A great stay at a beautiful hotel. The executive lounge had enough to offer with a relaxing view of the pool and bay. Breakfast and service was excellent!

Expensive compared to other 5 star hotel, because complementary breakfast was for 1 person only.

Amazing hotel. Had the most perfect stay. The whole team provided exceptional service from the porters, concierge, fitness room and pool staff, to the chefs. The food and restaurants are all outstanding, some of the best dishes ever tasted. I'll be back, and definitely would recommend staying here

Even when there was a very large group of people at the front desk on queue, the staff never lost their cool and their smile. Front Desk is managed very well.

Below expectations. The lobby is not very grand knowing that it is high star rated hotel. It is hard to park as well.

We dined in Golden Cowry. Food was awesome. Conrad hotel was ok. Lots of parking space. Conveniently easy to find and no traffic due to series of interconnected highways. Theres a coffee shop outside (starbucks) where smokers can hangout.

Big mall, many things can do here: dine in, coffee, movie, shopping...

Always love shopping and watching movies here. Not too crowded.

No initiative at all to give update to customer regarding the refund status. Extremely bad service. So disappointed.

Location Location Location and doesn't hurt that the views are stunning with modern 5 star hotel features

The worst 5 star hotel ever. Amazingly poor operation. I ll never book this hotel.

The service is great! I applaud and appraise Ms. LJ and Jeff from House Keeping!! I also want to recognize Rivera and Martinez.. always holding the elevators for guest! They are very attentive to the guest. Breakfast Buffet is awesome as the staff as well.... One of the best hotels for a long stay Work hard and Play Harder!

Incredibly luxurious. Friendly staff. Seems to also be one of the better venues to host an event.
I only wish breakfast was included with the room. You'd think with those rates that it would be.

Not bad, but for the price there are many more options. Buffet restaurant was not as good as some other 5 star places I've eaten at.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Great location overlooking Manila bay. Great staff that makes you feel welcomed especially April, Grace, Lyle, Annie and the entire Executive lounge personnel.

Luxurious as it may be but this onw belongs to a hospitality industry which one should be courteous enough to assist guests whenever they were lost. This made me think how was the upper management is treating their employees. This reflects the staff too.

Nicest hotel I've ever seen. Didn't stay there but I went to an event there and I was very impressed. Staff was very professional. As I don't know the rates of the rooms, I can tell you that it's a fantastic place to go to an event.

Had Ramen at Uma Uma in S'Maison Conrad Manila. The ramen was good - broth was flavourful, meat was tender. Nothing too outstanding or overpowering.

Very beautifully done 5 Star luxury hotel with lots of high end restaurants and mini mall, usually full though need to reserve in advance

Amazing views of Manila Bay, amazing location, and amazing architecture. This hotel sits right by the SMX Convention Center and Mall of Asia. You can walk there via the catwalks without ever having to leave the comfort of the indoors. Getting there is easy as the roads are open and nicely arranged. The hotel looks like a cruise ship and is just as massive as if it was one.

It is owned by Hilton so if you have Hilton Honors points you can use them here.

I give it one star because they decided to transfer the smoking area from the 2nd floor balcony to the outside area at the ground floor. It was obvious that the balcony was designed as a smoking area. It was accessible through double doors, and between those doors were ventilated rooms. These already prevents the smoke from entering the building.

Nice rooms and buffet is good. If you will stay more than a week, I recommend trying out nearby restaurants. Very close to Malls and Airport.

If you want a place where you can enjoy a quiet time within the MOA complex, it is definitely in Conrad Hotel/S'Maison

Me and my fiance stay there for a week the staff was great plenty of attractions nearby

If you have budget, try to visit this place. (I'm referring to S Maison) The view from the deck is wonderful. You must see that, if your a commuter, the entrance is near the Starbucks Reserve. And it's connected to SM Mall of Asia. The place is not that crowded because it's exclusive!

Same with MOA as its crossing pathways and direction. Hectic with people - consumers and passersby. The traffic is manageable. Always have options with transpo.
