Starting with how easy and convenient it was to make the appointment, the new facility is very safe and has enough parking. All the personnel involved from the security guard to the agents that handle the process were excellent, thank you very much for doing a great job and trying to make these procedures easy and fast. The people who work no longer have to worry about missing a business day, since my enrollment process only took 45 minutes. :) Thank you!!!
