The service is excellent and the architecture of the hotel is beautiful. The furniture is very elegant and the details are beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. I would stay here again.

I was big fan of Sofitel, but totally changed into Conrad.

Pros
- Nice location connected with Mall of Asia
- Friendly staffs (Seriously friendly, especially ones at lobby elevator)
- Steam and Dry sauna in changing room at Spa/Gym
- Great ocean view at lobby, especially for sunset. amazing
- Super satisfied in Spa. Must make a book in advance and enjoy it.
- Free coffee capsule(six !) with the machine in room.

Cons
- Low water pressure in some rooms (we stayed in 3 rooms, only one of them has high pressure; 4020. If Conrad staff see this, pls compare Rm# 4016 and 4020)
- Breakfast. Milk and some fruits remained empty during my meal. The milk bottle is not transparent, so more attention shall be needed. Variety in bread, but other menu still poor. Considering its competitor is Sofitel Manila, it seems breakfast is the 1st one to be improved.
-Gym. No bench press. Why don't you set a smith machine at least?

Great hotel. Very convenient if you want to go shopping at S maison or MOA. service was good and the hotel had very classy interior. The rooms are comfy however the way getting to the rooms can be quite confusing. i got lost several times going to room. it took me until check out time to familiarize the path to my room.

Amazing experience! Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Spacious rooms, and what a view of the harbor! Definitely try and get a room overlooking the water so you can watch the Manila Sunset from your bed. The executive lounge on the 7th floor was fabulous, as well. Service was impeccable. The hotel is connected to the Mall of Asia, so shopping is a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very convenient and accessible. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. It's also attached to a mall.

One of the hotel options that you can have when you're staying at the City of Manila. Great customer service as well.

Coffee shop was very nice and quiet place for informal business meeting. Easy to find. Conducive to conversation in relaxed environment.

Gorgeous, well kept and updated hotel directly next to mall of Asia. Ten minutes from the airport, two minute walk to mall of Asia, and this hotel has everything you could want inside. The pool is huge- if you like to swim come early in the day and utilize it as a large lap pool. Or enjoy everything else that the Conrad by Hilton brand offers- this is one of my favorite Conrad Hilton hotels in the world.

The most luxurious hotel in Manila in the middle of the boulevard and has the largest mall in Manila and in the second small mall and the old city of mini games on the sea

I miss Conrad hotel.

It has a nice view of Manila bay. The hotel is very accessible to Mall of Asia and SMX convention as it is connected with a bridge. Below the hotel is the Maison Mall. It is also near the airport and other 5 star hotels. Recommended to people who does not like to travel going to mall or finding a place to eat. Plus the staffs are very friendly and polite. And they are not so strict if you have visitors in your room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.. great ammenities,excellent service,cleanliness excellent,staffs are so helpful,good location for couple but not with kids/toddlers..they should have a playground for the kids it will be much better.. but all in all great staycation!! Breakfast was good many choices to pick.. but after I had breakfast I had to used the toilet 2 times maybe because I ate too much .

The hotel is very clean, the boutiques on the 1st and 2nd floors are very good. The dining environment of the restaurant is very good, the price is reasonable, the price of the wine is affordable, the lighting atmosphere is good, it is recommended!

Reception not well trained. I was asked for a 15k deposit even though I am a diamond member even though I used the Hilton app, she still insisted that I pay upfront

Had a hard time parking because there was an event and people from the mall were parking there as well. I was checked in and had to park far from the hotel then go out at almost midnight to transfer my car back to hotel parking. Hope there is dedicated parking for checked-in hotel guests

The director's club cinema..really enjoyed it and wanting to go back..:)

They have the best food, service and a nice architecture.. I love how friendly the staffs are but still professional at the same time.. They always clean our room and you can definitely feel it even just by entering you room or touching your beddings..

I think it is a pretty good option if you stay in Manila.
I think there is no reason to upgrade with a lot of money because there is a Bayview but it is not pretty.
But the service and overall content are good. recommendation

very cozy, the smell and the ambience is good and inviting! The overlooking of the sea makes you appreciate the nature more.

We did not stay in the hotel but ate in the restos and went around to shop. Its a small mall area with everything you need. If you need anything else just walk over to SM mall of asia.

From the entrance, the smell of the unpleasant fragrance is severe. Almost in the bathroom I urinate, I smell the whole hotel. Absolute hotel. It was expensive and uncomfortable.

Amazing view of Manila Bay, hotel is nicely designed with high ceilings and lots of interesting art pieces. China Blue restaurant was amazing, modern take of presenting Chinese cuisine but still holding traditional flavours. There is a 2 level mall with cinema in the basement

A great hotel with amazing views of Manila bay. The staff is excellent. Nelson greeted me with a very friendly hello and the rest of the staff was just as helpful and friendly.

Very beautiful and luxurious mall stunning plenty of professional restaurant and bars like hardrock and we're here having our coffee with coconut & banana beautiful and heartbreaking views in the balcony

The rooms offer a magnificent view of Manila's famous sunset. The rooftop could have been landscaped though rather than the seeing the concrete from your room which somehow diminishes the beauty of the spectacular view.

Conrad Manila's amenities are very nice. The warm welcome provided by staff are amazing. Location wise - very nice however expect considerable traffic depending on time of dat.

Conrad Hotel is by far the most spacious hotel in the country in terms of floor area from reception desk to other convention halls in just 1 big building in just 1 floor. And the glass walls in the front and back areas probably have added to the illusion of wider space plus the ambiance or the view of Manila Bay in front and their pool area at the back. They have a coffee shop that offers the bayview along with their geometrically and elegantly designed chairs and tables. A bit pricey which is to be expected as they boast of.being a 5star hotel. Their ceiling designs are also a delight to the eyes. And they have adjoining mall with luxury items in its boutiques. In that mall called Maison, they also.have restaurants, wellness centers, famous coffeeshop, bookstore and the candy musuem.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service staff is good

S'Maisob: Lots of nice dining areas, clean, just enough visitors for u to enjoy d facilities, has its own cinema.

This branch is definitely better than their HK Sun plaza branch: cleaner and with more attentive staff. Same great food. As in my previous review, I think Song Do Won is one of the best Korean restaurants in the Metro. Lots of freebies too, from their spicy soup to their end of the meal coffee. Great place to just pig out and bond with friends.

We loved staying here as the staff were nice and upgraded us to a bayside room because it was my birthday. The room was spacious and I loved the couch near the huge window. The bed was super soft but the pillows too soft so you need to ask for more pillows otherwise you get a neck ache. The bathroom was hreat even without a bath tub, there was also a kid sized shower. The pool was super cold since the sun wasn't out, I wish they had heaters. And they had some itchy organisms in the far side of the pool.

Was there for a conference, and left my phone in the toilet accidentally. The security guard (Rivera J) and hotel service rep (Orly) were super nice to find and return my phone. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and the restaurant was divine.

Everything was really good except for the service. They were slow, uncoordinated, and required multiple follow ups for some things to be done. We were holding an event and the people from the hotel we're like... "i dunno, talk to the other guy"
