I give you a star just because you can't give less! I've been dialing for two days and whenever the recording asks if the document is for an adult, the call is cut off. It does not give the option of speaking with a human being and although you select the call in English it is the same. I kept insisting and when my call finally came in they made me wait for about 20 minutes with the same recording over and over again and then cut the call themselves. Total that I could never make my appointment or speak with any representative. Terrible service and make us look very bad without telling that the English of their recordings is to cry in shame.
