The staff is very efficient and professional! I came without an appointment I was in and out of here in less than 20 minutes. Then again all I needed was a birth certificate. Ask the officer in the front if you have to wait in line for whatever you need before you assume you have to stand in line. Most of the time the wait line is for appointments or complicated matters.
