I'm upset because I'm a Mexican Siudadana and they don't want to give me my consular registration or with my birth certificate.

Extremely bad customer service very unprofessional staff seems like they hate their job so much that they seem in a rube bad mood even the supervisor is rude basically they don t care well typical of a Mexican to do

Everybody from Security Personnel to Consulate staff were Friendly. My appointment was at 12:00 and by 1:00 pm i was already done with my documents on hand. Only problem its to get an appointment over the phone. Takes forever! DO IT Online, its much much faster and you can access ANY time on your PC and track the dates. The 3rd time I checked, i got it ! And was able to pick the one that suits me better! . .do it Online !!

After waiting and waiting in line zzzzzz they just hang up, and start again, really bad customer service.

I had an appointment, was inside for 1hr. Compared to before that was great! Only downsize, you stand in line to get a number stand in line to get what you need, wait to get called to pay and then again get called to pick up items. Should just all be done in one go in my opinion. As for appointment system I had to try multiple times both english and spanish to get an appointment needs to be better!

Have been leaving messages for 4 months and no one has called back. Horrible customer service. Let's see how it go's when I show up with out an appointment.

I really do not know why the Mexican consulate is working here if they do nothing they do not help and answer pure machine better ballanse for Mexico are here to help and do the same as in Mexico

Did they really do well? Or are you employees there? I had never gone, but now that I found myself in need of doing so, it seems that I was transported to a Mexican government office. The arrogance with which they speak. That air of almost rude superiority with which people are directed and that ineptitude and rateria with which they run that office. I went out with hives from there and I almost wanted to kiss the ground and reaffirm "everything is fine, you are in the United States, it was just a bad dream". Well, not in the DMV so rude and inept as these fourth employees are!

The staff tries to be friendly and helpful, the system has improved, you no longer have to carry a birth certificate for the issuance of passports, since they use their own database and that is good. The criticism is that they have a very limited space of parking places and the high that mark as "reserved" more than a third of the total parking spaces and those reserved spaces are always empty, that is to say those who pay the taxes here What matters is the bureaucracy.

You make it impossible for the procedure for dual citizenship, documentation asking the Ministry for Foreign Affairs does not ask as requirements for example.

Grasias al consul .. 5 years ago notarial powers and birth certificates and it was somewhat disorganized and delayed and bad personal that I complained that same day .. Really bad service and the people working there were rude

Too bad I can't make an appointment to get my passport because they don't answer the phone and they put a recording on it that takes time and then they hang you up and if you go to the consulate they tell you to make your appointment by phone first, but if you can't then how are you going to make an appointment, this is deplorable

Not because there they treat you as if we were in the military service they talk to you very arrogant they feel you feel bad and to make an appointment it takes one an eternity if they can not with the work they resign

They are giving information on paper about the available services on site by looking for online appointments and services by phone, 500 appointments only they said...?

Well, I can tell the MEXICAN consulate that birds have treated me badly and have a good time, but we know what our race is like. They lack education, respect, humility and we know that Mexico. Everyone was so nice and down to earth. I went to get Mexico visa stamped and everything happen on time.
I was thinking why USA visa stamping is so overwhelming and scary.

Am tried to make an appointment online but their website is so slow and crashes so bad it is impossible to make an appointment online.

Totally bad service. You must have a place to be treated. It is easier to win the lottery than to achieve the location. You have to call several times as the calls are cut or they cut them after at least 5 minutes of following instructions. The webpage saturated. In short, what a pity.

It was such a horrible experience. This is the worst place. On the phone they never get things right. I had to call like 10 times in order to get an appointment. Then they hanged up on me 2 times. This is unbelievable. I wish there was another way to make an appointment. They should bring back the old way of making appointments.

Pity service by phone and imajino there in person give the number of information for the appointment for the registration and the operator seems scratched disk .... just go and talk and repeat and repeat that bad service ...

No one answers the phone ... I've called 5 times today to make an appointment. From 3 and 5 in the afternoon. I supposedly have until 6pm to make an appointment. I'm very sad and upset.

The only telephone service that can be in a consulate ... incredible mediocrity of service !!!!!!!

The internet page to make appointments DOES NOT WORK. And by phone too much waiting time. They are worse than the DMV
