Poor service are some cocky look you up and down and tell you you do not have to talk again this service is worse than Mexico is only the consulate the old clowning with security guards and they say they do not have time to help you speak for phone and minimum you get 1 hour 45 minutes waiting for bad service I do not understand so they have it if it does not work
