Pesimo service, they tell you to arrive 15 minutes early and they make you wait outside. Very good service and all my paperwork was fast. I have come to the consulate 3 times and I have always had a positive experience. When they come, pay attention and have the papers that are asked at hand to make everything easier. Just know that regardless of you having an appointment or not you will spend more than 1.5 hours for anything. Don't see the point of appointments because they really don't make them priority. Parking is horrible as well. Don't attempt to go on your lunch break because you will be disappointed. I do think that the staff could and SHOULD be friendlier given the fact that questions are asked because people need the help!!!! Most seem miserable truly a shame considering anybody that goes here is due to extreme necessity in order to process truly essential paperwork and we are paying for it and losing work time in order to take care of it.

I give you a star just because you can't give less! I've been dialing for two days and whenever the recording asks if the document is for an adult, the call is cut off. It does not give the option of speaking with a human being and although you select the call in English it is the same. I kept insisting and when my call finally came in they made me wait for about 20 minutes with the same recording over and over again and then cut the call themselves. Total that I could never make my appointment or speak with any representative. Terrible service and make us look very bad without telling that the English of their recordings is to cry in shame.
