This is a hotel in Mall of Asia.

This is a hotel in Mall of Asia.
It is close to the airport and above all, it has a beach.
The hotel is full of glass and has the best overall view.

The light that enters each layer of the sea and the intense equator sunlight is an art.
However, the basic movement to the hotel is frankly not very good.
Information on each floor and too cluttered about the lobby
The basics of the hotel are comfortable, but the market-like atmosphere is urgently needed to improve the concept.

Breakfast is just average, and I want to give an average score for additional facilities.
It's really nice to see, so it's better to be satisfied with it.

We had to make an emergency booking after our flight was cancelled due to the Taal eruption and all hotels close to the airport immediately filled up.

Even the lower tier rooms are absolutely breath taking and luxurious, as was the interior of the hotel. There was initial difficultly finding my reservation due to their call centre incorrectly spelling my name, but Mary was incredibly helpful and secured a room for us. We were unable to use the breakfast we paid for as our airline suddenly rescheduled our flight to early the next morning, but our call charges (from calling airlines trying to coordinate flight details and reschedule layovers) were waived as a courtesy.

Whilst we had a short stay, we will 100% be coming back. Very hospitable and definitely helped in turning around a stressful few days!

Amazing hospitality, comfortable rooms, with seaside boulevard view! Damn! Best in it's class. Walking all the way to your rooms is what i hate the most about it, from one lobby to another, total pain man. Buffet breakfast had so many lip licking recipes, totally worth the stay

Love this hotel in Manila. Rooms are always very clean and spacious. Bed is so comfortable could sleep 3 or 4 in it. The lounge access rooms are fantastic, ideally get a bay view room it is a great view at sunset. The staff are very friendly. The little free water buffalo is a really nice touch at bed time. Being connected to the mall is a massive plus as it allows you to easily go shopping or to eat at the massive number of restaurants at either Mall of Asia or S Maison instead of being stuck with hotel restaurants. The pool is decent but when we used it, it was very cold. Buffet is ok for breakfast a lot of the food is only just warm. I'd rate this over the sofitel due to price, location, friendliness of staff, quality of rooms (sofitel is older).

Conrad Manila has a really great spot location. It is connected to Mall of Asia through a bridge. The view of the coast can be seen. Staffs are really great too, they are so approachable that makes them very much appreciated.

It is a good hotel with a sense of freedom facing the seaside, a little away from the crowded Makati. The facilities are new and the service is attentive. As breakfast is delicious, we want to use again.

Perhaps one of the best hotels in the city. It being one of the newest at the time of my visit was also a plus. The restaurant could offer a tad more in terms of variety but more than makes up for it in food quality. I love their gym. The only gripe I have about hotel gyms in Manila is that they close. I'm a late sleeper and workout at night so a closed gym while I'm at a Philippine hotel is a bit of a deal breaker. Great amenities though, awesome view of Manila Bay and it being a stone's throw away from one of the largest malls in Asia is another plus.

You get what you pay for. And then some. Amenities are modern and well maintained. Architecture is exquisite. Of course, there's no beating that famous Manila Bay sunset. You get easy access to S Maison, and SMX so it's great for conventions. All in all, you won't feel cheated here, the cost of staying though isn't cheap.

I so love our room here at the Conrad Manila. We were located at the executive floor, seaside view. Buffet breakfast tho' here at the 7th floor is limited, while at Brasserie (their main dining area)there is a wide array of food, a long line for seats is what awaits you. They've set up another room for other diners at the forbes room, far off at the back. We opted to go back to the 7th floor.
As expected from a 5 star hotel, staff are solicitous and accommodating. Highly recommended. The Conrad stuff toy is a nice touch!

As a local who stayed for a convention, this is a really great location with a reasonable price. It is walking distance of Mall of Asia so you can buy groceries, shop for souvenirs, and have a variety of choices for meals. The room I got had a nice view of Manila Bay too. This location is also a Grab/Uber away from tourist spots like Luneta Park and Manila Ocean Park.

New hotel development by SM. Exterior looks like a cruise ship facing the bay. There's a mini mall inside with about 10 casual dining restaurants, some shops, art exhibits. You could say the tenants here are well curated.

I would have given 5 stars if it had not been the loud noise from my neighboring rooms. The room is not very sound proof. I was waken up by the tv next door early morning. Other than this i would give it a great place to stay. Location, view, value for money, attentive staff, nice room and amenities.

This hotel has the most awesome view of Manila Bay sunset. It did not disappoint! The check-in area was outstanding. Ernest, who assisted us, was very welcoming, organized and meticulous. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Had a lot of fun with teammates here. But I think if Mystery Manila wants people to come back, they should increase the rate of mystery solved than mystery fail to give that feeling of gratification and for them to earn bragging rights, enough to motivate them to try solving other mysteries again and again.

The room is nice and the staff and accommodating however.... My room facing the bay as issues.
1) the window that gives me a view of marina Bay is very dirty. I can barely see out of it. I can't take pictures of the great view due to how dirty this window is.

2) the noise! This room is facing the bay AND very loud club/bars. These clubs are so loud I can feel and hear the vibrational of the loud music through my pillow at night. DO NOT get a room with a view of the bay if you stay here.

Problem 1 isn't a big deal but problem 2 is what ruined my time and sleep here. I would give this place 4 or 5 stars if not for the noise.

I love this hotel it's clean and the interior design is impressive. The hotel's glass walls seem connected to Manila Bay like of an infinity pool. Staying here is very comfortable because a direct walkway connects the hotel to MOA and SMX Convention Center. This means you don't need to go down the hotel and hail a taxi just to buy something.

The buffet breakfast, lunch , and dinner have a lot of choices from healthy dishes and detox drinks to sea foods and chef's best menu.

For someone who loves essential oil, providing Aromatherapy products inside the bathroom is a plus.

Stayed at their Suite last 20Dec-23Dec and it is nice. I just don't like how the crews respond when asked, they are not really welcoming especially at the ground floor front desk. Also, they have insufficient utensils in the room and you need to call their service to get it and mind you, I called them 4 times before the request was delivered to us.
To summarize:
3 Stars for the Room itself
1 Star for the Hospitality
1 Star for the Service
*Not highly recommended for the price you paid. Service is like a 1 Star hotel but the room is nice.

If you'd like to avoid the usual mall crowd, S Maison is better. This mall caters to more specific shopping. Plenty of restaurants also, including a tea lounge. BDO bank and Starbucks coffee is also located in the building.
