Amelia Clark should be investigated for "firing" Dr. Lutz for no ACTUAL reason during a pandemic. She needs to be replaced as SOON as possible!

Helps Veterans. Offers a variety of services. Veterans should check it out. They also accept donations of clothing, personal supplies, shoes, etc. for homeless Vets.

This place has so many different services AND programs that are available and set in place to be able to help so many different types of people from just about EVERY different type of walk of life that there EVEN is. AND also the employees that work here within ALL of the various assorted programs AND services are so kind AND extremely helpful to each AND EVERY person to walk through the doors needing their help NO matter what each person's own unique personal situation AND need may be at the time because that is exactly what they're there for anyways, to help everyone! I especially love everybody who works in the Methadone Program!!

The hiv unit is extremely unprofessional - they dont return calls - more in "training" than in the office - called the number case mgrs and the director say to call if it's time sensitive and NO-ONE answered and never got a call back - made me miss appts because they don't follow through - they have lied to my face often and never directly answer anything - they have monies, gas cards, grocery cards and other tax payer funded assets available that they say they offer - when asked for them they don't have it - and its really irritating to see them while at a "conference" drinkin and partying - who pays for that? - I'm still trying to the same 4 numbers but no return calls - now I realize why hiv people and their people were devastated when Spokane Aids Network closed - I'd say for sure don't go to srhd but we have no where else to go

Waited at Holmes Elementary for 2 hours for testing that we DID NOT RECEIVE because they were so disorganized and flustered by the turn-out! They couldn't even be bothered to tell people what was going on. The blonde woman who was working with Carrie from the school, was useless in giving me any information other than to try again somewhere else effectively forcing my family of 6 to practice unsafe social habits! The info given to us didn't match up with what was read on their website or other "offical" sites either! These idiots cannot find their butts with both hands!

To all of those involved with the current running of the exchange. You should all be recognized as local heroes. You are truly on the front lines and subject to deal with some vary unsavory individuals from day to day. You should all know that your sacrifice saves life's everyday. I can't count the life's that have been saved just from you supplying narcan not to mention the work you do to help stop the spread of blood born passenges. I doubt anyone will ever even read this I just thought you should all know that your work is greatly appreciated the silent heroes of Spokane keep up the good work and thank you.

The city has basically been engulfed in smoke since the very beginning of August. This place waited for an entire month before finally coming up with a plan to hand out smoke masks to at risk citizens. That is ridiculous. They only waited until emergency rooms were no doubt, filled to the brim with people having issues.

I've never lived in a city with such a horrible medical establishment. This city is a perfect example of what socialized medicine is like. The medical establishment here is basically owned by a few large corporations.

Website says 5pm I loaded up my two toddlers drove downtown with 30 min to spare and walked through a door with the posted closing time 5pm I find out they really close at 430. What jerks if I didn't need to pay for a certified birth certificate to get my toddlers into school I would not even attempt to come downtown. Total waste of my time and energy! I'm sooo irritated.

Do people really think Amelia Clark should be employed if she doesn't abide by the rules & tries to "release" Dr. Lutz by herself with total disregard of established procedures?

Dr. Lutz gets (Positive) 10 stars for his professionalism & honesty.

Amelia Clark gets NEGATIVE stars* for her lack of professionalism & apparent intention of mutiny of existing protocol. Her personal politics & opinions have no place in the office.

The Regional Health Parking Lot is half empty. In order to take my daughter to her WIC appointment I need a parking permit to park in the lot next to the building and to make things more difficult, there is only three parking spaces for the WIC. Good job building manegment good job.

Saving people's lives. Helping them come out of the strong clutching of addiction. They do not judge, they are there just to help you! So many resources to help people who have lost everything from their stints in addiction. The staff is great! I want to say thanks to them for all they have done for me to get my life back on track and my helped me come to terms with my mental health and not feel ashamed, rejected, or anything else. I have the utmost respect for the people that commit to helping others be able to live again.

Press conference for release of Dr. Bob Lutz by Amelia Clark was a joke!! If she is representing the Spokane County Health District we are in big trouble. A 5th grader could have spoken better and held a more professional news conference. She was not prepared nor was she professional. She needs to be the one to be terminated. The board should be very embarrassed having her representing them.

And now the board voted to terminate Lutz employment with no written warnings . All based on what Clark said. I watched the public meeting. Her grievances were personal not professional...Again she is a Joke and bad representation of the health district. I hope Lutz sues the health district and she loses her job!!! And No I don't know him personally only by the job he has done for Spokane County. The Board should be ashamed of themselves.

Called them about a bathroom having no water on, she could not have cared less, so that's why disease goes so crazy around here

I have no confidence in this institution! Its no wonder that no one wants to listen to their suggestions.
