I spent three nights here with my wife on our way to our honeymoon , First night the bed was broken even though I told the staff I had back problems didn't get a room till the next day, spawn pool we're under renovation nothing said on the website or during the booking, the staff's response to this was offering me twice the points on my Hilton honors account ... hardly adequate
