same problem I face has been faced before.
Incredibly HORRIBLE customer service with their service team. From the counter person to the Service Manager. They should be ashamed!
Trying to get them to fix a warranty issue as my truck is taking on more water inside than the Titanic. Their response when I asked them to fix it was "what would you like me to do?"
And when I bring this up with the sales manager I purchased it from, his response is to try and sell me another new truck? I am a loyal person, which is why I bought from and serviced from here even though I live in the Ridge. I have made the decision to sell it to be done with Dodge and lose a lot of money on the upgrades done. Its not worth having a leaky, wet, moldy truck and a team of people that seem to have little to no desire to make it right.

Bought a 2016 Dodge Durango from Coquitlam chrysler. The pricing was competitive comparing to other Chrysler dealers in town. The sales team was all good until the purchase was completed and the minor PDI issues pointed out at the time of purchase was agreed to be rectified any time in coming weeks.
But providing a competitive pricing does not means compromise should be done for the after sales support. No appointments were available and when appointment was available there was no loaner car available.
Finally the vehicle was accepted and retained for 1 day; returned back with out fixing any issues. I had to take it to a local garage nearby to fix the issues.
The dealership provided a nice service print out showing the issues they addressed but all was good in paper and actually none of the issues were fixed other than an average paint touch up. Please try to improve the after sales support or clearly mention that no support will be provided once the vehicle is sold.

Robin Sekhon listened attentively to everything I had to say. He was patient and allowed me to take my time playing with buttons, features, going on a longer test drive, checking out various vehicle options, and answering a multitude of questions. I really appreciated his honesty and lack of pressure sales, I found this very refreshing compared to other experiences I have had.
