Just know that regardless of you having an appointment or not you will spend more than 1.5 hours for anything. Don't see the point of appointments because they really don't make them priority. Parking is horrible as well. Don't attempt to go on your lunch break because you will be disappointed. I do think that the staff could and SHOULD be friendlier given the fact that questions are asked because people need the help!!!! Most seem miserable truly a shame considering anybody that goes here is due to extreme necessity in order to process truly essential paperwork and we are paying for it and losing work time in order to take care of it.
