This Review is of genuine emotion and truth. I was truly blown away by the customer service at the reception desk, Kennith H. My hats off to you. Your supervisor and upper management should be proud to have an employee that excels in true customer service as you do. I frequent many hotels a month and know when I see excellent customer service.
