Very accommodating help from Aldrich at the Concierge Desk regarding parking availability for a wedding reception on March 30, 2019.

In the room you can see Manila Bay and the pool together.
At first I was on the third floor and the height was almost the same as the swimming pool. I do not think I would be able to open the curtains. We moved to bay view & pool view on the 5th floor with an extra charge of about 20,000 won per day. I do not know about the tax at all, so I was disappointed when paying the extra fee at check out (we thought that we were guided by the amount of tax, of course)
Breakfast is available in a variety of varieties, and mangos can be ordered at the fruit corner. We recommend rice noodles in the breakfast !! If you eat pepper in chicken broth, it is delicious and delicious.
It is connected with the Mall of Asia.
There is a shower booth and a toilet but there is no bathtub !!
On the day of my birthday I received a cake service !!!!

But why charge coffee if you have buffet?
I don't know of any hotel doing that.

Nice room. Nice sunset view. Small but decent pool. There is no gambling on this hotel which may be a plus or minus for you.

Truly 5 Star from amenities to service and the buffet breakfast. Even room service is reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious and oh so quiet. Toilet and bath very well planned. Absolutely loved it!

Very bad services, upon checked out which was December 29, 2016, we were charged of service that we have not asked for it! I thought that was the charged for our hotel room, because I did not read the receipts, however came to found out the charged was for an airport transport fee, that we have never asked for it. On January 13, 2017, we dropped at the actual location & told them about the charged. The guy & the lady at the front desk, made me signed a form for reimbursement that will automatically be credited to my account, but it so sad to say until now, it haven't been credited to my bank account yet. Too bad, cause before that happened, my husband told me that we should give this hotel an excellent review but quickly changed to bad reviews because some of the hotel staffs especially that lady that helped us checked out, obviously she wasn't smart enough to ask us if the charged was true or wrong! Wish I know her name so hotel management would know who exactly who to blame. I'm not doing this just for myself alone, I am doing this to prevent from happening again to the future customers. I guessed this won't matter to rich people but it matters to me because I am a person who work hard for living. Ana Jackson from Dallas/Forth worth Texas, USA.

Fantastic hotel, everything works very well here. Staff super friendly, proactive and knowledgeable, rooms large and well equipped. Cleanliness above any reproach.

In short: 5+ stars, were it not for the choice of coffee...
Horrible! In a word, really awesome. This is one coffee that suffers from this stupid modern notion that it should be sour. Yukh!!

Best go out of the hotel and turn right directly at the front door. First place you come to after 25 meters has great coffee.
Or make your own in the room, which is fine, too.

Apart from this, wonderful hotel.

Never wanted to leave the hotel. Incredible value for the price. Great staff. Thick slippers. Nespresso machine. Wonderful gym with techno gym equipment. And the breakfast buffet is the best I ve ever had (I ve been to almost all of East and Southeast Asia).

It is a 5 start star shopping mall. Nice restaurants. Be prepared to spend some serious cash there though.

Went to the Dessert Museum. Your kids will probably enjoy it. Designed as much for selfies as for sweets.

room to pool could use more privacy. but on the whole, quite a lovely place.

I've been frequenting Conrad Manila since I'll be having an event here, but I recently discovered that the C Lounge is the best place to work at, in the area. Order something from the bar, relax, work using their fast 3 hr connection, and not worry about losing power, since they have plenty of sockets. Hotel prices, but the environment is better than going to a coffee shop!

Elegant, cozy and relaxing place which has a mall passage to s maison, as well with smx.

There are not many service personnel who know Chinese, only 1-2.
But English is very fluent, can communicate ~

Breakfast is very rich~

The overall service is very friendly, the surrounding functions are also very good, even without going out of the building to reach Starbucks.
