Good day to unwind and relax with friends and colleagues

The crew are nice, the place is beautiful overlooking the bay, near the airport, food is good, adjacent the mall.

Place and view were great. Got a bit worried when flies started to swarm our area since we were treating some business partners

Kind of strict. Can't bring in food/drinks as they will charge you corkage

Had an amazing stay here. The staff was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. Every member I encountered was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. The room was perfect. The lounge was great too. Thank you for the great service!

Best Manila oceanside hotel with excellent services and fantastic views of world-famous Manila Bay sunset.

Love the hotel's location and close proximity to the SMX Convention Center, S Maison and the Mall of Asia. More on the expensive side though. Hilton Honors members get free wifi. If you're on a budget, there are definitely more value options in the area but you can't beat waking up and walking straight to your event at SMX via the walkway. Complimentary all day parking is also a lifesaver because parking can be hard to come by during big events.

I really felt the luxury inside this Hotel, the employees look presentable and nice, the amenities are superb, they also have free coffees and juice which I really loved even though I only got there because I had an interview they still treat us nicely as if we are checking in there. The comfort rooms are so beautiful that I could live there.

Very clean classy 5 star hotel. Rooms are big and beds are very comfortable. The bathroom showers are awesome and amenities are very good. Nice pool and gym. There's a bridge that connects the hotel to the mall of asia. Also there's a high end mall and restaurants under the hotel. Most of all the glass lobby have the perfect view of the Manila bay sunset.

Wonderful stay again. Thank you. The fitness staff were excellent.

I love its proximity to many offices, southwest of Manila. Easy parking makes it my go-to place to unwind on the many restaurants as well as the famed Hard Rock Cafe located at the 2nd floor.

Outstanding hotel...in my opinion the best 5* hotel in Manila.

Makati Shangri la had for the last 9 years been my favourite of the numerous 5* hotels we have been lucky enough to stay in.
However, after 3 stays on the Conrad, with access to the executive lounge, I would say it is the number 1.

One of the best hotels our family ever has visited, but worth every pezo we spent. Excellent breakfast and lunch included. My suggestion is: Start Your day at 10 am in their excellent Spa and have Your lunch there as a brake in Your recreation.

You get a consistent good experience every time you stay at Conrad Manila.

Their beds are just wonderful regardless of the room you are in; Breakfast is at par with any 5 star hotels; and the personnel are always nice.

If you want to level up the experience you should definitely book a room with executive lounge access. It is like availing of the whole concierge team from the moment you check-in at their EL. The team is always pleasant, smiling and making sure you have a wonderful experience at the hotel. You also get to have your breakfast, small merienda, and cocktails overlooking the famous Manila bay.

This hotel is quite cozy from the time you enter the ground floor there is a pleasant smell. On the 3rd floor is the reception where the staff were accomodating. The view was great. The breakfast buffet however could have been more though it sufficed. The matress were cozy and comfortable. Good thing though is that it is directly connected to the Mall so it was easily accessible. Was a bit disappointed and i had my concern directed to the reception.

Food is the same with the HK Sun Plaza branch. Has variety and tasty banchan. Servers are also attentive.

However, the rest room is not clean and has cockroaches considering that they are in Conrad Hotel. I have photos and so inappropriate to post.

Though room was not big some staffs were good except the one from the front door entrance we were not treated good because we only use a simple car. Given the fact we stayed there with a diamond member, it simply shows that he doesnt treat all guest fairly

Really nice place and the managers, esp. Ms. Christina, are very efficient and uber mabait and professional. :)

Very luxury hotel and strong protection overlooking the sea

Recently renovated, good facilities are available. There is a shopping mall on the first floor and you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets of Manilie.

One of the best properties in the Hilton inventory. By far the best staff and service.

Conrad gave us an unforgettable experience. Deserve a 5 star. Room's nice and clean, service was fast and staff is great. Had a complimentary congratulatory cake for my son.

Love this hotel, the only hotel I'll stay in when visiting Manila. The rooms are impeccable and inviting and the staff is like no other, very friendly and customer service oriented.

One of the more upscale malls if you want to avoid the crowds of SM MOA

This hotel has a great location. A few minutes away from the airport, walking distance from SM Mall of Asia, great view, breakfast was really good, the employees are accommodating.

Good place to relax. Stunning Sea view in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast.

Our 1st night, May 30, was somewhat okay at room 4052 even though 1 bath towel was dirty, room service replace it. The worst is when we extend our stay and move to a different room. Thought Ill get a better treatment in using Highhonors account...but no..the receptionist place us to the one of the worst location where you can't see nothing but sorrounding with plants..that's room 4093. After spending time complaining, thr receptionist move us to room 4086. Better view but we have to ask missing items like drinking water, comb, shaver, creamer. But the worst was that the occupants on the other room were so noisy, TV on high volume, lot of people there. Unfortunately, we have to leave for awhile and spent sleepless night. We reported this matter to Daisy Ho who we thought can't do anything but reporting...Bad people on the Hotel...no wonder the rating will drop soon

The food was poor, cold, not spicy. Also the amount was small that I lost 2 pounds in 5 days. Room neat, spacious, large glass wall with motor-controlled blinds.

Good restaurants with great ambience as if you are in USA

We had an awesome stay! A bit pricy but the hotel makes up for it with the executive lounge, distance to events place, distance to major shopping mall, manila bay side view and fireworks!

Very nice and classy place. More hotels need to follow their lead. Plus there's an amazing view of the sea from the restaurant area. Absolutely stunning during sunset.

Loved our experience with this hotel. Hotel staff was helpful throughout especially the concierge service. Marc from the concierge team was very helpful to myself and my wife. The pool bar staff were also exceptional. I have been blessed to travel across the globe and have stayed at many different type of accommodations. This would probably be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

The entire lounge staff is amazing. They're really friendly, accommodating and professional. The bay view is breathtaking.

Super loved the interior of the place. I also love the fact that only few people visit this compared to other malls. It looks cleaner and quieter. And the restaurants here are rarely available on other places.

We loved our stay in Conrad. The variety of food during breakfast buffet was superb!

We had dinner at the Italian restaurant. The food was really good, the service amazing, and the wiew even better.

This hotel is by far the best choice for travellers to Manila. I cannot recommend it enough! We booked 2 rooms for 2 days and it was so good. It's not the cheapest option in the area but you definitely will get your money's worth.

The service is excellent, with staff that was very friendly starting from the guy named Nelson who welcomed us upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage. The tall guy with glasses Mikko who delivered our luggage and explained detailedly the features of the room. Ferds from housekeeping who is very patient with every request that we have. Also front desk staff looks very neat and proffesional. And although security is very tight, it can be quite comforting and makes you feel safe.

The rooms are quite spacious, clean, very well furnished and is very comfortable. The breakfast is complete with every food you would ever want to have for breakfast and more!

The best thing about the hotel is its LOCATION. It literally can't get any better with the restaurants, bars and shopping of Mall of Asia just across the road. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who asks and we're already planning the next trip back!
