Like almost all Miami hotels it comes as a surprise to guests/visitors that the entrance is not on the address - Brickell Ave - but on a recess on the adjoining access street.

There is a greeting space on the ground floor - usually not staffed - with a sign on the counter advising to proceed to the checkin up through the elevator. Many people do not realize that in a high rise building a hotel only occupies only a number of the floors.

This Condrad property is obviously cleaned and maintained. Cleaning and dusting in a downtown city location are almost impossible to keep up with.

Check the floors in the lobby, bar, restaurant areas - some deep and inportant cleaning needs to be undertaken. The marble is stained and dirty.

Pretty typical urban high rise property, enhanced by spectacular views over Biscayne Bay to South Beach.

The bar/restaurant is small. With the happy hour bar impressive views - it is a must go.
