Excellent hotel- we liked it better than the Four Seasons next door. The room was large and airy, the restaurant dining room on the 25th floor had a spectacular view and the service was great. Good work out room.

Overall hotel and rooms are a little dated. Lobby has been renovated and conference rooms are decently equipped. The layout of this hotel is very odd though. In order to get to swimming pool and tennis court, we had to take 3 elevators. And the facilities are not nearly as pretty as advertised on its website.

Friendly staff and great location for downtown Miami! Steps away from Metromover hence easy access to pretty much everywhere! The reasons why it deserves 4 stars!!

Great service, excellent location! The hotel staff went above and beyond to delived the best customer experience possible!
Its true they are going through renovations, but still the Conrad delivers and its staff makes the difference. Unbeatable location at Brickell.

Great views from this Brickell Arch space. Easy to find - just look for the glossy skyscraper with an arch shape outside! This photo is from the 29th floor. There's a roof space pool and bar, amazing restaurant and bar on floor 25 with outdoor seating and views over the city. Staff are helpful and friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Area is also a great location for dining, city views. Metromover (free transportation through downtown Miami) has a station just a couple of mins from the hotel.

Attended for a professional work Christmas party at the Conrad ballroom on the 3rd floor. The place is lovely. Food was pretty good and service was great. Bartenders are excellent. Also went to the top floor bar and that was good too. Nice view and drinks are great too. Valet service was good. Overall a prwtty good experience.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location is awesome. My husband and I were planning to celebrate our 15 year anniversary in Miami, and a few of our plans changed and we had to bring our two children. Not ideal but also not a real problem. A few days prior to arrival, Noelia reached out to me to confirm our arrival time and asked what we were in town for, and I mentioned that we were bringing two kids and definitely needed two beds. We checked in on a Saturday after driving for 15 hours to find out that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo suite! We were floored, and it really made our anniversary one to remember. I can't thank Noelia and the rest of the Conrad staff enough. The room was amazing!!!!

Great hotel, our receptionist Kenneth Hice was amazing and very helpful. The continental breakfast is very limit though that was my only issue but they do serve full hot breakfast too.

It just isn t what it once was. COVID has definitely hit urban upscale convention hotels the hardest, but they have to find a way to carry on. They are clearly saving money on basic amenities in the room and the common areas including pool and tennis courts are in very bad shape.

it was great its too hot in Miami for me but my mom loved it the hotel was nice our maid was happy and shed wait until we left to clean but still lock your expensive stuff up like your phone alien-ware laptop, jewelry and your suits um other than that its nice great service nice clean bed i didn't like being high up because i don't like heights but i still liked it and yes I'm from Canada i like it cooler

Good location. Rooms are super nice but the public areas such as the carpets in the hallways are stained and showing their age. First room had a terrible ventilation but was quickly and effortlessly moved to another room when I requested. Pool is on the roof of the parking garage and requires a bit of walk and getting to your room will require an elevator transfer as the first floors are all commercial. My Hilton status was recognized and I was upgraded to a nice suite. I'd have no issues with staying here again.

Hotel was classy but OLD the did not give us access to the pool which is why we booked here staff were a bit alarmed we were there and kept asking what our room number was 42$ for valet parking attendant drove my car like it was a race car 88$ for lunch in the onsite restaurant they charged us a 20$ service charge on our tab which was uncalled for the room was basic the location the free glass of champagne and the very professional front desk staff is why we gave 3 stars otherwise this is a 2/3 star hotel trying its best to be a luxury venue

The RESIDENCES for rent are out dated, old, poorly decorated, worn out.
I visited 2 rooms of the HOTEL and its pretty nice and if you have a Key Biscayne view its paradise.

They have these interior bedrooms with a balcony to the interior of the building that are cute BUT like the weirdest location.

We chose to stay at the Conrad Miami after our cruise since we were Hilton Honors members. The stay was memorable. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The concierge gave us insights on how to find the real Miami. The real winner however was the view from the bar on the 25th floor.

Top of the line!!!

Having to go to the 25th floor lobby to get to my 19th floor room is annoying. Stayed in a handicap accessible room which has a light/alarm button that looks like a doorbell to drunk men who don't know that this isn't their room. That is a terrifying way to wake up at 2:30am and the manager still has not gotten back to us. Location is lovely, convenient to walk to bars and restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable. Just wish that management would follow up with us since they took our number and said they would.

Beautiful hotel however waayy overpriced! Not to mention there 8 hour parking is a scam! $25 for 8 hours and if you go a minute over it s an additional $25. Ended up paying $50 a day for parking ridiculous! I guess there s no mercy for people that are using their hotel. Will not be returning for that principle

The hotel is beautiful. However, getting to the hotel is circuitous. There is no valet parking, so one has to park in the parking garage. The issue being, there I not an attendant to tell you where to park.

I had to go thru the building, adjacent to the garage, to get to the hotel (more on this trip in a moment). Once inside the actual building, one has to take the concierge elevators up to the 25th floor (the lobby-front desk of the hotel) to check-in. That is, if you haven't already done son via the Hilton app.

As previously stated, there was not a parking lot attendant to let you know where to park. As such, I made multiple trips to the "lobby-front desk" to determine where to park. I was told to park in a valet spot. Fair enough. Yet, the floors for the "valet parking" did not have direct elevator access to them. Thus, parking in a valet spot meant that one had to either walk up or down the next levels of the garage to find an elevator.

Due to COVID, the Conrad has suspended all valet services, so one is at the whim of the parking garage to find a spot. Bottom line is that we ended up parking on the 6th floor of the garage. We still had to carry our bags thru the building with the garage across to the other building (The Brickell Arch) that houses the Conrad, then up to our room.

We had a Bay View room that was nice. The bed was comfortable, and the shower felt awesome; great water pressure. The restaurant, in the Conrad, was also great. Ask for Carlos or Ricky as they were both great servers.

All in all, the experience wasn't our worse, but it also wasn't the greatest. I would strongly recommend that one Uber's to the hotel to negate the parking garage fiasco.

Yeah, this hotel isn't worth the price tag. The rooms are nice but not worth what they're asking for. Not posh by any stretch. There is not much of a lobby, and you feel like you're going into an apartment building. The construction noise went on until 8pm and when I called the front desk the attendant was in denial. Anyways, I got this room with Bay view for $114 + resort fee and tax which is a price I'm happy with, but it's not the normal price, so be a bit choosy. I also saw residents complaining to the single front desk attendant about slow room service.

Great service by Carlos and Jose from Valet service - they were really helpful. They also provided great tips for hotels nearby which made our stay better! Room service was also great and so was the front desk! Needless to say that this hotel has an awesome location and sunrise views!

Elana (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very helpful when checking us in and during our stay, along with the rest of the staff. Great location for getting around. Nice rooms, could use some more lighting. The parking garage system is a little inconvenient

As a Hilton Diamond Member I was extremely Dissatisfied with the quality of service I received at this Hotel. My room was not cleaned after being out all day, I had to request turn down service every night I was there, at the very least I wasn t even greeted or thanked for being a Diamond Member with the hotel and when I asked for a bottled or water I was told no they are in my room and when I get to my room it wasn t there. The complimentary upgrade was worse than the original room I preselected through the app. The hotel looks nice from the outside and that s about all. I was very surprised at this Hotel especially for what it costs to stay there. I have received better services at Hamptons Inns in rural areas. I will never stay here again and I will definitely place this review on every platform I can to let other Hilton Members to choose elsewhere when coming to Miami.

Speechless with the friendly, professional staff, very welcoming place and lovely, I got a welcoming champagne glass and very helpful receptionist, you got some of the most amazing view of downtown Miami, Brickell, from the sky bar, you can see the bay and port within nice building, in my opinion luxury aprts. During the evening you will enjoy a nice cocktail if you wish with the outstanding view and soft music playing inside, I had a ocean view room and I just love it whenever i entered and have this beautiful view, like movie! I remember i have to take two different lift to get to my room, changing in the skybar, big swimming pool also.

Had a good time at the Conrad. The Spa was nice albeit awkwardly set up but it was still relaxing. The staff was very courteous and helpful and made me feel like a VIP. I would definitely go back. I also loved the location close to restaurants and bars.

I spent three nights here with my wife on our way to our honeymoon , First night the bed was broken even though I told the staff I had back problems didn't get a room till the next day, spawn pool we're under renovation nothing said on the website or during the booking, the staff's response to this was offering me twice the points on my Hilton honors account ... hardly adequate

The location is great, but honestly there are at least 2-3 hotels per block so that doesn't mean much. We got a room to celebrate my moms 49th birthday and I regretted every minute of it. When we arrived the valet/front desk staff was very kind. We then have to take two elevators to our room. When we get off on our floor (16th) the hallway carpet literally smells like mold. We then go into our room and notice that its two full size beds for 4 people. We travel every year for her birthday and NEVER had we had to sleep in full size beds. We tried it out the first night but did not get any sleep. I desperately then go to the front desk to beg them for an upgrade regardless of the additional charge but they explained to me that it was the only room they had for 4 people. What kind of 4.5 star hotel only has full size beds? Their pool is very out of date and not like the pictures posted & their staff in their restaurant are very rude. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone! Especially a family. To top everything off their toilet seat was broken and their TV would go in and out. What we wanted to be a memorable celebration turned into a nightmare.

It's very nice and upscale. And the price for the room is very responsible. The room and large bathroom in it was modern and nice. We had a great view of other buildings and the rooftop pool.

Cons,

THEY CHARGE YOU FOR WIFI AND PARKING!!!

So Miami doesn't have parking meters, which doesn't mean free parking! You have to get the app and make an account so you can pay, to do this you need good signal, see where I'm going with this? I'll just enter my room name and number in the WiFi login and, what the heck? If you are hurting to pay for y'all's WiFi equipment and service, just roll the cost into the room rates. Simple, and you don't look cheap and petty trying to nickel and dime us.
Most people I know including myself like to plane out our trips to avoid extra costs so we can get there and relax.
You also should make it clear you charge for parking ($30 for self and $40 for valet) and what type of parking you offer. Had I known that it was a garage and had EV parking I would have brought my EV and left the Caddy/tank home. Again that helps to plane our trip.

Don't charge for WiFi! Ever!

Other drawbacks are temporary. The restaurant and other areas were under refurbishment, so no in hotel dinning experience which my wife and I hoped for as we didn't want to go out into town after our long trip. And we seen the brochure with the restaurant and pool and that is what sold us on our decision. Walking on the sidewalk down town Miami at night avoiding cars and people on kick scooters is not my idea of excitement.
The hotel staff were quick to tell us that room service was 24/7. However nice the room was, some would stay in and eat but for us we had planned meeting with friends and dining in would not work.

We might stay here again, or we would recommend it to other's with the details.
